E3 kicked off today in LA. Okay, besides Oddworld, what is getting you very excited at this year's E3?

For me:

-Halo 2

-PSP Have you guys seen this thing? It looks like it's going to kick gameboy's butt.

Halo 2, which is what everyone is thinking of.

Is it true they are changing the rules so you have to be from a company or something? A mate told me and I wanted to ask if anyone knew?

PSP has an analog stick connected to it! I'm really excited about both of these. Which will be better you think?

Oh, and GTA: San Andreas, but I doubt that's shown up in E3. . . Or has it? Ah, I'll find out later.

You always needed to be in the industry but they wouldn't make it just for games company emplyees because E3 is really about sucking up to the press so they get good coverage.

From the look of it, OWI does not have a stand at all, which hints that they don't have a publisher yet. Or they may have got one so recently that they didn't have time to build a stand. I hope they manage to get their name out cos normally the E3 before a game is released there would be a big-arse stand with demos and models with huge cleavage.

Typical "big three" (Halo 2, HL2, Doom 3) stuff.

And Unreal Championship: The Llandri[sp] Conflict

And... some other stuff I can't remember. Does anyone have the Xbox lineup for this year?

I think I'm the only one on this forum who doesn't really care for Halo.

A comment which may get me killed. Anyway, I'm looking forward to...

- Conker: Live & Uncut

- The new Zelda. Which is, if you haven't already heard, is s**t your pants amazing. ( Go search for the E3 video. You may have a siezure form the shock of it, so be wary.)

Nah, you're not the only one on here who doesn't care much for Halo. . .
Anyway it does appear that GTA: San Andreas has appeared at E3. :) Looks like it's gonna be another awesome game, from what I've read about it. . . But then that's obvious, though, isn't it? This is GTA we're talking about here. :)

I mean, it was a good solid game, but not what people made it out to be.

To me, at least.

The new Zelda game. Seeing as my brother just purchased a GameCube, I'll be thinking of purchasing Wind Waker, and the new one. When I get the money, that is :p

I forgot to mention GT4 and Jak3...silly me. I'm excited about those as well.

Oh, and good job Alcar on the Gamecube. Me and my brother just got a Platinum one a few weeks ago. It's really fun. Get 'Super Smash Brothers Melee' and 'Mario Kart: Double Dash' after you get Zelda. Those games are great multiplayer. Ignore the stupid pokemoin in Super Smash and you'll be fine! :D

It'll be crap it's a very cut down UT2k04 with Melee attacks. Whoop de doo.

Unreal Tournament has run it's course.

It's completely independent of UT2k4. Not a port. Not even close. Although it still remains to be seen how the new art style and fighting system will integrate with Unreal tradition, I have high hopes for the game.

I do agree with you on one thing, though. If it will suck, it will suck hard.

Resident Evil 4
and Knights of the Old Republic 2
And the new Zelda which does look awesome.

I'm with you man. Not that it didn't look like a good game, I'm just crap at FPSs (which is tough as 85% of the games these days are FPS, RPG or sports - all of which I'm crap at)
