Tales of Redwood Forest (fanfic)

Ok, this is a fanfic....

It's about a large forest, still mostly dominated by trees and mudokon villages, for the mean while, and the many different things that go on with it, leading to a climactic ending story.

There are three different characters, so basically, chapter 1 will be about one character, 2 about the other, and 3 about the final. It will go in a cycle like that. Well, sometimes I may screw around with the cycle, so meh'. Enjoy.

Chapter One: Old Friends, New Enemies

Klartali wandered through the village, called Shallow Bark, staring at the aimlessly infinite amount of mudokons. Young ones, old ones, women, children, they all bowed to Klartali or just simply nodded approval, for Klartali was to become the chief of the village today, if the elder shaman allowed it.
There were three young mudokons who all came from noble families, which each claimed leadership at a time. All though most people thought that Klartali deserved it the most, but it was not their decision to make, but the elders'.
He strode with purpose down the center path of the village, towards the gigantic hut that served as home of the elder shaman. Suddenly, a big mudokon, more muscular than most, ran up next to Klartali, and kept pace with them as they walked in the same direction. "Ah, it seems as if though only yesterday we were but children.." the beefy mudokon said to Klartali, who he know as Blorgen.
Him and Blorgen had always been friends sense they were little kids, but it was not Klartali that was known to be strong and powerful, but smart and lanky. All though Klartali had behind him most of the common folk, Blorgen had the warriors, who hailed him as a hero.
To continue the conversation, Klartali said, "Well technically, we are STILL children..." he muttered to his friend.
"Well that may be true," he paused,"but after what happens in that tent, we will be men, no matter who wins the rite of chief." Klartali nodded in agreement. All though most just though him as a bone-headed warrior, he was truly smart, and very caring for his family.
After the brief conversation, they had finally entered the hut, and, besides them, there were only two others in there. The Elder Shaman, whose name was long lost in history, for even HE has forgotten it, and a shady, evil looking mudokon - which was surprising, sense he indeed WAS a mudokon, which were commonly peaceful- who they both knew only as Larzen. Larzen was many years older than them, and, even though he was older, his family was still in the race for the claim of chieftainship.
And so, as the three mudokon stood there infront of the old, wizened elder shaman, he examined them all: Klartali, skiny with deadly amounts of inteligence. Blorgen, a warrior by birth yet cool-headed and protective of his people. And finally Larzen, spidery, silent, and deceitful. The shaman knew all this with a simple glance, and knew what would be the outcome with each person being the chief. So, with a sigh, he closed his eyes and said,"Klartali, step forward." he did as the elder said, and, with a faint breath, he said to Klartali, "Welcome, my new chief."

stonetooth 05-11-2009 05:46 PM

OH ODD DAMNIT! I accidently back spaced while typing the second chapter, grr...Well, atleast I'll finish it today. Enjoy. (Mugol is the main character of the chapter, and he is a glukkon)

Chapter Two: What boss says is best...

"Don't worry, my plan will be PERFECT...." Mugol said, his voice faltering.
"Of course it will be prefect, because if it isn't I will have to show you what I can do by force, and surely you don't want me to hurt my favorite puppet now, do you?" his master said menacingly. Even though Mugol served him, he still did not know his own master by name.
"Of course, master...I will not fail you again!" he said, quivering.
"Good...Now, I can only send you MINIMAL amounts of help, sense you failed in your last project....I will send you with two dozen slig guards and atleast 50,000 moolah, 'tis all I can spare." he said.
"Thank you, boss, I won't fail! I'll bring back more than you gave me, I promise!" he said half-heartedly.
"There's my little servants, always being a good little lapdog....LEAVE ME!" he said with a sudden burst of anger, as Mugol ran away from his master.
Once he was a good distance away, and in the armored vehicle that will bare him to a clakker town, one that is very productive, and they will surely welcome him in with his new company. And if they don't, he will start it there by force. As he continued on these same thoughts, he slowly drifted into a deep sleep....
He awake, hours later, and to his suprise, they are already there. He jumped out of his ride, and strode with purpose into the town, towards the building he deemed as the mayor's house, with his slig gang right on his heels.
Many clakkerz ran in fear, or fell to their knees and cried, hoping that they wouldn't be chosen for a random beating by the merciless sligs.
But soon, they already crossed the distance to the mayor, and, on his command, a slig rushed the door with his shoulder, breaking it into pieces, but stumbling and falling onto the ground foolishly. He kicked him and ordered him to stand up.
Much to Mugol's delight, the mayor didn't seem tough, and was very wimpish. The mayor said with stutters, "Now, what are yall doin b-b-bashin doors in? I can call the guard on ya, and get you th-t-thrown out..." he said, with little force behind his words.
"Now now good sir, I am simply here to HELP your town.." Mugol said decivingly.
"Really, how so?"
"Well, you see, I saw this gigantic forest called Redwood, which houses your town, and I decided to graice you with the presence of my factory here. I am prepared to hire clakker workers, and I have enough money with me to pay for them. As for my sligs, they won't be payed, they will just have the honor of serving me. So what do you say?" He said forcefully.
"Sounds like a plan.." the clakker said, not as scared.
"Good. Now, I will take a big plot of land to the north, right outside the town...Get the strongest clakkerz here, and they shall help in the grand building of the lumbering factory." he said, and with that he was off, much to the mayor's relief.
Later, he was outside of the town, the rough sketch of the factory built, and the clakkerz all ready building. They were under strict watch by the sligs, and, even if they weren't showing it, Mugol could sense there fear. But, they worked loyaly, and had already started setting up the foundation of the building. They even had a bunch of gigantic construction vehicles grabbing mass amounts of metal and putting it into place on the giant factory.
To his demand, he had ordered that his office be constructed first, and the room was somewhat decent. A table, a big chair, and the walls and a part of the roof up. Perfect, all according to plan, just as he had told his master....

What do you think? is it good?

stonetooth 05-11-2009 05:47 PM

I just noticed this was significantly longer than the first..Oh well. Guess i'll change chapter 3 to the mudokon's and add the final main character as a mix with Mugol in chapter 4...I should have 3 up in four days, just to let yall know, maybe sooner.

AlexFili 05-12-2009 01:22 AM

After reading Chapter One, I was quite interested in the Mudokon focus of the story. It's interesting to see a Chief being elected. I honestly have no idea where this story is going so it's great for me :D

stonetooth 05-12-2009 05:27 PM

Ok, seems i have loads of free times on my hands right now, and i'm not going to spend it masturbating, so i have come to the conclusion of adding chapter three right HERE AND NOW! Ladies and gentlemen, enjoy chapter three....(Mud chapter)

Chapter Three: Celebrating The Times...
The gathered crowd of mudokon villagers roared in approval as the three stepped out, Klartali, Blorgen, and Larzen all three stepped out of the giant hut, Klartali at the lead, holding his massive staff, the mark of chieftanship in the village. He shoved it high in the air as he beemed in pride. All though it cost him his friends anger and the rising of a new, yet not known, enemy, Klartali was happy.
He walked out among the villagers, who were right beside him and around him, offering him praise and gifts as they walked to the festival grounds, where they were to hold their celebration of the new chief. There was a big long table, on which was placed some of the finest looking food in the world. Around the behemoth table were abunch of toys that the children were playing with, mock fighting and climbing up the wall of the village, only to be pulled off and scolded by overly-protective parents.
Klartali took the seat at the head of the table, and, beside him, sat the two "runner-ups", Blorgen and Larzen. The rest of the older villagers, the warriors and the others, were all in the other chairs, looking hungrily at the food. As was tradition, the new chief would give a speech before the grand dinner.
Klartali stood up on the chair, so all his people could see him, and said with a big smile, "Hello, my people!" he said in a voice that carried on the winds, and the people shouted their reply. As he continued his speech, he noticed Blorgen had left, probably to go to the bathroom, because nothing else was to be as important as a tradition. He continued. "I know that I am yet still young, as were my fellow chieftains-to-be, but I promise you, I will learn everything that is necessary to make my people into a great community of earth loving mudokons, and we will thrive in this fore-" he was cut off, as the chair he stood on was pulled from underneath him, and he fell to the ground.
He looked up, puzzled, at everyones faces, which were laced with anger, and then he looked at Larzen, who was filled with a loud, evil burst of laugher.
This had not amused the others.
Some of the warriors quickly got up to their feet and rushed to Klartali to help him up, and the others went to Larzen, picking him up by the scruff of his neck and throwing him to the ground, and started kicking him and beating him with the shafts of well shaped wooden rods. To Klartali's own amazement he yelled, "Stop! All though this little traitor DID technically attack me, we can not kill our own kind! It is part of the pact with what used to be the other tribes, before they left. Do you not remember? Now, all though that is very old, I say to you, do not kill him, but..HE SHALL BE BANISHED!" he said in a loud voice, and, as Larzen was dragged out of the camp, his new enemy shouted, "You will regret this, you useless pile of slig dung, yo-" he was beaten with a rod again. Larzen quickly crawled his way out of the village, eager to get away to be free of the searing pain in his.
Now, regaining his senses, Klartali said, "Forget this one fool who is angry for he has lost against me, but feast in the honor of my name!" he roared, and the people still at the tabled roared aswell. That night was a great night. They feasted. They drank. They partied their brains out and Klartali had met a young mudokon girl, which was rare, that was only one winter younger than he, and they had talked the night away after the celebration...It was a great night, indeed, or atleast for the time being.

