The com channel blinked on and off, meeseges being relayed between the Cheyenne's.

[R] - Lopez shut the **** up, I don't need your bullshit right now, we have to worry about that thing.

[R] - You mean the bug with a pussy? *crackeling and russling around in the background, clips being loaded.*

[R] - Its a womb stupid, now get the APC running, were 500 meters.

The Cheyenne's landed and dumped out the APC's which road into the city, it was actually pretty nice out, considering it was hell on this planet and every bug in the universe was going to pass through the "Super" hive. Thats what the eggheads and synts called it. The APC's stoped near buildings, 2 to a building and there were 8. They controlled 2 streets, Mainstreet had a team of 2 APC's 30 troops were set to each street, along with a few Cheyenne partrols now and then. UA 571-C auto cannons were set up at the end of the street, and then were sand baged. it was required that at least 6 troops stayed behind the sand bags, because the guns only detected critters up to 1000 meters. there were 4 guns and then the APC's could be used as barracades. They already had a last ditch plan. The USCM had sent out the "Valhalla Crew" to attempt to retake a city on a Yutani universe controlled planet, some bad shit had gone down, and the science boys had told them a strange breed of the Xenomorph had been poping out down there. They said they might find Corperate Soldier base's... thats bullshit, they'd porbibly find dead camps and infected Corps. To every sqaud of 15 troops 2 M56 troops and 3 M250 Flame Units were assighned, the rest of the troops had M-41A Pulse Rifle's. They had ZX Shotguns, but those were almost completely useless, unless they went indoors. EEV's had crashed down on the planet so they needed to send out a few Recon team, Synthetics with motion trackers and pistols, cannonfodder, thats all a Recon team was now a days, cannon fodder.

Chapter 1 : Into the maze.

Sarge had sent out a team to investigate an area were the fake's had scouted minorly, they said it was some sort of research lab, and the door was locked, since they only had HK VP-70s and Gerber Mark II kinfes. It was a standard squad which ment they were armed with 2 M56 troops and 3 M250 Flame Units were assighned, the rest of the troops had M-41A Pulse Rifle's, they were also acompined by 5 troops with ZX shotguns. They reached the door, to find it was a preasure lock. "Hey sarge, what the hell is a preasure lock doing on a lab door, arn't those on space linners and shit?" The sargent turned to him "Yeah, but they must have been working with something airborn, so they had to keep it in... look, we'll just get an APC down here with Hazmat mods for us, then we can go right in." One of the men, shaking turned to the sargent. "But, what if they dont work? Shouldn't we just send in the Androids?" another one of the marines smacked him. "Hey, shut up man, we'll be fine, were actually safer in the suits than just in the M3's, any way, we 've got clam shells and PDT's, so if anything go's wrong we just send in the androids to pick us up. Jesus christ, you ****ing pussy, didn't you pay attention during the emergency class's?" The sargent smacked the man. "Thats enough out of you Lopez! Now get back to the APC Camp, double time!" Lopez suddenly fell limp " But, cant we just radio the APC over?" the sargent snapped at him "I SAID DOUBLE TIME MARINE! NOW MOVE!" Lopez took off like a shot to the camp, it would be about an hour before the re-enforcement Drops came in, the Megaton Angels. They were huge and could carry Cheyenne's APC's and Power loaders, 2 in one run, much better than the Cheyennes themselfs. These were used to get alot of troops to one place at a time, mostly the Bug stompers used them. They called them Megaton Angels because they could survive a nucular blast unslinged and during emergency pull out a whole city. The APC's they were bringing were the Hazmat modified units. Lopez would have a long wait.

CHAPTER 2 : Hell opened up and forth came...


The Megaton Angles had dropped their cargo and dusted off, the APC came running back with Lopez on the top. The APC stoped and the back door poped open, Lopez jumped off and the Pilot's came out. "Pvt.Sachez at your service sir." Arnolds, a marine who had been with this operation since the bigging of search spoke up. "2 Spanish guys? Heh, thats good luck." The Sarge snapped at him. "Shut the **** up Arnolds! Now marines, suit up and get into formation 1 foot from the door! All right now move!." The hazmat suit's looked like old WWII Chemical warfare suits. The marines ran a bypass on the door pannel and entered the presure lock and the door closed behind them.Arnolds heard the air being sucked in and out, and then the door opening. The doors parted, letting in light and the first sight that told them something was wrong. A large Xenomorph was crouched over a scientists body, eating him, that wasn't what scared them. It was the color: Cobalt blue with red streaks, it had a longer tail, mantibles on its mouth and the head had a crest to it, it was like a small, cobalt queen. The creature turned, screamed and ran. The marines were to dumbfounded to fire or react... something was wrong, very wrong.
