Stranger is about a Steef (As we all know) who gets a phone call from his doctor, saying that he has a deadly desise, and he will need 20,000 mullah to pay for it, he needs to be a bounty hunter and hunt down many villains i nOddworld to get the Mullah

Maybe cos he doesn't want to, he dosen't like not running around like hell, on the other hand , he could become an athlete or a PE teacher

Mind telling us where you got those details? Or did you just make that up?
As far as I know, Stranger has a health condition and he needs to raise moolah for an operation. But I never heard anything about a doctor or how much moolah he needed to raise.

No, the plot is familiar, it's the details the rest of us haven't read about we're questioning, such as it being 20 000 Moolah that Stranger needs to raise. I do recall reading about Stranger getting a 'phone call from his doctor. The condition is definitely said to be life threatening, though.

When you begin, all you know is that he's a badass character and you've got some bounty to hunt. A few bounties in and you get a message from your doctor asking to meet you. Turns out you've got a serious medical condition and you need 20,000(Moolah) to pay for a life-saving operation. As the 'disease' or whatever it is gets worse your abilities change. This is where the regular bounties fade out and you start to go for bigger game, an industrial kingpin behind a group of gangs.
Apparently, there are also going to be a lot of plot-twists along the way, and it's going to get very hectic later on.

Oh yeah. Lorne also said that as you progress through the game it will appear more and more like the apocalpse. And futher into the game you get to ship around a huge Medal of Honor style beach landing sequence to play out.

From the Art of Oddworld Book (so this could be a double spoiler):

The river is called the Mongo River. There are a series of dams, like the locks on the Panama Canal. Whats more, this is the same river that the Gabbits used to travel up to their traditional breeding grounds, so Stranger's quest will affect Munch also.

Another issue that will be played out in the game is of course water conservation issues genocide, and other such earth like issues. The whole game isn't completely a western
