Who do you think are the best TV or film actors or Actress. Please could you attatch a photo of the actor and the best role that you think they have played. Mine is 'Tom Hanks' and best role is 'Victor' in 'The Terminal'.

Tom hanks is cool, especially in the gump of forrest, Nick Cage is cool, Jean Reno is amazing in Leon though. Oh, and Jonny Depp is quite cool.

Christopher. Mother. F*cking. Walken. He's so damn creepy... unintentionally creepy. That's why he rocks.

And ferill, Jack Black was an actor before he was in Tenacious D.

Harrison Ford is a great actor...though his recent films didn't interest me. Also Tony Shalhoub is awesome in Monk. And Tom Hanks is da best.

I don't know what you're talking about, Ben Stiller is, in my opinion, a truely awful actor, way surpassed by the likes of Adam Sandler.

I always get those two mixed up, dunno why. But he was great in Meet The Parents anyway.

Nicole Kidman alll the way. I don't think I've seen her ever do a bad performance. And the last movie I saw ( The Stepford Wives) starring her was fantastic. I especially like her in 'The Others'.

Best actor for comedy would definatley have to be Ricky Tomlinson, i sometimes see him on other programmes but i can't take him seriously anymore.

Sean Connery and Tom Hanks are both good, all around actors. Nicholas Cage and Harrison Ford also have some nice films tucked under their belts. Despite the fact their some of the most recognizable faces, their presence doesn't distract you as much as, say, Hillary Duff.

Bill Murray, Dan Akroyd, and Robin Williams are also decent enough. I'm almost tempted to say Adam Sandler, except I can never, NEVER forgive him for taking away just under and hour anf a half of my life with "8 Crazy Nights". Jeebus. Never, ever, will I forgive that man. Also, why would anybody ever suggest Orlando Bloom as being the best actor? I s'pose you can nominate him for looks. But please. The only difference between his characters in Troy, LOTR and Pirates is the pitiful attempt to change his accent, only to fail. The clever, witty, uber skilled pretty boy act gets old after a while.

And Weird Al. That man was responsible for the greatness of UHF. Sure, he didn't really do any actual acting in it. The part of George required no skill at all. But the combination of the Weird Al/Michael Richards is just stupendous.

I HATE Tom Hanks. He's so overrated. But not as much as Mel Gibson - he plays every character exactly the same way.

But I do like Christopher Walken - especially his monologue in Pulp Fiction. That was mindblowing.

He doesn't play Rocky the Rooster the same way

Ah yes...she is quite fantastic. (Moulin Rouge) That reminded me of another favorite actor of mine. Ewan McGregor. He's an incredible actor. Except in the Star Wars movies. But I don't blame him...I blame George!

C'mon, now. Ben Stiller isn't too bad. Certainly not deserving of a title anywhere near the "best" actor, but still far fromt he bottom. And Adam Sandler. Jeebus. Don't tell me you liked "8 Crazy Nights". Please. As trivial as it is to hate a person for one terrible career move, it's sheer crapiness is equal to about 3 "Daredevil"s, 2 "Star Wars: Episode One"s, multiply that by that by six, and add in a bit of "Mission Impossible 2" and "The Lizzie McGuire Movie" for good measure.

You forget the film everyone hated Gigli (or however the hell you spell it) I didn't even see the movie and I thought the acting sucked, and I hated all the hype about Ben and Jennifer Lopez. Ewan McGregor was great in Big Fish.

Actually I haven't seen it.But I think hes a really funny guy.I liked waterboy , Big Daddy and Mr.Deeds . I would'nt call Ben Stiller crap but he's not the funny type person.....

Oh, come on you guys. I think Ben Stiller is a brilliant actor, I've got a few of his films and I love them.
Adam Sandler though, is my fav actor of all times, I have most of his films, he's just so funny.
Jack Nicholson is bril also, him and Sandler in 'Anger Management' was a brilliant combination. I've also got 'The Shining' and 'One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest' I'd never heard of that film before, but when I bought it a few months ago I thought it was awesome.
Jim Carrey was brill in 'The Mask' the 'Ace Venture' films 'Bruce Almighty' and a few others, but I didn't really like him in 'Liar Liar' I thought that film sucked a bit.
Leslie Nielson is another old classic, the 'Naked Gun' films are better than lots of comedys that are made today. But I think that he shouldn't have been in 'Scary Movie 3'
Rob Schneider. Not as good as Sandler or Stiller, but he's still on my list.

Forgot about him, he's cool, except in Spy Hard, which I saw last night. Truely Shite.
