No, it's just lists the user's name first.

Because your logged in, it appears your username first. Everyone who's logged in has their user name first in the list.

I think I AM strange my new motive is I am odd and live in a bin. But in year 6 my teacher used to go on a me about CAPITAL LETTERS and I got fed up with it so then I used them in the tests but I just not used to punctuation on a keyboard.
