New Death Grips is about as much of a chore to get through as their other shit. Well, barring Exmilitary. Fuck Exmilitary.

I dunno. It's pretty solid but I can't see myself revisiting it much. I like their attempts at new sounds like on Birds and a few tracks around it but it feels like they just end up getting lazy and riding the sound they defined on Money Store again. Also I really don't like the way MC Ride "raps".

DG can be pretty hate/love or hit or miss. I really like them though and this new LP is definitely a lot crazier compared to their old stuff, I really dig it.
