there's quite a few things i'm looking forward to, mainly from nintendo and sony. i'll be watching microsoft's just for a laugh.

Some known leaker from NeoGAF said that we would see Mirror's Edge 2 in the Microsoft conference so I'm really pumped for that. I got work tomorrow so I can't watch Ubisoft or Sony's conference, too bad.

Always makes me smile in confusion when E3 rolls around, I suppose I'm just not much of a gamer because I don't follow it like everyone seems to. I'm just waiting to hear about Oddworld...primarily because that's only game I know about that's there that I'm interested in. All these triple A titles don't bother me.
Oh...if they show some Fallout 4 footage or something at the Bethesda stand, then that'll be cool. |
Kinect Sports Rivals just announced in the MS Pre-Show, clearly MS getting some Kinect out early. They have said that core games are their focus for this E3 since before their console reveal, 20 games on stage.

I actually really liked that event, a lot of games, like it should be. Very good compared to Microsoft's last years' conferences. Metal Gear Solid V, Project Spark, Dead Rising 3 and Killer Instinct really impressed me.

I quite liked the look of Titanfall myself, although a bit gimmicky looking there was some pretty cool stuff going on.

In all seriousness, it was a pretty good conference, only games, lotsa games, and minor specs and live and shit. For me, the only thing that's NO is the price. Everything else is in a good way. EDIT: I think we might have another MGS V trailer, but I could be wrong. |

Sunset Overdrive might be cool, I loved the RAC-esque record gun (hopefully better than Fuse) The price is what I expected (hopefully ps4 will be $450) maybe I will get an Xbone when the price comes down if they keep the exclusives up past the launch window.

Spark looked best out of the games shown, but where the fuck was Crackdown 3? Everything else that was shown on the Dash at the reveal had at least a trailer.
The $499 price point means I will likely not be getting one at launch, maybe at Christmas if I convince my dad to split the price as a gift. |

Watching the event unfold on http://www.twitch.tv/thegamestation just because I like that network. Simon, Dodger and Jesse are there so you can't go wrong. :)
Anyway. I'm super excited to see more of Mirror's Edge 2 and SW: Battlefront. It's funny how we got zero gameplay for the game people actually want to see and instead focus on fucking EA Sports talking about Ball handling and other crap. Quantum Break's trailer was amazing. The lack of gameplay makes me have zero opinion on the actual game though. Hopefully we will see more soon. Battlefield 4 looks meh. That scene when the building fell was impressive, but was clearly a scripted event, not destructible environments which were mentioned. I was really surprised to see Insomniac switch to Xbox with Sunset Overdrive. Looks like Borderlands meets Mirror's Edge? Also please god don't make the next Ratchet games on the Xbox. Ratchet's home is on the Playstation. Titanfall looks fun. A tiny bit more different to most FPSs and the whole robot mech thing going on looks great. Roll on Ubisoft, Nintendo and of course, Oddworld news. Hopefully Ubisoft will show off Beyond Good and Evil 2 |

Holy shit I just found out about XBL gold members ghetting two free games every month and f2p world of tanks!! super-excited about both of these announcements especially since I've been jonesing for a tank combat game. Also, I forgot to mention how amazing Crimson Dragon looks, Panzer Dragoon orta is my all-time favorite Xbox game and I nearly shit myself when I heard them mention it today. Also just heard about PS4 skus being priced between $400-$600...ouch, please let $400 model be a good value sony |

Ubisoft conference was overall pretty great. Props up for actually showing gameplay.
The Crew looks interesting. At first I thought it was going to be another racing game, but the open world and co-op sounds like it could be a lot of fun. Rayman Legends has been delayed for too damn long. Just give it to me now. That new Tom Clancy game was built up in such a depressing fashion. I don't want to handle money ever again. :/ |

So new n' tasty is coming to PS4 before PS3? they said it would make its console debut on PS4. I'll definitely wait until I get a PS4 to get it since PS3 downloads don't transfer >_> still pissed about that.
