Some of my drawings (Tried to invent new Oddworld creatures!)
 

Hi! I'd like to share some of my drawings. I got my inspiration for them pretty much from Oddworld's characters/creatures. Criticism is welcome, because I know I'm not that good... "artist" and I'd like to improve my skills. :)

From left to right:

- Skarrli', an evil species who are born incredibly obese with no legs. They usually manage to grow a factory or a business of somekind.

- Henchmen, the ones with no actual name nor species. Cyborgs (?) that protect the Skarrli'z from intruders. Only ten exist.

- Gnoor, extinct wildlife species that were butchered by evil industries run by Skarrli'z and Glukkons.

- Moogles, the peaceful natures villagers. Very friendly to Mudokons all over Mudos. They collect their food, construction materials and everything else from the nature. They communicate by their horns.

- Moobbay, the big flying elephant-like creatures that are born to slavery. They are used as "vehicles" by the bad guys such as Sleegs.

- Sleeg, the bird-like soldiers working for Skarrli'z, and in occasions, for Glukkons too. They are related to Sligs but they are able to fly.

Sorry for the wall o' text, but that's about it! Tell me what you thought about them or their backstories and sorry about the quality! :O

I haven't been drawing a lot now because school started. (Oh noes!)

But I promise I'll make more soon.

School has been giving me more homework cause I moved up 3 years:fuzmad:, will make more logos and stuff soon:fuzgrin:.

I've been pretty busy because of school, but I managed to draw these:

- Nabbai, a harmless whale-like creature living in the sea.

Cool, how did u make the sign?

It was a project at school, we first printed a word/sentence we wanted in it, then we glued the paper on top of the copper and started carving out the letters and that's how I made it.

- Demon Abe, I tried to draw a mudokon similar to Abe and I had this fun little idea of a demonic powerful form of Abe and, well, here's the result:

- Kabootlum

"Ancient Grubb tribes used Kabootlums to travel over the mountains because of their ability to move very fast in cold and/or snowy environments.

Fun Fact: Elums are related to Kabootlums, but Elums can not stand snow and they are definitely more lazier than Kabootlums.

Interesting Fact: Kabootlums, unlike Elums, move very slowly in hot temperature."

"Aroarcs are weak creatures, but they are able to swim and crawl very fast because of their strong arms. They can fit themselves into almost any kind of armour making them very dangerous if armored."

I first thought of Aroarcs when I was thinking what kind of enemies would Stranger's Wrath 2 possibly include and I thought of a huge badass bodyguard that would be very weak and small without it's armor. This came into my mind first.

Anyways, hope you enjoyed these pictures and I'll update this thread every once in a while when I get new material!
