My Abes exoddus Speedrun!
Hello! Ive been thinking about it, and ive decided to make a Oddworld: Abes Exoddus Speedrun!
Its not finished, but im doing parts at a time! This is my first ever video on oddworld, and attempt, so bear with me if i do things wrong. Hm, not bad. A little slow at bits, but congrats for doing the run. I'd do one but I can never find a progam to record more than 30 seconds.

When your done with this, try to submit it to the Speed Demos Archive, you'd be the first to sent an AE speedrun in and would thus hold the record.

hmm I looked at a bit of part1, if its a speed run shouldnt you have just fell/jumped down the first ledge since its faster?

Cool! This is the first Exoddus speedrun I have ever seen and it's great besides one or two tiny flaws. Keep it up!

I am a big fan of Evanescence, and I pressed play for the first movie, directly clicked at windows media player to stop the evanescence song that was playing. Back to the vid, and how strange! I swear i pushed the stop play button on the wmplayer!!!. so got back to the wmp, pressed play and the ev song started again, now I hear two ev songs. Great music in the background :P Now I go watch the vids, while I still haven't seen any of them :P |

I SWITCHED TO THE PC VERSION OF ABES EXODDUS TO SPEED THINGS UP. So if you complain about the casulties, escapees etc, its just pointless. :/ |

Can anyone help me? Im having trouble recording the PC version...
Im using Hypercam2, and when i record, it goes into a small square into the corner, and i cant get it full screen. Anyone else got a recorder i can download or how i can get this full screen? |
Set the screen you are recording to 640 x 480, I have left a comment on one of my YouTube videos you commented on how to get a good recording!

Hey ChubFish! It's meh, Xtreme7200 off YouTube. I'm considering making an Oddworld Abes Odysee speedrun. I have the emulator PSX, but the only thing I need is the recorder! I'd be really grateful if you could help me to make videos.
If you can't, don't worry. I think your speedrun is great ChubFish, keep it up. Oh and by the way, how do you add pictures to your profile? I've been wanting to do that for some time. |
Hmm ok. You could try using HyperCam2 and DivX (that's what I'm doing). To add pictures to your profile you need to make a video first then you should be able to select. Also this thread is about ~^_^~'s speedrun just to let you know, not my Abe's Exoddus speedrun (which I really should make a thread for).
