Would anyone here like a Steam Key for a Final Fantasy Tactics type RTS with permadeath that spans generations? Let me know if you want it, and tell my why it should go to you!

This game is Double Fine at its best, by the way. Brad Muir is the lead, and it was his concept. Double Fine games led by him typically have the deepest game mechanics, and all around most polished gameplay of anything made by the studio. Keep in mind, though, that this game is in beta, and will be buggy.

I want it because I love Final Fantasy tactics hard. Howr'dever, my laptop would probably make wet jalopy noises if I tried to play anything post 2005 on it, so I hereby withdraw my self-acclaimed nomination.

Its not an RTS. Its a TBS, like xcom.

Its one of the 3 games I really wnat a PC to play. Alongside hearthstone and DOTA 2.

I should get it because I will actually try it out. The last time OANST gave away a game it went to some random guy who doesn't even post anymore and we haven't heard anything from him related to the game.

Also, OANST should give me the game because he loves me. And of course I love turn-based games. The mechanics remind me fairly of XCOM, and I fucking love XCOM (the original)

Also, I have unused Steam Keys for all of the Amnesia Fortnight games, and an OUYA key for Broken Age if anyone wants those.

I would be very interested in the key for Amnesia. I've wanted that game a fair amount ever since I played it at a friends house once. I am a very big fan of the horror genera, but very little can actually scare me, amnesia delivered and I've been wanting to get it ever since.

Also I have a gaming PC and will probably make bad videos of playing it or just stream it while I play.

On a less italicized note, Costume Quest 2 sounds awesome. I loved the first game.

Edit edit: Unless, of course, you also backed Massive Chalice, and assumed that's the key I gave to Xavier. He got the OUYA key for Broken Age. Not Massive Chalice.

Oh. That makes a lot more sense.

So, I've started playing Massive Chalice, or, MASSIVE CHALLICE, if you prefer. The game is about a massive challice who orders you to do things for your kingdom such as fighting with bad forces of evil and choosing which of your heroes should fuck the other one of your heroes. You can also pass time really fast and build stuff. The combat is a simplified version of the combat mechanics of Wasteland 2 or the XCOM remake, which... would be good if not the "simplified" word. As if it wasn't simple before.

The game has very stylized and pretty graphics, the sounds are great and it feels fun while playing. It's kind of humorous, I think, which is good.

It crashed after 20 minutes in and I can't get it to launch properly again.

Weird. I'm not seeing a lot of people reporting crashes on the forum.

As for the simplified combat, they are looking at all feedback, and still making a lot of changes to the game before they release. This is more of a true beta period than what they did with Broken Age, where they basically just gave out the game two weeks early, and called it a beta.
