What is your favourite web browser?

lol, this'll probably start a browser fan-boy flame war. :P

Anyway, mine's Firefox. It seems to do everything I want.

HOWEVER, later versions seem to lag like crazy and ends up taking shed-loads of memory until re-started. It's something they still haven't fixed after numerous updates. But I have faith they'll fix it soon so I can't be bothered to change browsers to something with less features.

Internet Explorer.

I used Firefox a few times, never really got into it. Haven't used the others.

I've personally only had Internet Explorer, so I guess in all fairness, I'd have to vote for it.
Although, I hear FireFox is pretty good.

Internet Explorer. I have IE and MFF on both my computers, but I think IE is better.

Internet Explorer due to it being default. Also, Firefox fanboys are fucking annoying.

i mostly use FireFox because it blocks some pop-ups, but i also use my own home made browser

And Kin, "pop-up blockers" are everywhere, not just on firefox.

And Raider, you missed out Safari (Mac browser)

Haven't even heard of Opera... would have to say good old internet explorer, but God bless whoever invted the internet. :D

Firefox because it has the ability to read HTML correctly... unlike IE :p.

I use Firefox beacause Internet Explorer is very slow. And my PC isn't slow.

Firefox is pretty fucking fast, I'll tell you that. IT'S SO FAST IT'LL BLOW YOUR MIND!!!!!1!

Firefox: loads slowly, but once it's loaded you can Browse faster.
Explorer: Opens faster than FF, but still slow.

Firefox originally because it has tabs. Now, because IE7 crashes constantly when I try to use it and takes ages to do anything.

I'm using the Firefox 3.0 beta which has all sorts of wierd bugs but is rather pleasant on the whole.

My life got so much better when tabs were finally implemented into IE.

I prefer Firefox over IE.

Why is it such a common mis-conception, actaully? I kept getting his name wrong too when I was younger.

I used to use Netscape. Now I use FireFox.

I call him King Koopa like the Wapanophile I am.

Firefox is the best. I like it because of the add-ons, My favorite is Distrust :p.

Firefox, without any doubt. No other browser have I ever been able to customize and streamline so brilliantly. Using it, I can specify all sorts of shortcuts that let me reduce visual navigation to next to nothing, leaving almost the entire screen for the Web portal.

I admit, though, to not sampling the latest IE has to offer. Its tabs seem clumbsy and cumbersome to me, but then I’ve never tried to customize them.

Evil tabs, I.E. has. Recommend them, I do not.

Im a firefox user.
I have it set up rather nice , you know having the staple add ons and what not.
Scribe fire , stumble upon , fotofox ,pic lens (its fucking epic), tab renamer for when im browsing porn , and a user agent switcher :3

Sooo, FireFox (lawl, such a cute name) is ze most popular, so it must be the quickest? I just use Internet Explorer, so yeah, basic stuff.

I.E. starts up quicker to my knowledge while Firefox once loaded runs a hell of a lot faster due to better caching capabilities i guess.
That said the start up on firefox is only about 5 or so seconds longer then I.E.

All in all the popularity of Firefox is probably more due to its add on capabilities and user community.
Any body who wants to and knows how can contribute to the mozilla community if they wish which leads to a large amount of useful tidbits that can be added to firefox for optimal browsing.

For instance i dont even have to go to photobucket to upload images to my account.
The same applies to my blog.
