If you prefer the origional hand of mudokons and know why they changed it, I have this to say:
What about the sligs?!

A slig's hand is missing it's middle finger's outer 2 knukles. If that doesn't scream "Yakusi" what does?!!

sligs are bad guys... so no problem...

AO was to be realesed in japan. As u know, abe had 4 fingers and worked in a meat factory as a slave. A long time ago in japan, slave who worked in a meat factory were to have there middle finger chopped off so that if they escaped people would know where to put them if caught. So instead of being sewed, oddworld gave all the muds, an extra finger. Ask someone else to clarify.

this is kinda off topic but postman pat is banned in japan because of his stubby fingers and some people in the Yakuza kut the tips of their fingers off!

But in the story about Abe's fingers, they say about Mickey Mouse having to pay to be over there. So it is not just meat factory workers.

Hey, why'd you put scrabs and paramites as options? They don't have hands.

I would say sligs, but if you include the arm, I'd say Glukkons.

This was said before. Scrabs have at least bulky shoulders, and I think Paramites have hands.

I would say that scrabs definitely DONT have hands, but a paramites mouth appendages look and act like a hand.
they've even got claws on the end of the 'bits'.
I'm sure i remember seeing them carrying stuuf eith their mouth bits too.
I would definitely class this as a hand

If anything walked on is a foot, not a hand then:

Gorrilase while charging have 4 feet.
Glukkons have legs higher than their arms.

So, how do you define a hand, Facsimile

I think the classification of hands is whether they are used like hands in earth-beings.

Paramites, Scrabs etc then would not have hands.

However, Glukkons do have hands. And if they wanted to they could use them like hands. But because of their pety self conscious-ness they hide them.