--------------------------------------
Edit: I just noticed, but It seemed there's only a small group that read/make these fanfics. assistant, oddey, fili, mr. odd, and me. :0 Fanfic club....
another edit: scratch the previous edit...I already have a second idea for a fanfic..But I won't even think of posting it until i have all 15 chapters of this one done...That's right, 15 chapters. I plan to keep to that promise of 15 chapters to you all!

AlexFili 05-13-2009 05:12 AM

Most of us are also on the RPG Tribe as well. Co-incidence? I think not! :D
I seriously think that a massive fanfic collaberation is in the cards somewhere. I think we should definately plan to have some kind of mass fanfic made in June/July.

stonetooth 05-13-2009 03:15 PM

Sounds like a plan, mah' man.

MA 05-14-2009 06:57 AM

i'm up for that, YEEHAW!

also, i enjoyed reading this, my favourite side of the story is the industrialists.

stonetooth 05-17-2009 06:27 AM

Ok, so before my Great grandparents come over, I'm going to see if i can post this real quick. It's a mixture of industrialists and the OTHER main character. :)

Chapter Four: A Traitor Is In Our Midst....But He's Not A Slig
Mugol sat in his completed office, which sat in his completed factory. He smiled a toothy grin. Soon he would have the entire forest cut down and he would be one of the richest glukkons in the world.
Suddenly, he heard a loud yelp and "BOSS, BOSS!" he pushed back his chair and spat out his cigarette, and walked down the hall. There, right before him, was a lanky, rougish looking mudokon, struggling to fight off two sligs. "Chill boys, chill..I SAID CHILL, ODD DAMNIT! Now...Why are you here, dirty mud?" he said agressivly. It looked up at him with big dark orbs, and muttered quietly, "Hello, great Mogol...." he started, as Mugol wondered how he had found out his name. "I am simply here to HELP you in eradicating the forest...I know that there are a handful of mudokon tribes in the forest, and, if they unite under the will of their elder shaman, then they could destroy this town, AND this factory." he said, then took a deep breath.
"And ya' know this HOW, exactly?" Mugol questioned.
"I used to be one of them, before I was denied my birth right..." he spat.
"Well, my new found friend, come into my office and we can work out a deal..." he smiled and led his new second in command to his office.
"But first sir," he said, "I have a suprise gift for you outside...."
"Bloody 'ell boys, this glukkon's makin' us wait to long, and these sligses are wooses!" Urgoth 'Chain Smoker' said loudly, for all the sligs to here. He was a outlaw, but, unlike most outlaws, he and his were mercenaries, more or less.
Finally, after waiting and shouting taunts at the guards, a tall glukkon came out, with the same shriveling mudokon that had hired him at his side.
"Ah, my new found friend...and his friends...Welcome to paradise in the making!" he said.
"Yeah yeah, cut the crap, long-arms. I know you need me to kill some mud's and help cut trees. All i'm sayin' is if the price is right, I'll do it. Get me?" he said roughly.
"Haha! You amuse me, I'm already taking a liking to you. Well, Urgoth, leave your boys here and the three of us can have a little chat...." Mugol offered.
"Sounds like a plan.." he said with a grunt, and they walked back into the factory to plan the destruction of Redwood Forest.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ya like? :D

MA 05-17-2009 06:48 AM

"Yeah yeah, cut the crap, long-arms." That made me laugh.

i've taken an unusual liking to Outlaws recently, so i found that chapter very interesting.

