On the subject of weapons for Abe HD, I think it would be interesting if the grenade machines were incorporated a little more believably into the environments. For example, maybe as a restricted weapons cache for sligs, with ammo (considering how trigger-happy they are, they would likely need somewhere to reload). It never made a great deal of sense to have grenade vendors in the middle of a factory floor! |

Considering how the UXBs make changing sounds in addition to changing their colors, and how most players actually deactivate them based on their sound, they should be reasonable enough for color blinded players. More on accessibility: - Make blind Mudokons have visible eye-stitches, so they're more easily identifiable by color blinded. - Reduce the intensity of a red alarm flashes, especially on levels with UXBs. The intense alarm flashes makes deactivation of these harder for deaf people, or generally in scenarios when the sound is muted or unavailable. - Red/green lights on levers/doors/wheels/etc should have some sort of glyph (X/V for example) so they're more easily identifiable for color blinded. |

Japan is the technology island (archipelago) of the world (ignoring South Korea), I'm sure it's not a problem any more. Especially since AbeHD will be digitally distributed and not hard copy available. (I assume.)

I honestly just want to see the original in HD. If they will add additional content in the form of things that had to be cut out or excluded from the original then that's great because we'll get to see the true form of what the game was always intended to be.

Than come Munch oddysee; ok is 3D. When i was playing the firt 2 games i coulden't wait to see the next frame since i know for sure amazing art was waiting for me. In Munch oddysee i was only surprised when i noticed i did manage to save all Mudokon/fuzzles on the firs try. I know is usless to simply complain but i really love oddworld and seeing MO witout amazing art and the strong eerie narrative pull was a sad day. |
