Well, we can clearly see that it has spiked knuckles, so we could guess that it belongs to the Minion Nailer class of Outlaw Minions (although this could be an Outlaw Boss). However, the two metal 'antenna' protruding from its head, look somewhat similar to those protruding from Jo' Mamma's head.

Yeah I like fuzzles, and ratz. I know it must be if they are small and have no fur then they arn't fun that makes more sence

Yeah they don't have fur really but they do have hair. Its the fine kind od hair like the hair on your arms only shorter

I expect it's just a regular minion of the Cutter variety, just like there are many mortar-firers and suicide bombers in the game.

He's definitely the same type of creature as Elboze, but the picture I've seen of him isn't armored, but that one isn't in-game. I think it probably is just a minion, as max suggests.

Elboze freely is a robot... how did you find that out i compared the two and it looks like that guy is just a normal minion... with maces and can hit hard. |
That isn't Elboz, that's just a certain type of minion. There are a bunch of them in the game.