AlexFili 05-19-2009 01:04 PM

Nice. I think Outlaws can be utilised well as plot points.

stonetooth 05-21-2009 01:48 PM

Just something to tell ya: Chapter Five Tommorow. :D

stonetooth 05-26-2009 02:52 PM

ok, sorry..Wasn't able to do chapter 5 on the promised date. I'll have to do it now. Again, sorry.

Chapter Five: Technically, your wrong...

"Sir! We must go after him!" screamed one of the younger tribe warriors, close to Klartali. Blorgen sighed as he stood next to him, rubbing his temples. Just after the feast, Klartali had promoted Blorgen to the positsion of his assistant, and the leader of the tribes' warriors.
"No, it is wrong. It is against the law of our tribe. Would you rather break our own laws and catch a outcast, or stay here, and leave the outcast to be CAST OUT?" Klartali said, rasing his voice slightly.
"No, I don't mean to harm our tribes' honour, but....He killed my brother.." the warrior replied with little tears forming at the edge of his eyes.
"Even if he did, we can not risk our men to take down and bring to justice an outcast. We already have enough troubles as it is. The elder shaman is sick, and since we have no able healers, we have three of our warriors attending to him, and now, there have been reports from one of the other villages that there have been sights of sligs and the clakkerz cutting down trees, and taking them to some new factory....And lastly, there are words of outlaws in service of this...Mugol...." he said, rolling his tounge over the name.
"Yes, sir...." he said defeatedly, and walked off.
"Blorgen." Klartali said quietly.
"Yes, my chief, what is it?" Blorgen said.
"I want you to take four or five of our best warriors and lead them out to watch for these industrialists. Send one mudokon, be it warrior or villager, to each other tribe village, and warn them of this, if they do not already know. And if it is possible, get them to send either the chief of their village, or atleast a representative. If you please."
"Yes, yes, of course my chief." Blorgen said with a bow, and walked out the tent, barking orders.
Klartali stood up from his "throne" and walked outside, down the main path, and looked around at the village. Perhaps we could add some spears into the wall for a bit of a better defense if we are attacked, he thought. And maybe we will need to...force...more villagers to be trained as warriors. If these industrialists are as bad as I think, we are doomed...He drifted off into thought, accidently bumping into the girl at the feast.
"I'm sorry, chief it's-"
"No, don't worry, girl, it was clearly my fault." he said with a smile, and she responded with a smile.
After an awkward silence, she said,"Well, i better get to my duties.." and walked off.
"Well seems I better get to my duties as chief as well..." he said to thin air, and walked off in no particular direction.

CHAPTER 6 SOMETIME THIS WEEK, AND I WILL KEEP THAT PROMISE!!!

joshkrz 05-26-2009 03:29 PM

this is great, just perfect, such a good story, i hope you do that next chapter soon :D

MA 05-27-2009 05:33 AM

we will have to see if he proves himself as chief.

stonetooth 06-05-2009 01:32 PM

Frack. Seems i didn't keep my promise. But now comes the next chapter.

Chapter Six: Freck! Those Damn Muds.....

Mogol grunted in annoyance as the newest report was brought to him. Another small band of mudokon's, armed with spears and bows. Of course his somewhat loyal personal "army" of sligs intercepted them and killed them, taking souvenirs and the like, but it just angered him that they come into HIS land. Sure, it may of been a forest and all, but by Odd, he had the right - "Sir! Word comes from Urgoth that he has personally found a village and burned it to the grounds, leaving none alive. Women, children, men......." Larzen said with a feral grin.
Over the short time he has known Larzen, Mogol has come to like him. He had similar characteristics about him that could be found in most glukkons.
"Yes, good. But, you of all know that all the mudokons must be destroyed." he replied.
"Yes, well, excluding me, sir?" he asked.
"For now, Larzen, for now. Unless you earn your life." he said slightly tempered. All though he knew that he probably wouldn't kill him, he still threatened it, he thought to himself. What would it feel like to be a general with troops that didn't respect you, fear you? Again drifting off, he was interupted by Larzen. "May I leave now, sir?"
"Sure. Get out." he said with a sigh.
He walked through the halls of clakkerz at work and outside, seeing his sligs and outlaw mercenaries. "Now now, boys. Today will be a glorious day. I will personally lead a small army into the forest to begin cleaning up all the mudokon filth. I will be riding in my new tank with my lieutenants, and you will follow on foot. So, with that in mind, my good troopers, I will hand pick one of the sligs present to be my third and final lieutenant." He finished his speech, and looked around at the sligs. Some were week and frail, some a bit stronger than the rest, until he saw his newest troop, a Bigbro slig, which he had recently drugged up with drugs that the local clakker doctor had given him. "Yes, Briggens, is it? Your my new lieutenant."
The big thing jumped up and down happily, it's metal pants crushing pieces of the ground. "Yay! Me smash for you!" he said with a stupid smile.
Yes, perfect. With that, he jumped into his tank, followed by his three lieutenants.

