The Forums are Mourning the Loss of...
 

I've posted this in Forum Suggestions & Help (whoops, almost wrote Feedback) because it serves more than just the purpose of announcing my extended leave.

I thought it best to all let you know that this January I will hardly be online. From the 2nd of January (tomorrow) until the 14th of January I will be away on holidays in sunny Queensland. I will return for a week, but then will be whisked away again from the 20th of January to the 27th of January. I am not sure if I will have an internet connection, and should I do, my time will be limited.

Obviously, this means the forums are without any Administrators for a two week period, and shortly after, another week. As this is such a long period, and any number of issues might pop up, SeaRex has been given complete administrative privileges - meaning that he is in charge of the forums while I'm away.

Hopefully nothing terrible will happen in my extended absence, but I do expect that everyone keep things running smoothly as always. I will be backing up the forums' database and file system before I leave.
