We've never seen the blood of the Ow creatures. there were just some red splashes on the screen when someone died in the game. I wonder if the blood of Ow creatures is different from our. Perhaps the've got green blood! I also want to know what it smells and tastes like. :D

TASTES...FABULOUS QUESTION FREAKY...I've always considered it like a mix between goose blood and koolade.Thats scrab blood of course.
Glukkon blood I presume is purple.And slig blood...maybe lumpy.(of course I'm not sure...All I'm sure of is scrab blood flavor...YUM...A BIT BITTER, THOUGH...)

From what we can see at Rupture Farms, those meat packages and the whole place has blood in its walls and pathways, and I'd say it's red, just like Earth creatures' blood.

As to colour, I'd say it's probably green; human skin, at least, is translucent, and the blood gives it the pinkish colour. So green-skinned creatures probably have green blood etc... (*slaps forehead* I'm getting carried away here. I was about to go off into the relative merits of copper- or magnesium-based blood... Hm. Thought to ponder - chlorophyll has almost the exact same structure of haemoglobin, except it has a different atom (is it magnesium? I don't remember) in place of the iron in the centre of the molecule- *slaps self again* And now I'm rambling, someone shoot me! AUGH!!)

Uh, I don't know where you got iron from, but blood's red because of a chemical reaction between blood cells and the oxygen they carry. And lizards have green skin with red blood, because their skin is not translucent. Maybe Abe's isn't either.

well isn't this a very educational discussion? what Oddbodd says is true; if we see it red, it's red. no reason to discuss the causes of redness on OUR blood since we have no idea of the structures inside OW creatures.

Perhaps OWI dodn´t think about thet and just programmed the game that when you get shoth there just some blood splashes appear. but in the reality it has another colour