joshkrz 06-05-2009 01:48 PM

:O more suspence, i really want to know whats gonna happen

+Rep, please make another one soon :D

AlexFili 06-05-2009 03:17 PM

This story is progressing well! :D

MA 06-07-2009 05:32 AM

good selection of characters, and you fuel them well.

i'll be reading the next chapter.

stonetooth 06-16-2009 11:05 PM

Sorry for the long wait on chapter seven. I was on a week or so long vacation in LA and then to Vegas. I finally arrived yesterday but I wanted to get settled in before I wrote anything...But anyways....CHAPTER SEVEN!

Chapter Seven: The Reckoning Begins
Klartali gripped his throne tightly, as he was told what had happened at a nearby village, and he looked back at the line of messengers.
"So you see, we were attacked by a squad of sligs, and they destroyed three of our huts, and they killed nine of our villagers. My chief was hoping you could send some workers to help rebuild the lost huts?" the messenger asked after gulping in air.
"Yes, of course my brother. They will be on their way whenever I have time to get to it."
The messenger did a weird curtsy type thing, and left. The next one walked up and said, "Hello, chief. My tribe..well, what's left of it...told me to come here to warn you. My village was completly destroyed, by sligs, outlaws, and a small group of clakker citizens..I barely ran out alive." he said, a grim look on his face.
"I see, I see...You will be given a roof over your head and breakfast, lunch, and dinner." he said matter-of-factly.
"Thank you chief."
Now, the final messenger walked up, this one of his own tribe.
"My chief, I bare more grim news to add onto your list..." he started.
"Well, spit it out."
"OK. Remember that small party we sent out under the command of Blorgen? They were ambushed by sligs, and five of the eight were killed...And Blorgen was one of them. They tried to give him a proper burial, but they didn't have time, so they just left him..."
Klartali sat their, mouth agape, staring blankly into nothing. Blorgen? How could this of happened to Blorgen? He was strong, always very smart and cool-headed. Surely this couldn't of.......Klartali shook his head, realizing how much of a threat that this really was...May Odd save them all.

AlexFili 06-17-2009 12:14 AM

I like the switching from heroic and evil perspectives. I like the good mix of species in the story as well.

MA 06-17-2009 08:07 AM

im actually enjoying the native side as much as the industrial side now.
good work.

joshkrz 06-17-2009 08:08 AM

This is very unique, I really like this story.

stonetooth 06-22-2009 10:14 PM

Hey guys. I'll try to put in chapter eight tommorow where the epicness continues. xD But, considering my failures so far in putting in chapters on time, that may not happen.

AlexFili 06-23-2009 12:00 AM

Just try your best. That's all you can do. I really like this story so far

stonetooth 06-27-2009 05:28 PM

Chapter Eight: Boom Boom Pow Pow!
The slig battle tank shook, feeling the power of the big explosion that had just happened. "By Odd, that was beautiful, beautiful....Fire off another round! We need to deforest this place A.S.A.P lads! Larzen, get out there and help quicken up the pace! You to Briggens! This needs to be finished!" Mugol shouted orders in his tank to his lieutenants. He leaned back and grinned madly as the tank shook again from the round.
Larzen sighed and walked through the ranks of sligs and outlaws cutting down trees. The clakkerz had head home, sense the sun was about to go down, so the work had slowed sense. Damn those fat chickens.....He snapped too attention whenever he saw one of the sligs resting. "Hey, you, slig! What the heck are you doing SLEEPING ON THE JOB?!?!?!?! GET YOUR FAT BUTT UP AND CUT THAT ODD DAMN TREE DOWN!!!!!!" the slig jumped at the shouts and curses, and in his hurry to do as told, he dropped the axe on his foot, and doing so, bumped into the slig next to him, who bumped into the slig next to him, and so on. Soon, there were fist fights breaking out between slig and outlaw alike. To his right there was a outlaw bashing in a sligs face for stepping on his foot, and on his left two sligs were wrestling. Oh damnit, all I wanted them to do was work......
"YOU IDIOTS! IDIOTS, EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU! LARZEN GET IN THE TANK NOW!" By the time Mugol had finished cursing loudly and muttering to himself, the workers had gone back to the deforestation and Larzen was in his tank.
"Now, Larzen...." he said calmly. "WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT?!?!?"
"W-w-well sir, one of the sligs was sleeping on the job and, uh.....Well, I just didn't want to slow down the project." he said, rubbing his neck awkwardly.
"Well, good job! YOU FAILED! That took at the least fifteen minutes to get everyone calm and back to work. Get out." he spat on him. "Oh, and sergeant? Your demoted to regular grunt, now get a ax and get working, Mud!" Oh great, Larzen thought, oh great.

