The 'Wink' oddicon (this one: ;)) is showing up as the symbol for negrep to me. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just happening for me?

Talking about negrep oddities; I took this screenshot a while ago (as can be told from the old threads) but never found an appropriate place to post it. Until now.

Why the page loaded like this, I don't know. Probably some sort of php fuck-up with linking images.

So, how can I get my posrep up?

Be nice, funny, have constructive posts, and people with post-rep you if they like what they see. The more people that post-rep you, the higher your reputation will go.

When you posrep someone you give them the amount of rep equal to your rep power, as you've probably worked out. But when you negrep someone you take away half the value of your rep power, rounded down. So as your rep power is currently 1, that'd be halfed and rounded down to 0.

So while you could theoretically negrep someone by clicking on the scales symbol in the top right corner of their post and selecting 'I disapprove', you would not actually take away any rep from them.

I'm doing really well.

Anyway to stay off topic; why is it that whenever something is viewed as religious it is immediately and majorily assumed that that religion is Christianity? Here's one for the witch-hunters: I'm Wiccan.
And the signature "Blessed be" is no more forward than "Bless you" or "God bless". Just because you didn't sneeze doesn't mean that a friendly gesture shouldn't be welcome. If you don't like the way I end my posts then please, feel free to post your witticism, but be sure to actually know what you're talking about before you do so. Some of your remarks can be very funny but some of them are filled with too much ignorance to be worth posting and/or reading.

What so I just happened to have a screen shot of old threads and I decided that it would make me look cool to paste the negrep image over my screen. And I was so convinced of this I spent ages trying to crop the text on top of the negrep image but keep the image on top of the the button background?
