Played the Casltevania demo earlier, besides some annoying QTEs, its amazing. The combat feels great, and the controls are pretty damn smooth. The presentation is outstanding, the small bit of orchestral music that played was awesome, and the graphics, oh the graphics. It seriously looks like CG at times, its definitely one of the best looking games this gen. Im tempted to pick it up, but Fable 3 is right around the corner, and that has co-op. So I dont know, I just dont know.

Nothing. Still waiting anxiously for Dead Rising 2(i have no money atm).

To be honest, Dead Rising 2 isn't that good. It's almost the same as Dead Rising 1, nothing has changed in graphics and the story is lame. (I've played it almost through with my friend.) Sure, it's fun to play it with your buddy, make your own weapons and slaughter some zombies and all that, but after a while it gets so boring and frustrating.

Still playing Psychonauts but am pretty damned pissed off about the bugginess of it. I've managed to solve the freezing-in-cutscene issue by turning off shadows (which is annoying when you're trying to float and land on a specific spot) but now there's a there's a framerate issue for ATI cards in Gloria's Theatre that doesn't seem to have any possible fix. I may need to swallow my pride and install Steam on my mum's computer just to get past that point.

New Left 4 Dead campaign comes out today. No Mercy with Chargers, bitches.

Or in Valve time, tomorrow. But I'm looking forward to it, Left 4 Dead is nice.

I've been re-playing LOZ: Twilight Princess.

I forgot how long it takes to get into it but once you do its an amazing game.

I bought Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. If you like beautiful environments, fun combat, and characters who are actually kinda subtle, hit this up.

Platforming is really easy too.

The demo was pretty mediocre for my taste, but I can't say for sure really.

Once you get into the city the game changes into something really pretty.

I've been contemplating either that or the new Castlevania.

Might as well get both TBH, I am. Castlevania is longer, but Enslaved has a better story. It's almost like some sort of symbolic film thing at times, the presentation and writing is so great. Plus the dialog and character expressions aren't in your face, it actually feels subtle for a videogame.

This time of year I have a limited amount of time and resources. April's birthday is in November. Abbey's is in December. And then there is fucking goddamn Christmas. Also, I imagine that most of my game playing time will be revolving between Comic Jumper (which came out today and everyone should buy), Left 4 Dead, and Costume Quest.

So, it's possible that I might buy one of them, but I won't buy both.

Anyway I'm playing Ace Combat 6, really awesome game even though I'm not that into flight sim/fighter games. It's definitely one of those forgotten 360 exclusives that really kick butt.

I never finished Tooie because my daughter played it while I was at work, got a bunch of the jiggies, and left me very confused as to what needed to be done still.

Did you at least finish it when it first came out?

No. I wasn't playing games much in the N64 days. I probably only played two games for that entire generation of systems.
