Question on personal photos
How do you get a personal photo that is not in the list? For example, Sydney, Lampion, AbeBabe and Pilot have one. How do you do that?

We award custom photos to members who we think deserve a custom photo (i.e. have been helpful to other members in the forum, been a good member, etc). Admins and Moderators also get custom photos.
We may be looking at some gallery requests shortly however, so keep an eye out. We want to expand the gallery, but it's hard for me to do photos other than stuff I'm interested in (i.e. you'll see FF photos there cause I know about it). It's so weird ... cause last night I was thinking about the gallery when adding some stuff, and now someone has a question. Abe Babe... |
Weird or not, thanks for answering my question. Talking about requests, I want this one. And if you don't know what it is, it's a Globox-kid from the game Rayman 2. It's okay if you don't add it, I won't be offended.

We're not taking any requests yet... I don't want to appear to be jumping the gun because I haven't even had a chance to discuss the idea w/ Sydney yet, so please ... no requests yet.

Here are some of the Wip3out logos. The WipEout Fusion logos are different, and some new teams have been added while some old ones have been dropped, and so I haven't got round to making any Fusion ones. Although I do have pics of all the new logos, so I can copy from those.
And I've cropped them into perfect 60x60 squares! How convenient could I get! Oh yeah, Rayman is my favorite character, and after him, Globox and his family. Those I want as my photo is one of his kids. Here are some others.

That Rayman site is worth going to, for the loading screens alone! For the best effect, listen to 'Doctrine' by Autechre at the first loading screen... the moving yellow text moves almost exactly to the beat of the music! And there's a cool swirly rainbow thing that follows your pointer! What do people think of the pics I made? |

I especially like the Spiro photos TF, the Wipeout ones are cool too, so I will use some of yours shortly. I'd probably use 6 from each game... can you let me know which of the ones are the main ones/ones to use. I didn't even realize we didn't have the Brewmaster in there either... I'll have to change that one! :)

Thanks a lot, Abe Babe! I'll let you know which of the six WipEout pics I think are the main ones. I still haven't made the Fusion ones, so in the end I'll probably choose Tigron, G-Tech, Xios, Van Uber, Piranha, and EG-R. Feisar and Auricom are in Fusion as well, but they're not among the most popular.

Correction: I was going to post the pics here, but I can't get hold of their urls. My computer is being 'cking awkward, and I can't access the Shockwave version of the site, and I keep getting javascript errors with the html version. If anyone can access the site, go to the Gallery, and the Artisan Dragon is on the far right of the top row of thumbnails. The Beast Maker Dragon is to its left. The Magic Crafter Dragon is on the far left of the second row, and the Peace Keeper Dragon is to its right. If anyone could get hold of the urls of aforementioned pics I would be grateful. At last! My PC has recovered (McAffee VirusScan turned evil on it and did all sorts of nasty things) and now I can surf the net without it crashing every time I even think about viewing anything more complicated than a modest HTML page the size of a Fuzzle's piss puddle.
