New Oddworld tee on qwertee - Necrum Miners

Just a quick info, there's a new unofficial oddworld tee up on qwertee.

So they are celebrating the release of New N Tasty with a shirt for Necrum mines, right, that makes no sense, and I don't even like the shirt.

I know, Necrum is Exoddus. I like it.

Voted for you, though it's not something I would personaly buy or want to wear.

I would prefer BigFace's Mask on the front of the T-shirt quoting "Why the long face?" lol.

No offence or anything, It's just I usually only buy official merch.

This smacks of copyright violation, and the design is kind of shoddy.

I actually think an official "Property of _______" (Rupture Farms, Bonewerkz, SoulStorm Brewery, Fee Co etc) tee shirt would fin right in with most of their tongue-in-cheek humor (ie slaves are "employees")

But I don't really want to support unofficial merch, as OWI deserves and could use all the money they can get. Plus I don't really dig the shirt. The concept is good, but the execution is off.

They ought to make little Abe ponytails attached to headbands.

The thing that interests me most about unofficial Oddworld merch is OWI and JAW are some of the easiest people to get in contact with to ask for permission to sell these types of things but for some reason no one ever tries

I've been waiting for years for a simple black t shirt with the OWI logo on it.

It may come across a bit as selling out, which probably goes against the stories behind Oddworld, but there's nothing wrong with keeping fans and customer happy which at the end of the day, it's in their hands to keep Oddworld going.

I still just want a reprint of a lot of the merch that was sold along side AE.

Give me those stickers and shirts I have a mighty need for all of them even if they're made to order

I'm surprised you all aren't trying to burn the website yet. It does nothing except sell unofficial merch for franchises without permission.

It's only the Oddworld merchandise I care about. Most of my other favorite series' creators are already making hand over fist. But Oddworld could truly use this money to kick the series back into gear. And that's something I had almost given up hope for before Abe HD was announced/rumored.

If Oddworld did another decent official t-shirt, I'd buy it. As long as the design was so good I couldn't resist as a fan.

Some things to say first:

1. I'm really REALLY sorry for using Papyrus, but I think it actually fits here...
2. It's not final, polish has to be done and I may add texture and proper eyes later.
3. For aesthetic purposes I put the design on a shirt.
4. The "l" lines up with the teeth. It looks good but bad at the same time...

Looking good. I'd probably want one. You could always throw the Oddworld font on there if people don't like papyrus.

I like it quite a bit. I personally think the face is a little too stretched out though.

I'd definitely buy an official version of that if the font was changed and the image of Big Face was taken from the game model.

I can't get this idea out of my head that Big Face is Abe from the future every time I see him now.

For me it just looks to abstract. For my opinion it doesn't really look like the "Odd" Oddworld �� :P
