If there's anything there you want to know anything about, visit Ask Max, because I'm sure someone's asked about a couple of things before. Or, of course, you could just ask here and some friendly person (me, if you're quick enough) will reply. Failing all that, you'll have to wait for The Oddworld Encyclopedia to open up. :D

*hands on hips*

Tsk tsk.. you deserve severe reprimandation.. you aren't impunative are you? :)

Xavier 10-20-2002 05:08 PM

ZombieX...
he calls himself an oddworld encyclopedia, we dunno if he know what is the real world

Oddsville 10-20-2002 05:20 PM

Aw, common guys give ol Max a break. With so much Oddworld knowledge crammed into his brain (not to mention other stuff) he dose a very excellent job, better than I do infact. BTW, cant wait for you site Max I'll send you a pm about what I have planned about my site and if you want it linked to yours ect.

steel scrab 10-20-2002 08:01 PM

hi,
checked your question site out max, but can u tell me what stangs and scoots are??

thanks

ZombieX 10-21-2002 12:30 AM

Just call him the Everything Encyclopaedia from now on. He IS all knowing.

He's the only person I know who knows everything, yet you people discredit him by restricting his wisdom to oddworld. That sucks.

TheKhanzumer 10-21-2002 12:49 AM

stangs are aquatic shark-jellyfish things once mentioned by an owinhabitant

scoot (or more commonly worryfish) are little fish that gabbits eat

Xavier 10-21-2002 03:19 AM

a picture of a worryfish

what are the Octigi.1 and 2

Xavier 10-21-2002 03:01 PM

MOM, don't dubble post...
I%ers (flying and walking):
http://www.oddworld-fr.com/banque_images/0235.jpg

and here you can see Octigi.1 and 2
http://www.oddworldforums.net/oddwor...rod_octigi.jpg

Wil 10-21-2002 03:58 PM

1%ers are thought to be an early design for Mugs, the carnivorous counterpart to Meetles. However, keen-eyed fans spotted the image on a photo of the inside of the OWI studio, along with a flying version of the same beast. Notice that its tail holds knives.

Octigi 0.2 have long been thought to be the creatures that form the Oddworld Mafia. That's pretty much all we (or I, at least) know.

Xavier 10-21-2002 04:00 PM

lets keep it simple.
we approximatively dunno anything about them

M.O.M 10-21-2002 04:02 PM

oh, thanx for that

Fez 10-23-2002 01:10 PM

what about the rok?

Wil 10-23-2002 01:52 PM

I don't where Pete got 'Rok' from or why he used it. It's not an Oddworld-related thing as far as I know. You could ask him, but his lips are sealed.

Xavier 10-23-2002 02:22 PM

I guess nobody will know anything about the rok

M.O.M 10-23-2002 03:35 PM

it would be an interesting topic though

Xavier 10-23-2002 05:43 PM

MOM, no cause there is nothing to tell about

M.O.M 10-23-2002 06:05 PM

You could give your own ideas

Xavier 10-24-2002 03:02 AM

MOM you could say approximatively everything you want cause nothing is known so it will be 100% pointless

M.O.M 10-24-2002 06:42 AM

so, it keeps every one guessing till you know what a Rok is!

No, 'cause nobody will know when we are right...

M.O.M 10-24-2002 02:23 PM

Ok, maybe we wont be able to do that

Big_Bro_Slig222 10-24-2002 07:38 PM

What are elderlings?

sligster 10-24-2002 08:46 PM

The Almighty Raisin is an Elderling. For more info on Elderlings, lets hope Max replies.

ZombieX 10-24-2002 09:03 PM

Long before the events chronicled in the Farseer Trilogy, King Wisdom was bitterly besieged by raiders from the sea. Despite all attempts to repel them, it became apparent that the next summer of fair weather would see the fall of the House Farseer, and the Six Duchies. In desperation, Wisdom, a religious fanatic, resolved to spend the winter searching for the legendary Elderlings - whom some believed to be demi-gods. Little was known about the Elderlings, only that they resided in the Rain Wilds, beyond the tallest mountains of the Mountain Kingdom. Wisdom's quest was literally a last resort, a desperate gamble that paid off - somehow he found them. King Wisdom never returned to Buckkeep, but the Elderlings came to his daughter, the Princess Mindful, and offered their allegience to her. Then they proceeded to drive the raiders away from the coasts of the Six Duchies, allowing the re-establishment of peace, and trade. As the minstrels have it, they vowed that if ever they were needed, they would return - even from beyond the grave.

What?!!??!:fuzconf:

TheKhanzumer 10-24-2002 10:09 PM

In case you are wondering that is not an official oddworld story of elderlings. I have no idea were ZombieX go that but it aint from oddworld.

For elderling info look at the official oddworld site. You should find plenty of info about the Almighty Raisin and elderlings.

ZombieX 10-25-2002 01:21 AM

So my answer about elderlings is obsolete? :(

Xavier 10-25-2002 03:50 AM

ZombieX... It isn't official, so nobody believes it

M.O.M 10-25-2002 06:52 AM

the story sounds good even though it has nothing to do ith elderlings or oddworld
