The happiest thing in your life...

What's the happiest thing inyour life? Seeing as someone made a saddest thing in your life thread, I thought I would make the opposite. As for me, I don't have any happy moments. Just sitting at home eating and maybe go round my dad's house or Ferill's. A bit like Gollum really...

WiLL the Wander 07-15-2004 09:45 AM

I want to create this thread after my saddest thread, but I forgeted the idea... happiest... none...

Hobo 07-15-2004 10:09 AM

The happiest thing in my life?

No idea. Everything in my life seems to be going alright at the moment, except for Zoƫ's suicidal tendancies and some other minor stuff.

Cyber-Slig 07-15-2004 11:04 AM

hmmmmm.....Allot of the happy things are in my life but I wont go to family. My happiest moment was when I got my pet lizard on my 11th Birthday

Shinjara 07-15-2004 11:35 AM

The happiest thing would be when I met my boyfriend in February. He's made me so happy, & we're still together now and going strong.

Pretty cliche happiest "thing". But hey, whatever :P

Cliche? Yes very. I did remember one thing and that was when my cat ran away for the first time and he was missing for 6 weeks! He came back covered in scars and missing fur! And his leg was broken in several places.
About a year later he ran away again. But he didn't come back four years later. I wonder if he's still out there now?
Sorry, kind of a sad and a happy thing, so you see what I mean by I have no happy moments. Right thats it! Kill me! :crying: :banghead: :chairhit: :crying: :crying:

Me too, i have no happy moments, a few week ago we got a new cat. Our old cat doesn't like the new and he is ran away. A few weeks later I walking to the school with my friend, and I seen my cats corpse in the street... poor cat... It was a good cat... Rest in peace (peaces)! Look, I not have happy moments... the happiest thing in my life will be that, when I die and my wish come true... I wish my wish come true when I die...

I don't know. I've had a lot of good moments in my life.

However, one that stands out would have to be winning an animation scholarship while I was ArtCamp in Atlanta. It's a very small scholarship... only $1000 for a single semester, but hey! A thousand dollars is a thousand dollars. It was an odd experience. I had a lot of different emotions flying around.

I honestly thought I had NO chance of winning, so I was dumbstruck when they called out my name. On the other hand, I felt very guilty. A terribly modest girl in my class deserved the scholarship far more than I did. Her art was superior to mine and she actually animated her stuff with real animation paper, not Flash. In addition, she was sent to ArtCamp as a surprise gift. Her parents, friends, and teachers all pooled money together so she could go.

Needless to say, I was happy that I won, but I still felt very sorry for the girl.

...

Many other happy moments include spending time with my lovely significant other.

Shut up.

Hmm, happiest thing in my life... uhm, right.

Probably, when my Uncle gave my parents and me that wonderous gift of financial freedom. I've invested a lot of my money but I'm practically living off the profits now, and I've got him to thank.

My family is still in Russia, still in the same house, still living the same way. My Uncle is understandably annoyed, but I don't really care. ;) It's their money so whatever, hehe. It's their loss if they do nothing with it.

Other happy moments, uh, well there have been plenty. Lots of memories which are too insiginificant to go into any detail about on here, but happy enough to be worth mentioning anyway. The time me and my friends were all sitting around a campfire in a field, toasting marshmallows and passing around a spliff, is one that particularly sticks out in my mind.

Anyone got any suggestions for a new name for me? Nothing to do with satan please, maybe a japenese sword name perhaps? Lets see swords...
Katana, no, nirvana, no too greebo. Masamune, maybe, or Wo dao.
If i'm called Wo dao I might as well call myself samurai sword as Wo dao is chinese for samurai sword, I think. Why don't I just shut up?

WiLL the Wander 07-15-2004 12:13 PM

uhh... I asked my brother... uhh... surugi?

ANN NEELY 07-15-2004 04:39 PM

I'M SOO HAPPY! :)

I have a few...
Anytime I spent with my pet rat, Stara. She was like a daughter to me... :crying:
The day I beat Munch's Oddysee and any of my Poke'mon games.
The day Walt moved away (Annoying sun of a gun...always bugging me when I was drawing in school. The teacher always had us sit next to each other!! :fuzmad: )
Being with my friends/family members that like Oddworld as much as I do (Very few of those people...)

Well, I guess the most immediate happy moment in my life was today. While I prefer cats, Gregory has wanted a dog for ages. We all gave in, and we've got a dog now. Her name's Crystal, and she is a Fox Terrier and Jack Russel cross. She's quite the cute dog.

Can't wait to walk, or rather, run with the dog :D

Omg! you have a dog now???

Well anyways, i think the most happy moment was when i got my dog, and when she had 6 little puppies :) it was so cute when they ran around the house. Although they pissed all over the floor... but they we're gorgeous :D

Yeah. She is really adorable and cute, and whatever other words you could possibly think of that are synonomous with bubbly. I was holding her in my arms earlier. It was priceless. But so was Puss, the time I spent talking with him was just as priceless.

I thought I knew happiness once ... it was all a facade.

I don't know ... maybe my trip to E3 and Oddworld Inhabitants this year. That was pretty awesome. And the success of my Advent Children site.

My happiest moment in my life was when my mother died!

Why would that be a happy moment?

Sekto Springs 07-16-2004 03:42 AM

Why would that be a happy moment?

Because he's a dumbass and doesn't realise that without his mother, he wouldn't be in existance.

Cyber-Slig 07-16-2004 06:21 AM

How can losing youre mother be happy you jackass.I guess he was one of those kids who always said ''I WISH YOU WERE DEAD!''

Killa_47 07-16-2004 06:51 AM

Because, she was a drug addict and got the whole family involved and new we are as poor as hell but we are slowly improving.

Cyber-Slig 07-16-2004 06:59 AM

I see,As much as she took drugs you should still love youre mom.If it wasnt for her you wouldnt be here right now.My nephew's dad is on drugs and he doesnt know.If we told him do you think he would have the same effect as you?

Lucipher 07-16-2004 07:07 AM

I think I'll keep the name lucipher for now, and the happiest is when I joined the forums. They are the only place where I can relate and talk to people.
