Does Abe has a last name?

Munch have (Latamire) but Abe I never heard of it

However, instead of "Abe", on some design images we have seen Abe referred to as "Abraham" (spelling?).

I doubt Abe does have a last name, or maybe in the future we'll see. But I think his last name would have already been revealed at this point in time.

It would be pointless for Abe to have a last name because all the mudokons come from the same queen. So if he did have a last name then all the other muds would have the same last name too.:fuzwink: I don't think gabbits have a queen because Munch has 2 names.

I kind of agree with alcar on this one he might have a name but I kind of do think it would have been revealed by now.:talk:,but it could be kind of cool if abe did have a last name. :D :cool: :smokin:

thats somthing i never thought about....i know munch's full name is Latamire Munch, but munch was named by someone else, abe named himself, all mudokons do, it's easier then sayin "hey you!" all the time, so it is pointless for him to have a last name, especially if his mother has no known last name.....:fuzconf: hmmmm

scrabinators theory is better, the mudokons all came from the same family, for example, if Abes second name was sam, we'd have, Abe Sam, Alf Sam, Shaman Sam, Bigface Sam you get the idea

i think thats kinda stupid though, sumone shouldnt have a last name if their first name isnt official, but hey, this thread is getting old, abe's last name is sam, said and done, lets all go take a nap:sleepy:

i agree with xavier!!!! abe had no last name!!!! he shouldnt, his name is fine, short and to the point, i dont wanna waist breath sayin sam at the end of his name all the time and im asthmatic so i dont want to have an attack.....jk:lol:

I don't want to ever know Abe's last name. I'm a little disappointed just knowing Munch's. The names are classics, just Abe and Munch, kind of like Tom and Jerry only Abe and Munch get along. Seriously though, Abe should just stay Abe, because we all know and love him as Abe.

You mean Munch's first name, right? Well it makes sense that Gabbits have (at least) two names, since they live in pods and have mothers and all. The pod Munch comes from would, for instance, be the Munch pod.

If we ever meet Munch's mum (Paul O'Connor hinted that she was still alive in one of his designer diaries), she should of course refer to him as Latamire. Similarly Sam should refer to Abe as Abraham to give her a more motherly tone (to compliment the pill-popping bitch side of her personality, of course. If OWI could do that I'd be so incredibly amazed and grateful and proud.

I thought Sam took drugs not out of choice but because she's forced? And presumably the drugs would be addictive...and so she would rather stay were she was so she can get the drugs rather than run away with Abe and be free...also, wouldn't she be aggressive towards him. Due to the fact that he's putting more pressure on her to produce more Eggs...

Latamire is his first name, not his last. I think it's more likely that his first name is his own and his last name is his family's especially since they are variants of Earth names and are used thusly. As for the regality of it, I agree.

What you say makes sense, Jacob, but Oddworld has described Sam as something along the lines as 'mommie dearest - but she can also be a pill-popping bitch', so that's where I got my ideas from. If she's aggressive...well, you're assuming she actually links the two. Being locked up by the Vykkers and having top-secret experiments carried out on her, she may not even have access to news about the outside world.

Ok Ok people lets just say i was a little curious if he had a last name or not, and i guess that I agree that he's just fine the way he is ya know the whole your one of a kind.:lol: :p :D :fuzwink:
