Yeah I'm going to be putting my oddworld mod on hiatus, I've given myself too many projects to work on so I'm going to pretty much leave the one's that are low on my priority list dead at least until I can clear the big projects I'm making.

Hello there, after months of inactivity and months without my computer I loose everything I made, but I actually work on a BW level in AE, atm I juste made 7 CAMs and I will do a collab with Kapteeni13 and mariomuzic who will help me with objects codage ect...
So at the moment I can't post news because I'm not at home but I will post more tuesday. |

Damn it I couldn't help myself http://i.imgur.com/8M2f13a.png (before you ask it is extremely satisfying having all these damn mudokens follow me at once. I'd also like to thank WolfenstienOddess for helping me get this to work.) But anyway I need help, ordinarily I'd just find a suitable cam in the level for this sort of thing but I need both the motion detectors and scrabs on the same screen, I recall someone having the same issue with porting a cam specific object (it was an electric wall or a paramite) The problem is I can't find the post detailing how to do so for the life of me so I'm asking if someone can help me by either posting how to port the motion detector or if someone can just link me to the post with the solution. Thanks. |
The nicest thing actually happened just yesterday, I actually found the stockyards level I made with the custom CAMs (since Megaupload.com went down and I hadn't found it).
Turns out I had a broken copy still in my Level Installer's Downloaded Files and I ended up finding it in a random archived desktop folder. Here's the link anyway. |

Here's the story,sorry if it sucks: "Year 9120.The old RuptureFarms and Soulstorm Brewery are long gone.Though,recently,as Molluck survived,he thought of rebuilding RuptureFarms.And so,his plan was done.He also made the security stronger.Abe is still wanted,and whoever kills him is rewarded with 8.000.000.000.000$ and is promovated to the Co-Executive of Rupture Farms.You are again given the role of your old blue friend,which is now 45 years old,so go ahead and save your friends once again!" The first path is almost done.Everything is now red and dark,so you'll have to watch out,as even if the path has shadows in which you can still see Abe,2 of the screens are almost PITCH BLACK,and on the screen where there were supposed to be mines (the one with the LED screen that tells you how to jump)there's a door hidden there that takes you to a secret.(I originally planned to remove all the ledges and replace them with doors,and the door hidden can be accessed down where there's a pitch black part of the cam,I'll post a pic tomorrow so you can see what I talk about) Here's a CAM I have done so far.It's exactly the one where the secret door is hidden.(just look to the bottom right part for a dark red barrel,there's the hidden door that is on the level,on the cam there's actually nothing) http://www.oddworldforums.net/attach...1&d=1387139247 |
