Well i have sent a P.M. to Alcar but i have not getted any answer yet, so i will write it here.
Havoc have closed my "you know you are a mudukon when" topic, his explanation was that i maked it wrong.
I cannot see how i maked it wrong, but i think that it is because i attack Havoc back in my faith topic without the poll, and which is closed.

Well then, technically, you need to PM Havoc. As he closed your thread, he will [I'm sure] then explain his reasons in detail.

1) This thread was good (because it was the first and the last sexual thread in this forum) wich was closed because it was revived? That is stupid. And whole ''do not revive'' rule is stupid. NOW CHANGE THAT!!!

2) This one was closed with this explanation: ''and this thread is one of them (of of thread-maker's stupidness)''. That thread could evolve in something bigger, and the moderator's chance to show how funny he can be, isn't a good reason for closing. ALSO FIX THAT!!!

Note: All those threads were closed by Rexy. It's just an accident. Nothing personal.

Yeah I guessed they would be about me. Let me give public reasons.

I closed the jerking off thread because I didn't want it to be ruined at the end, because that thread is a "classic" and a legend. Also the post didn't actually help the thread at all.

Also, I thought that Zeikio's thread was just plain stupid [no offence]. But in the last thread she said she wasn't bothered.

And Dusan, Alcar wasn't the one who closed the thread so he wouldn't be able to give reasons for why Havoc did. You should talk to the mod who closed the thread.

In my opinion, I've done nothing wrong. But I'm human and if other people agree with what you're saying Dusan then I'll rethink things when I go to close a thread.

But Dusan, you appear to be more angry about this entire affair than other members.

I know which topic you are referring to and I closed that with good reason. A 'You know you are an X when you do Z' thread is supposed to be funny. The list of things you ut in there were so freaking obvious and everything but funny and it was in my good judgement a pointless topic because of those reasons.
But, like Rexy already pointed out, I never recieved a complaint from you in my inbox, so it's a little late to complain now isn't it?

People, if you have a problem with a moderator just be a man and PM the guy explaining what's wrong. We're not gonna bite your head off for giving us feedback and in most cases you will get a mature and fair answer like the one above.

And like my previous deleted reply to this, we are not going to have a public poll each time a topic needs to be closed. Thats a moderators call and if the CREATOR of the topic disagrees with that, thats between him and the moderator. Other people have NO bussiness at ALL with that, so keep out of it unless you are being asked.

Why? As I said, it's nothing personal, just a coincidence.

I'm not angry, and this thread isn't made because I think you aren't doing the job well, I just had that idea. Discussion shouldn't be only between me and the moderators. Other members should participate also. Affair... :p

Well, also as i said, that thread could evolve in something bigger, and that bigger could be: ''Our stupiddest moments in OWF'', and not just ''Hers stupiddest moments in OWF''.

Well I do not know you well, but, I kinda have feel that you would not give that answer to primus if he PM-ed you. For a second, I thought the reason why you made this thread with the name Democracy, was because Dusan hoped that the topic would be resolved with that we needed new moderators.

But no, I do not think there has been a single pointless lock recently. The Mods clearly summarize their reason for locking the topic, or if not, someone else has. And furthur explamation is explained in a pm. And the only problem is that some people consider their threads, their babies, and if someone locked it, they start feeling that someone tried to kill it. So that's the main problem, members whining about how their threads are close.

Anyone who has their thread closed will obviously be annoyed, but spouting uot that whoever closed it is an m-fer or something is just stupid. Starting a thread for it seems a bit pointless. PM's are here for a reason.

What's confusing me is how they edited your post (to change the title) yet and message saying 'last edited by *whoever* on *date etc.*' isn't there. I thought that would be a default thing *shrugs*

Um.. not much to say. I think that any problem you have with a specific mod's actions is best dealt with via PM in most cases. However, I could see a general thread for discussions over those sort of things like thread closings being okay if the person wants to know everyone's impartial opinions. In theory, it works, but in practice... it gets messy and quite frankly, stupid and pointless when the person asking the question won't listen to what everyone says and accepts that maybe HE or SHE is the wrong one.

That said, I'm open to anyone who has a question about any thread, post, whatever I delete or edit in PMs or in this thread.

And to make this post actually relevant: Aqua-etc edited a post of mine unnecessarily. Just because she disliked something I wrote. Is it policy for moderators to be allowed to censor things they do not like even if they break no actual 'rules'?

No, I didn't think so. There is no defense for this action.

Let’s be reasonable. Our moderators, while being sincere in their operations, do have a sense of humour. They would only ever do such a thing if it amused you, or someone else, or themself; and only if they thought you’d find it amusing, or if they hated you; or if they had nothing better to do.

The edit was not unnecessary. It was offensive and made me feel very uncomfortable. In any post you say something like that in relation to me again, I'll edit the whole damn thing out.

You two obviously aren't on "friendship" terms, so you have no right to make sexual comments toward her. If you two joked like that all the time, then it would be fine. Hell, most people around here welcome slutty, lewd sexual comments directed at them, and that's fine if both members involved are on "joking" terms. Well... if it's not "fine," it's at least not against the rules... in most cases. I guess.

But what you're doing is certainly unwanted. In fact, if the mod team were being halfway serious about stuff like that, you'd probably have a warning for sexual harassment. You certainly deserve one for the horrid PM you sent to her.

And don't think that this is just because you're messing with a moderator, either. If this were happening to any member, all they would need to do is contact the mod team (preferably via PM) and we would take appropriate action, including (but not limited to) the editing and/or deletion of any derogatory posts.

It should be editted, same as all others that type.

If I was making serious sexual advances in a post then yeah, of course it should be edited. But as it was obviously intended as a joke, and quite a mild one at that, of course it shouldn't have. As I say, it is quite obviously incorrect action.

You may find it uncomfortable or whatever because it deals with you (although you must have incredibly thin skin if that is even true), but that's just your own bias. Making a light-hearted joke is not against the rules, you chose to read it as such because you didn't like it. Simple. I wasn't overstepping any OFFICIAL mark.

Heck, there are tonnes of stuff I find personally offensive. Somebody told me that they hope or I should burn in Hell. Ambi read that comment. I wept for hours. In my eyes, if you want to play this game, that is a far more 'harmful' comment than my non-one.

I agree, actually! That pseudo-gag on my part was quite near the knuckle (certainly far worse that Ambi's comment) and I did think about whether to include it or not. But I truly mean no offence, it was intended to be a play on my foreign ignorance AND a dig at a country I know nothing about. :)

But yes, it's a good point. If Ambi's comment was edited, under THAT thinking, your one certainly should as well. But that's the bias I was talking about, quite a bit, before. While that was seen as fine, or acceptable - because it wasn't about her - the one concerning her warranted her attention.

Ambi felt harassed by your post, and because she had mod powers, she skipped the middle man and edited your post herself. Any member in the same predicament would receive the same treatment. That's all. If any member is feeling harassed by someone, then the mod team is going to put a stop to it. End of story. Quit bitching.

You can say all you want, but that doesn't change the fact that Ambi perceived what you said as harassment, and if I recall, harassing another member is very much against the rules.
