i think ive got a glitch, but i cant get into vykers lab!!!!!!!!

At what point can you not get into Vykkers Labs? If you've completed the FlubCo Executive Office, you should see a movie that shows how Abe and Munch sneak into the facility. If you've reaching the Loading Bay level, then you need to rescue the first two Mudokons in order to open the door that lets you in.
