I agree. I really like their layout, most of it at least, not all of it. The site feels more immersive, in an Oddworld sense.

Ya, know, you can silence it (there is a player at the bottom of site)... tbh I like the idea of music at forums (keep in mind it's not one-reapeating-boring-track, there are 11 here) as long as it's customizable :P

The original Oddworld Forums were owned by Sydney and ran on EzyBoard. Also what is the sum of do? I've been trying to calculate it for a while.

There are(were) other non-english Oddworld forums besides this one, usually started by former members. They typically don't last long.

Also, This forum is fine the way it is. Its simple and clearly devoted to Oddworld.
Plus the lack of music is a good thing, Because I can load up Itunes and play my own music :D

Automatic music on websites is a big no-no in web design - That's one very good way to turn away viewers. And it uses tons of bandwidth. This site takes a very, very long time to load - And I'm not even on dial-up! And what's with the custom cursor?

Still, another Oddworld community that looks like it's been around for some time, for non-English speakers. Good on them, but they should improve their web design for their sake.

I think that cursor is from the original Abe's Exoddus Windows 98 theme.
