This is where I’m at now: I can’t find a good spot for the blue piece.

I can’t see how that would fit, and the image doesn’t seem to match up.

The piece with the writing (W?RED) has creases which connect to the creases on the top left image in the posts above.

The spiral in lower grey is almost certainly the top of a barbed wire fence, so it would have to be rotates so its horizontal
I think you're right about those fitting together, lookin at the barbed wire spiral

if you rotated it counter clockwise and pushed it over so theres a gap where his head should be, i think thats the final picture

In this cleartext I decoded earlier which led to the hidden repository stuff, "dot io" comes up a second time. At the time, I was unable to get that portion of morse before it correctly decoded, thus I was unable to find another working URL. Perhaps there is one after all, and it could yield additional puzzle pieces or something else? Also, has there yet to be a use for the numbers 12 and 20 used to solve the earlier "??" puzzles? Or the directional arrows? I feel like maybe we're missing something here.

See the stitches in the bottom right "so tired" piece, could they be the eyes or something like that of a blind Mud? Trying to think outside the box now as other combos just won't work

Honestly, they gave Ed one job to get a photo out for us and he freakin' ripped it up, set fire to it and scattered it into screwed up pieces. And he calls himself a resistance fighter. ;)

I was thinking that too... the short long piece seems right, but i can't make out what that object with the stitches is. I really don't know where to go now unless there's a missing piece. Refreshed that page a bunch, but haven't found any new pieces.

Doing the exact same thing. Fairly confident there's not another piece, and my brain is fried. Might have to call it a day even though my mind will be on it all night haha. Fresh look at it tomorrow may yield new results

Could be, There are just some things that don't really 100% line up. For example the left side of that "thing" that the hands are holding. Directly behind it is a fence. But on the right side, there is a body. As it is now the body seems to be cut off.

I can get a great idea of the picture, it's a mud holding a numbered weapon in front of a fence with barbed wire at the top. Just can't quite get it to fit together properly.

The stitches/Xs seem marked on the paper rather than the image itself

I reckon you're spot on there Vykker Lady. I think the head is missing, and removing the colour definitely allows you to see more detail in the pic. Go ahead and tweet it in!

I think yours could be right on the money. The fence loops are smaller on the right and larger on the left because of perspective; the fence is "coming towards" the viewer. Seems, though, that we need more pieces?

Yeah that looks correct, good idea greyscaling it – I bumped the contrast but didn’t think about the color!

I think perhaps the head is intentionally missing. I've refreshed 1000 times and no new one has come up. Is a bit strange they asked for the complete picture though.
