Yeah hope this isn't the end of the ARG... I didn't manage to contribute enough but I had fun trying to decipher those sites with all of you. Hopefully they'll find a new way to take this.

Also, this is a bit of stretch but maybe those pages coming down recently may be part of the arg as I remember something about them not being able to wait. Or us not solving in time led to the death of those mudokons and that'll be referenced in the game as they said something about video game characters being harmed in this experience.

Either way, hope we something on Soulstorm soon.

I just hope this isn't the absolute end of the ARG, even if there's been no real rewards so far besides the pre-planned images of Abe's body which are pretty much seperate from the ARG, it's definitely been something. A little something that Oddworld Inhabitants threw together pretty much just for us.

I've not seen much talks about the ARG anywhere else but here on the forums and you can probably bet OWI weren't going to search every corner of the internet looking for people's progress besides our own little slice of arguable fandom. This entire thing has pretty much just been fan service for us guys here in our stagnating forum as thanks for sticking around through everything.

You could very well be right, we may have missed something along the way and just didn't solve it within their time limit. We may have just "lost the game". I hope its not the case but i still had fun watching and *trying* to solve this with you all =).

Though now we are getting into november I'm still hoping for something new with Soulstorm, at least before the year is up. At this point more likely early 2017. If this is the end of this arg, it was a nice ride and i I'm gonna miss Ed that lovely sometimes flaky bastard ;p and RIP to you and the other fic characters, Rip..

If not then I hope they reload, update, redirect their method or whatever it is they are planning asap. In the mean time how about we post some new threads to our beloved dusty forum, hm?<3

I'm so thankful they did the ARG. It was undeniably for us. It's something they didn't have to do, and it brought us together as a community. I personally have taken it as a thank you for our continued support. I'm grateful they did something to whet our appetites for Soulstorm, and if there's more to come I can't wait. :) Cheers, OWI.

That just stops at the point when 1029.io was launched. I know there's been stuff going on since then, like the videos with the glitchy text and maybe some other things?

Speaking of which, didn't 1029.io look... different before? Now it has a border and some more red and stuff. Maybe it's just because I'm looking at it on a different screen but I swear that wasn't there the last time I checked.

Nothing strange other than Stranger himself that I can see. Anyone with a more keen eye pick anything up? Couldn't see anything in the static that stood out. There was a solitary frame in the "and also" scrambling bit that had inverted colours, but as far as I can see there was no message there either.

The only thing I really noticed is that when the word Available glitches it looks somewhat like "Abe" a couple times on screen at about 0:52 but I very much doubt that was on purpose

I analized that SW Limited Edition video to see if it have something strange and it doesn't. I think the glitch effect is made on purpose.

Yeah, as i mentioned prior, the glitch made the word "abe" a couple times maybe i'll have a another looksee. Nothing new on ed and spirit twitter. Maybe try a few thing on the SO1029 page...

Like Nep said, the word "Abe" or similar are not mentioned during the glitch effect. I checked the entire video frame per frame in a video editor and there's nothing unusual.

Holy shit was tired that day!(smack) I flippin meant at 4 secs i but I typed in 52 secs. I don't even get how I mixed that up. But like I said it was likely nada.

Yeah, pretty sure that quote is left over from the last round of the ARG before we found 1029.io. Everything from that last step was left in the source code. The .ZIP clue is still in there and everything.

Really great to see Ed back in action. Let's hope this is gearing up to something good! Doesn't look like there's anything new on 1029.io at the minute.

Same. Ed seems to be having a really hard time believing that it is actually Alf. He's in total denial. So Ed must've known Alf previously; did Ed work at Rupture Farms? Or perhaps that's thinking too much into it haha.

Maybe it's not actually Alf and they're trying to trick Ed :confused: The mind boggles. :D
