I don't understand the Guardian Angel FMV in AO.

first off (I used the FMV cheat to get it) how do you get it?

second, why is the Shrink in RuptureFarms?

three, why is the Shrink going to kill Abe?

four, what is Abe doing still in RuptureFarms?

Shrinks are mechanical psychologists, a generous mental health plan supplied by the Magog Cartel, and RuptureFarms happens to be fitted with at least one. This one seems to have gone nuts by threatening Abe with knives and blades, but obviously didn't hurt him, as he's fine by the time he's hung up in the same cell. Possibly the Shrink was sent in to tie Abe up in the first place.

And the movie is only on the PlayStation version of Abe's Oddysee. Apparently Digital Dialect weren't able to port it to the PC game.

It was just a promotional thing, it doesn't have to fit into the story.

Was it based before the beginning of AO?

If you take the beginning of AO to be while Abe is hanging up in the cell (remember AO is done as a flashback), then yes.
