I have an android smartphone with a PSX emulator on it and play AO/AE using it.
Did somebody try to edit the levels from the PSX version? Do I should use PowerISO?

Not so. You have PSX emulator on android smartphone and it will play using PSX emulator on android smartphone. When play commence you will play using android smartphone PSX emulator and no other PSX emulator than one for android smartphone. You see how can be done?

you can't edit the game on psx only pc...
