Favorite Non-Oddworld Video Game

I want to know whats your favorite Non-Oddworld Video Game to know the forums alot. And also for the fun to know how you are like.

dripik_12 12-04-2006 10:21 AM

My favourite non-Oddworld video games are the Legacy of Kain series and the Medal of Honor series:)

snuzi 12-04-2006 10:48 AM

Definitely KOTOR. I've passed that game a bunch of times and I still find myself playing it :p

Kamille 12-04-2006 11:24 AM

I think this belongs in the Non-Oddworld gaming section, my favorite non-oddworld game is the metal gear series which includes metal gear solid all of them even two

Nate 12-04-2006 02:32 PM

I also think this belongs in NOG and closed, seeing as there are several threads that are not too old on this topic.

Cullen Heath 12-04-2006 02:35 PM

This thread is a disgrace.

Bullet Magnet 12-04-2006 06:01 PM

This thread was started by the new guy. Give him a break, this was his first offense.

This thread is a disgrace.

What really made me laugh about that comment was the smiley face above your post.

But I agree.
However, not to seem a rude bastich, I'll say that my favourite non-Oddworld games include Aura:Fate of the Ages (except the CG rendered people, that sucked), Abomination, and Alpha Centauri.
Oh yeah, and I'm addicted to racing games :p

On a side note: My post count: 666!
EDIT: Oh never mind...

G.A.Pster 12-05-2006 09:23 PM

oops, I forgot about Enclave:p It's a really cool game:)

Jordan 12-11-2006 08:18 AM

There are a lot of these threads, people like to make new ones I guess >.>
But as I'm talking, my favourite games are the Breath of Fire series, the Final Fantasy series, and I like Zelda and Mario too!

Rabid Fuzzle 02-10-2007 04:06 AM

Gotta be Resident Evil you can't beat a bit of evil corporate zombie killing. And Zelda. Great stuff. However I have found that they just don't make games like what they used to.

Satch 02-10-2007 03:01 PM

my favorite series has always been Metal Gear Solid. besides that, im a strong Megaman X fan, and im in love with Nippon Ichi. all the games that company makes are awesome.

the Final Fantasy games for the most part are great, but its hard for me to put them in my favorites..

moxco 02-10-2007 09:46 PM

OMFG.
Isn't there any GTA fans here besides me?

snuzi 02-10-2007 10:13 PM

I'm a fan of the Grand Theft Auto series. San Andreas is my favorite so far.

moxco 02-11-2007 12:06 AM

Same, San Aundreas is the best.
Im not alone. :)

snuzi 02-11-2007 12:10 AM

Of course not. There are probably thousands more like you and I :p.

moxco 02-11-2007 01:10 AM

Yeah, I was refering to the forum.

Jordan 02-12-2007 10:50 PM

I like San Andreas! :fuzzle: It's a shame it started on PS2, seeing as it's such a crappy console and all. But I want them for Xbox, better graphics and stuff.

Yeah, I was refering to the forum.

You really make no sense at times.
You never make any sense.

magic9mushroom 02-13-2007 12:22 PM

Starcraft and AOE II + III.

@ Mojo: yes starcraft is better :)

Arxryl 02-13-2007 02:14 PM

After playing Sonic the Hedgehog for the 360, I'd have to say it is pretty fun.

And definitely added to the list of favorites are:
Zelda: Twilight Princess
Mario Kart: Double Dash
the NEW super mario Bros.
Super Mario Bros. 3
Enchanted Arms

snuzi 02-13-2007 02:20 PM

I love Twilight Princess. I was actually kinda bummed when I finally beat it, because of how good it was.

Arxryl 02-13-2007 02:40 PM

But I enjoy how much there is to do, even after defeating the final boss. And the horseback battle system is really cool. Even the regualr battle system is awesome.

snuzi 02-13-2007 02:54 PM

I know what ya mean. The entire game is really well done. I just dislike beating games that I like, since it really makes me feel as if that game is over for good. It kinda depressing.

Jordan 02-13-2007 10:37 PM

I have Twilight Princess for the Wii! I love the battles, they're just so realistic when swishing your remote around! :)
Apparently, a second Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles is coming out for the Wii, imagine casting magic with your Wii remote?

snuzi 02-14-2007 01:22 AM

Damn, I would love to play TP on the Wii. I can only imagine how much more fun it must be with the Wiimote.

Tee hee, indeed ;)

Munch's Master 02-18-2007 11:20 AM

Don't know about my favourite, but my current game of choice is Fifa 07. Got it for Christmas and I'm still playing it like mad. It rocks.

Alf Shall Rise 02-19-2007 06:34 PM

Hmm....my favorite non-Oddworld games are the Elder Scroll series, Legend O Zelda TP, RE4, Halo (:P), and probably almost every Mario game :D.

OddjobAbe 02-28-2007 10:51 AM

I like the Halo games, original Sonic (for the Sega and Sega Mega CD), Mario, Metal Gear Sonic and Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb.
As Snuzi said earlier, I feel real bad when I complete a game I enjoy. Imagine how I felt when I completed Indiana Jones with all the hidden artifacts and Halo on legendary in the same day. 2 of my favorite games... and I've seen and done everything there's to do in them.

snuzi 02-28-2007 10:55 AM

I know what ya mean. Isn't it depressing? I mean, whenever I pass a game, it feels like such a hollow victory, because it's all over, and that really gets me down. I mean, sure, you can play the game repeatedly, but it's never the same experience as the first time you played it.

OddjobAbe 02-28-2007 10:58 AM

Completing a game for me is no victory. It's a punishment that HAS to come whenever you buy a new game. I had continuous fun with TimeSplitters2, though, because of the MapMaker. That may be fun, but it's just not like a professionally programmed level.

Alf Shall Rise 02-28-2007 11:58 AM

Ah yes! I also forgot about the Timesplitters series! Boy, I love those! If only Sony didn't rip us off and make the original version of the PS2 stop reading blue discs...I could be playing all of them! Anyway, I only feel depressed when there's nothing left to do in the game; that's why I like Oblivion. :D

munchman 03-02-2007 05:39 PM

Right now it is Gears Of War, which will change when another kick ass game comes out.

Reiji Neko Mitsukai 03-12-2007 09:52 PM

Legend of Dragoon and Chrono Cross for now, although I do love to play the Gex series. Been a while since I've played any of these, though.

speed the scrab 03-13-2007 01:13 PM

Oof where do i start the primary ones would be resident evil and sonic the hedgehog then stuff like gta and halo and other stuff like that
