My sense of humour has been a bit faulty recently, I found myself giggling uncontrollably while watching Day After Tomorrow, such as when that Japanese policeman was hit in the head by the huge hailstone. I hope the information you have given allows me to re-calibrate it correctly.

As for a questionnaire, you need some questions. Some people to answer them are also useful.
For carrying out a questionnaire through some kind of internet-based bulletin board script (IBBBBS for short, internet-based bulletin board script for long) there are poll options available when making a new thread.

When making a new thread look at the bottom, it will have a check mark box that asks if you want to make a poll, and it will ask how many options you want for it.
