Time for another nice dicussion thread that has to go on for a while because the forums are BOOOOORING!!

What are your views on sex? Whats your opinion about it? Have you had it? Do you like it? How open are you about sex?

Is sex a meaning of entertainment which you can do with anyone you like or do you feel it's something you should share with only your lover?

Haven't had it yet, just reached 16 marker. I'm not going to pick up some random chavette from the street, but I'm going to wait for someone special to come along. Yes, desperate - no, not THAT desperate :p

I slightly object to the wording of this poll because, whilst I personally don't plan on having lots of meaningless sex, I don't hold it against* people who do. That's just the way I'm wired up - I need to trust someone before I can open up to them like that.

I'm thirteen, I shouldn't have opinions on the matter. I feel I will only have it when I'm in love, since I'm just spoiling it on someone whom I probably won't even like later on! And it probably would be more meaningful with someone I love close to my heart.

Yet it has been spoiled on the minds of my fellow classmates and they eager to have it. They have gotten real close to 'doing' it, but lack the ability to understand it. Then again, teenagers always believe they are mature and don't have anything else to learn in life. I'm just unproud on how sex has been abused by society.

Yes indeed. I just wanna punch the stupid s***s in my classes. Alway going on about who they did it with, how and long...Phah, you just wanna kill them. Then they tease me, cause I havent done it. I dont care, they probabaly have AIDS or somthing like that.

Been 15 since May, not legal or anything, though I do think the laws surrounding it are somewhat...odd. And on top of that, underage is probably everywhere anyway, as if you're going to let anyone see you doing it for the police to know, for God's sake.

I doubt I'd stand a chance of getting a one nighter or something, or any oppurtunity like that, even if I wanted to. I would rather save it for someone I'm truly in love with, though perhaps not necassarily until marriage, maybe, it depends, that seems more of a religious factor, and generally religion is starting to seem rather silly to me for a number of reasons.

Sex, as well as being for enjoyment, should also be about love, and that is little understood nowadays, and seems to be focused purely on the enjoyment aspect, with chat up lines, porn, etc. Alot of people also don't take it seriously, and it's only with a sensible, proper friend that you could have a proper conversation around it, because most people at school laugh about it (like alot do at sex education) if you mention it or something.

I do, personally, look forward to it in a way, though I doubt there are many people who could say that they don't in any way whatsoever.

I don't look forward to popping the cherry. That's supposed to hurt.

For us girls I hear. Not the most promising thing. That kinda puts me off, and all the AID stuff.

IMO sex should be about love, and I wouldn't ever go chasing after someone just for sex.

I personally was going to wait until marriage as I didn't see the point in rushing into it, however my girlfriend and I were 'having fun' and one thing led to another. Thus sex.
3 days before I turned 18! I'm so horrible by braking the law!
Then again its illegal in Virginia to have sex in any position but missionary... I'm afraid I like breaking laws.
I don't regret that I'm having sex before marriage, my girlfriend and I are very comfortable in our current setting.

As for people who do it with anybody, good for them. I know better then to mess with girls in my school though, last blood drive so much blood was rejected becuase kids at my school have AIDs.
Thank goodness my girlfriend goes to a different school.
Then again we were both virgins so I don't know what I'm worried about.

Oh and another thing, when your both virgins it makes having sex so much easier, we experiment and learn together.

Anyway, I'm underage, so shouldn't be able to say, but I view it as only being sutiable if there is love involved. A guy I know is always bragging about his exploits, but it is only ever with 1 girl who he does sound like he loves, so it doesn't seem casual.

I'm planning on hanging on until marriage, y'know, because the big AIDs and HIV scary part.

Of course, I won't be adverse to the odd bonk. Just wear protection each time, unless we're married and want to have kids, or I personally know myself that they don't have any STDs.

I've had it several times, liked it, and I believe in having it just for fun occasionally. It's not like I'm gonna marry the guy, so what the hell? I'm young. I have the right to enjoy life. :D Just a disclaimer, I always use lotsa protection...but yeah...I know that having sex with someone you actually love is a million times better than having sex with just a fling, but I haven't fallen in love yet and I'm glad I haven't.

I live by a few rules regarding sex. At the most basic, when in a relationship I only sleep with my partner (had to clarify that for those *cough* Nate *cough* who think I'm a dirty whore). When not in a relationship, I must admit that I do whore myself out. Only I refuse to kiss, because that's something I believe should only be shared between lovers.

As for my virginity, I misplaced it sometime when I was thirteen. I've always been a terribly horny person. My last proper relationship started out with having sex four times in the first night (and I still fondly look back on how great it was). From then on, there was not a time where I slept the night (and oh boy did I stay the night a lot) where we did not have sex at least once before snoozing.

At the moment I'm not in a relationship, so I am currently available for sex should any eligible, legal (Charlie you bastard :p) people be in the area ;)

I find that tons of makeup and no brains make a completely unattractive person. But, it's all in your opinion who you like and who you don't, right? Dammit! Well, yeah. Then you have exp. so it's much better when you have sex with the person you love because you know what you're doing.

Sex to me, however, is both an entertainment and a love thing. Ofcourse it gets a lot more intimate when you do it with someone you actualy love but that doesn't mean having 'just' sex can't be good too. It also doesn't mean dragging someone off the streets to have sex with, there's a certain level of getting to know him/her involved, ofcourse. But if you are both on the same level of 'just sex and nothing more' then I don't see a problem and happily go along with it :). Besides, if you're halfway lucky that one time thing can actualy get you a girlfriend.
