My Custom Oddworld sprites. (Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga styled.)
 

Well, I made these about a year ago, but never really posted them until now... Enjoy!

Can you gel them together as an animation? Make a game?

Yay for M&L Superstar Saga edits!
If you made some Scrab, Paramite, and maybe some other creature ones, these would own so much more! (of course, they own enough as it is already, but...)
These should mostly be useful since we are devoid of other Oddworld sprites.

Thanx! I have no way of making any games with them, but if any of you would like to try, go ahead! I'll make some animations of them soon. they won't be the best quality, but they'll be animations none the less...

EDIT: Here's an Abe animation for you! I know it isn't the best animation job, but It is animatable!!!
this time a mudokon. I tried a sideways walking sprite, and it animates pretty well.

Here's a Tomahawker swinging his tomahawk. I tink this one is so far the best I've done with the animation part.

EDIT: did you try clicking on it? If it still doesn't work, tell me and i'll try to fix the link.

Arxryl: i have been waiting for it, but it was taking too long to load up, will you fix it please?

I'll sure try to fix it. I tink I can get a better one loaded hopfully. For now though, here's another animation.

Actually, my bro helped me with the Stranger sprites, but thanx anyways!
(He also made the first three slig walking poses...)

You need some turning anims now, some fightings ones, interacting ones... an environment... creatures... omnipotence....

Ah... that sounds good. I'll work on it! (soon.)

This may become a game!

Thanx! I'd say I am working on another one, but that took a LONG time to get everything right. I might make another ellaborate one involving Stranger, but probably not tonight.

I agree with Bullet Magnet, not to say that those weren't cool, 'cause well, they WERE!! but I wanna SW one..please...*Gives Fuzzle eyes*

I'll work on some outlaw sprites! And then sometime I'll make a cool animation with 'em.
And yes, I'll try working on Scrabs and paramites, it's just hard because they are their own kind of creature. they aren't humanoid, so it's hard to draw them just right, but I'll try!

That's pretty sweet! But why does Stranger spin around many times? I think that is the only flaw.

the reason he spins is because in the game he spins, then poses after he bag's an outlaw. that's why i put it there.

Ahh, I understand now. Still, in the game, he does not move around in the game, during his spin. Here you have him doing some type of tornado effect.

Two words: Ne-at!

Yeah...sorry 'bout that. I was trying to get him to stay in the same spot but I couldn't get it right.
Right now I am working on the Scrab and Paramite sprites. So far I have one standing Scrab sprite that my brother made.