AlexFili 06-30-2009 02:55 PM

Nice dialogue :D

stonetooth 07-01-2009 09:05 PM

OK, just to let you guys in the loop of this hole story, i'm only planning on posting 4 more chapters. Two will be tonight, the next two I don't know about. I know this one was kind of short, but, I have another Fanfic coming out as soon as I finish this one. I will tell you three things about it. #1: The story is about a Clakker. #2: The story will have a new chapter atleast once every two days. The chapters are going to made to seem more like journals, except it's not going to say I everytime the main character talks. And finally, #3: I'm going to make this one much, much longer. And if I forget to post on the day right after one, I will be posting the day after that day. Enjoy chapters 9 and 10. Oh yeah, I think we should have a "Greatest Recent Short Fanfic" contest after I start my next one. :D Note: These two might be a little shorter than most, but it is supposed to be that way because it tells the tale from both sides in this...well, you'll find out.

Chapter Nine: Mudokons,Unite!
Klartali stood in the midst of atleast three hundred mudokons, all from four different tribes. Klartali's tribe and the other three were the only ones left in the forest on account of the rising slig attacks. Klartali stood next to the other village chiefs, looking past there warriors and at the giant force slowly emerging from the destroyed area of trees infront of them. Klartali and the other chiefs waited awkwardly as they looked forward, somewhat scared, but hopeful that they could win this giant battle. By the time the sligs had cleared out the trees, the appointed "general" (Klartali) pointed out and said, "ATTACK, MUDOKONS, ATTACK!!"
The first four rows of mudokons charged in, spears raised, to meet the first few waves of slig and outlaw soldiers. Spears and clubs clashed, guns were shot, good mudokons went down. Klartali's appointed assistant signaled for the archers to fire off the first round, and the red-feathered arrows rained death upon select ranks in the enemy battle force. For a minute, just a minute, it seemed to Klartali that this would be over quickly, but, in that minute, things changed.
A giant tank emerged from behind the enemy, and propelled giant bombs into the mudokon army. In a few seconds dozens of mudokons were blown to bits and crushed. The fight looked grim to Klartali, but amid the army of weakening mudokons, he saw a small group of shamans focusing there combined powers into a giant bolt of thunder, and it struck a path through the sligs and into the tanks front, blasting a giant hole in it. So, this would last as long as Klartali thought....

Chapter Ten: Sligs, Smash!
"Oh Odd!! I'm unfire, I'm unfire! Someone set me out now!!!" Mugol ran around outside of his tank in a fuss, until finally he rolled around and the fire was off him. The tank was still burning, but he was OK and that was what mattered. His commanders couldn't see him like this, Mugol thought to himself, and quickly jumped up with his head held high and said, "Briggens! Crush those Mud freaks!" and was answered by a, "Yay! I make you proud master! Me bash Mud skulls!" and multiple loud stomps as his pet commander stormed through the ranks of sligs and outlaws and into the rows of mudokons, smashing through loads of them at a time.
In the fight he could see Urgoth, laughing like a psycho and shooting like a crazed-man, and a few feet away from him was Larzen, getting bashed in with enemy clubs and getting stabbed with spears. Larzen fell beneath them, and to his grim happiness, Mugol smiled. "Serves him right for screwing up the work earlier..."
He sighed as he wished that the puny and weak Clakkerz had joined him in his fight. True, they were weak, but what they lacked in strength they made up in numbers. He saw another lightning bolt hurtle through his forces, destroying quite a big fraction of his force. Briggens came over to him and said, "Master, this is not looking good! Maybe we go back to Clakker Town?"
"No, you stupid idiot! We have them right where we want them, and besides, I hav-" he was cut off in mid-sentence when a giant lightning bolt ripped through Briggens' mid-section and the impact of it hit him to the ground, and then all was black...

