Yes. It's true, I'm gunna go.

I've been here for a while now and I think it's time to move on to greener pastures. Maybe even set up a forum of my own.

Why? Is it you? I don't know to be honest. I just feel as if this pond I'm in right now has stagnated. (no offense!) Maybe it's the emoticons, maybe it's the forum skin, or maybe it's just that I'm not finding the threads as mentally engaging as I used to.

Whatever it is, it's made me decide that perhaps now would be a good time to find somewhere new.

Sure, this MIGHT be good bye, but I don't see any reason to call it that. My account will remain in place and perhaps some time I may return - who knows.

So thankyou to all the people that have sided with me, befriended me, and supported me - you were always there and I could always count on you. Also thankyou to the people who made it good fun to be here; DI, oddguy, ferill, hobo, Mac - you guys ALL deserve kudos, oddguy and ferill, well you just plain deserve modship and custom titles - I hope you get both things in due time.

My apologies go to Grig, sorry me and Mac never got oddlympics up and running, but at least we had a laugh planning it. :fuzsmile:

Sadly I leave before any news of Dave's cancer - I really hope he turns up ok, and I wish to offer his friends and family my best wishes.

And lastly thankyou to everyone else that I've not mentioned here - you've all helped to change me for the better. I leave here a greatful person, and I will forever look back on you all, if this is indeed goodbye, as a part of my life that really mean't something to me.

Well... I think that's about it, so I guess I'd better bring it to a close here. I've really enjoyed my almost 1 year stay here, and I hope that in the future I will maybe see some of you again. Thankyou ALL for being such brilliant people, I really wouldn't have stayed here for more than a day if none of you were ever here.

So, I suppose this is a temporary goodbye. :fuzsmile: I'll miss you all.

Nyeh, you have a point. . . The forums never really have recovered since the big OWF split ages ago.
Oh well, take care of yourself, Death. It's been a pleasure meeting you. :) Glad you had a great time here. :) Make sure you come back after OW4 comes out. I doubt it, but maybe It'll attract more people here to OWF.

Been a pleasure meeting you too DH, I always considered you one of the more agreeable and down-to-earth members.

Will I come back after OW4? I don't know. Like I said before what the future holds is uncertain, but I really do hope that things pick up around here after the OW4 release - it will do these forums a lot of good to get some real traffic in here, and will probably prompt Abe Babe and Alcar to lavish some more features upon it.

Fuzzles, I really do feel sad that I will be leaving here so early on in your stay at OWF, as I enjoyed your company - hopefully we may meet up again sometime and have some more discussions. I hope you stick around and become a regular here. :fuzsmile:

Well, to everyone here, I think that's just about it. I'll be unsubscribing to all the threads as my last act - I will leave emails and PMs open in case anyone still wants to get in contact with me. I've pretty much decided that I will come back to visit after the OW4 release, so you should all see me back here again in the future. :fuzsmile:
