My Oddworld Posters
Hello! Im fairly new to the Oddworld Forum, but recently I have been making a fair bit of Oddworld inspired graphic design. So I thought I would share some here! Ill update when I make some more.

These are very impresseive. I always liked the insidious commercial messages of the Magog Cartel, and its good to see them inspiring work like this. I especially like the way you can see the tree underneath the Big Bro' one.

The AE posters definately my favorite, the rotoscoping on the Big Bro is really well done too but you left off one of the mask pipes :p

Very nice! Very Art Deco.
Oddworld got progressively more art deco with each game, and I could definitely see the advertisement posters scattered around Nolybab. :) My only criticism is that certain things are slightly off-center or inconsistent in symmetry. It's barely noticeable, and a few of the inconsistencies I'm noticing may just be a trick of the eye. I'd love to see more! Perhaps make some travel posters for Feeco Depot? |

That totally undermines whatever comments I was gonna make! (But I shall make them anyway :p) I like the stylish big-bro and the whole set up of that poster; as someone said, it's like a classic army recruitment centre given the Oddworld non-restrictions on questionable marketing techniques :p And the I like the Soulstorm Brew with the 'bone free' hint to AE. "WHAT!!! That is not even near enough! How are we supposed to get that deep, rich flavour that's smooth without being bitter?! You might as well take out the bones!! I don't need excuses; I NEED TEARS!!!" I also like the nail hole stains and the paint cracking effect on those two. And I like the blending of the industrial smoke with the native (or perhaps liberated) mudokons in the AE one. S' very stylish and nicely Odd. :D |

These posters are fantastic! The Style of them to me looks a lot like Team Fortress 2.

First of all thank you everyone for all the kind words! I honestly never expected that sort of response from everyone, my intention was to just show you guys my work because I felt you might appreciate it a lot more than other people. But the feedback has been amazing! And I can't thank you all enough.
I am working on a couple more designs for Munch and Stranger to complete the collection, Ill get them posted up here first as soon as I am done :D You guys are amazing, and I look forward to contributing more to this community in the future :) |

haha why ? xD sooner or later all the OW fans end up here (and perhaps 90% leave again after a while xD) i first joined OWF and later followed other artists to dA, like many others, who are now in TOC ^^

And Slag? Ive been doing poster designs for the past couple of years, but my graphic design practice has been around 10 years in the making. Just evolved into limited colour posters at the moment. I find the limitations of 2/3 colours a challenge :D |
