Basically, family's mother dies, neighbors post picture on Facebook of the mother with a grim reaper, skull and crossbones, etc. The daughter in the family has the same disease, and she is going to die from it in a matter of years. So, said neighbor decides to do the same thing to her. Sickening.

The neighbor was confronted about it and resents nothing, and says she does it only to bring misery to their family. Something like that, anyways.
