so, what are your favourite movie soundtracks? here's a few of mine.

My favourite OST from any movie. So atmospheric.



Drive had one of the best soundtracks I've heard.

The Rango soundtrack is probably my favorite Zimmer score to date. That may not be saying much, because he's usually spread so thin that all of his scores end up sounding the same. This was an exception, and what an exception.

I'm a huge fan of Fight Club's OST:

From Attack the Block. It's hilarious(ly bad) if you pay attention to the lyrics.

I love this song very much.


This song is great with a good pair of bass-heavy headphones. The quality of this link doesn't do it justice.

Can we have songs from TV-shows too?



Don't judge me, I remembered Strike Witch or WoF talking about this show and its OST a few months back and I decided to look it up. I like it.

EDIT: I mean I like the OST, I couldn't really get into the show itself.

So basically this song is

RE-EDIT: To be fair, I'm not that prudish. I'm just wary of anything where the sexualisation appears to be carrying the show.

But it's good.

The music is good.

MM pretty much summed up the show, though.

That song is pretty catchy. I'll have to devote significant mental resources to not singing it in public.

Panty & Stocking w/ Garterbelt has inspired some pretty lulzy hentais. The lulziest are, of course, true to the original visual style.

And that's my two cents.

We're all going to take a moment to listen to some beautiful and deeply unsettling Philip Glass. Don't tell me you don't like his music, because you don't know what you're talking about.

There's "mainstream", and there's "more overplayed than My Heart Will Go On and All Star combined".

And neither of these things make it a bad song.

All Star is pretty good!

I never said it was a bad song. Just that I'm sick of hearing it.
I liked Lux Aeterna and All Star the first 5000 times.

I never liked My Heart Will Go On though.
