I can assure you it's real (and it's the longest one in the English language at that), Google/Wikipedia it, unless you meant something else.

I did, and the word was "made up" just to name the condition, don't get me wrong, the word is real enough but it's really intelligent medical slang and you just don't find slang to be real English.

I object to you adding three extra syllables at the end of a perfectly respectable word in a shallow attempt to make it longer than 'floccinaucinihilipilification'.

May I suggest that we restrict ourselves to words that can reliably be expected to appear in a dictionary?

Like, for instance, 'Feague'; to shove ginger up a horse's arse in order to make it look more lively before a competition or sale.
