My custom title is there to let everyone know that I was Death. After about a month or so I'll probably ask for it to be changed to something a bit cooler, but you get the idea.

Eventually, when you have enough posts, people around here know you well, and you're considered a good member, then you can ask for a custom title. Your custom title is usually defined by what you're best known for, or it can just be something funky/funny. For instance, after my "Formerly Death" custom title has served its purpose, I will probably have it changed to "The Wrussian Wrath" or "Evil Robot".

I still retain the coolest (and most appropriate) custom title though. So, nyah:p

Custom titles are only (usually) handed out to members who have been here for quite a while and are well known to the other forumers.

So take it on Grosch's advice. Brew it schlower.

Asking for a custom title usually isn't way to go. It's best to make an impression on the forum community...then Abe Babe or Alcar will approach you about it.
