this topic has been brought up from the depths of hell, only to be dragged around like some half dead rodent in a cats maw. It is then spit upon the ground and urinated on by the many who insist on redoing the same topics over and over again...and then the topic is sent back to topic hell, where it belongs. Unfortunately, someone always decides the topic needs to be dragged up from the fiery underworld, so that the same vicious cycle may take place, again, and again. Mainly, because people automatically assume that because my parents are rich, I get whatever I want, and I'm some sort of snooty, self righteous snob. I hate that shit. I have a shitty job, and I used my sorry excuse of a paycheck to buy my crappy car. I also use my paycheck to buy anything else I need. I hate being stereotyped. The early 80's produced some great music. Both David Bowie and Talking Heads were very productive in the first half of the 80's. Talking Heads with Remain in Light, Speaking in Tongues and Little Creatures. David Bowie with Scary Monsters and Let's Dance. The late 80's, in my opinion, were pretty bad. Talking Heads began to splinter apart and Bowie entered a song writing slump.