Wow, no one posted inbetween the 1 day time zone of which I posted nine and ten. Looks like I'll make eleven. Hopefully someone will coment soon. :D

Eleven: The Aftermath...
The small group of mudokon scavengers, led by Klartali, searched through the ruined battlefield to find any still living mudokons that they failed to notice amongst the remains of what was the battlefield. It wasn't going to well, sense they had atleast One Hundred Thirty that weren't that damaged. Sense they had started the search six hours ago, they found seven mudokons, and twenty-one sligs. They decided to put the sligs out of their misery and killed them there on the spot.
They continued to look through the rubble whenever they found a purple headed glukkon. Klartali recognized this as the glukkon who ran out of the tank whenever the shamans blew it up. "You two, pick him up out of the rubble." he pointed to two mudokons who hurried to listen to him. Sense all of the other chiefs died, he was promoted the war leader and grand king of the mudokons in Redwood.
The mudokons picked up the glukkon and tied his legs together. It was getting late, so Klartali made a decision and said, "Lets head back to the camp. We will take care of this one there, and we will continue this...work...tommorow." The mudokons carried this 'Mugol' back to their camp and Klartali thought about his peoples' future, if they had one left in Redwood Forest, that is...

OH and P.S guys i'm sorry that these chapters are gradually getting smaller, but I'm just so eager to get to my new story that I just want to finish this. I'm not saying I don't love this story like a child but it's more like my practice story for my awesome story coming up. I'll add chapter 12 tommorow and maybe even start my new story if I have time.

Chapter Twelve: The Conclusion...Finally.
(Dramatic wait zone for the story :D)

And so there stood Klartali and The semi-conscious Mulok before the great council of shaman. They stared long at Mulok, deciding if he was worthy of life or if he shall be killed for his crimes against the mudokon race. Mulok wept and sobbed and kept on rambling, "The boss is going to kill me, the boss is going to kill me..He's going to blow up this whole forest, everyones gonna be dead, and it's all...all my fault...." Klartali stood a few feet away from him, puzzled by all the words and sentences that came spilling out of Mulok like a broken record. "I'm so so sorry..I didn't mean to..No, I did...You all should've died!" Mulok looked with hatred around the room of mudokons. "Your all gonna die! The boss'll be sure of it...He'll make it my dying wish...!!"
After Mulok's confusing crazed speech about his boss, the shamans all looked at Mulok and spoke as one to voice their decision. "Mulok is to be hung for his crimes against our kind, and against every force of nature. Get him out of our sight." Klartali signaled for the guards outside of the hut door to come in and take him, which they did with evil joy, roughly pushing him and kicking him out of the room. Klartali was about to walk out whenever one of the shamans, the eldest of them all, said, "Klartali. You did your tribe, nay, your people, a great thing these past few weeks. You are surely the greatest mudokon in these once-noble lands...." he said with a few coughs and weezes.
"Thank you oh great shaman, but I must get to my duties.." He said and bowed before them, then walked out.
Mulok grunted as he stood on the platform in the central of the camp that had been constructed for the battle, as the hundred or so warriors left stared at him with deep, intense hatred in their eyes. It was to be one hour 'till his hanging, and he really had nothing to do to pass the time except stare, stare into the emptiness of the sky. With a sudden spark his head shook violently and a voice was heard in his head. "Mulok! You fail me! I gave you all those supplies and sligs....And you FAIL ME?!?!? You are very lucky that these primitive mudokons are killing you now, or I would find you and strip layer and layer of skin from your body! Be warned before your impending death, that I will torture you into the after life. The very gods will mock you!" as the strange glukkon-like voice finished off with a mad jolt of laughter, Mulok's head shook violently and his feet began to feel weak, oh so weak....
And so, Mulok dies, and what's left of the Redwood population thrives once more......But safety will not be in those lands for long...

Epic enough for you Joshkrz? I will begin The Life of Officer Clucks tommorow, which is technically today, but you know what I mean.

A Clakker story is very interesting. I definately enjoyed this fanfic very much, the contrast between native and industrial was very good. It makes me think of that "Hand of Odd" game where you take both sides into battle :D
