OOC: Fleet is now in the mine. Post 271. If you want me to do the sergeant, I will. Also, Gillik will now never get to the mine.
IC(Angela, Gillik): Angela suddenly had an idea. One that could make her the boss of this operation. She called Gillik. "Come back boss, the reactor looks a bit unstable," she pleaded. "REALLY??" Gillik replied. "I'll be back right away!" When he got there he sprouted a Snuzi flechette in his tummy from Angela, who was waiting for him. He then found himself attached to a life-support machine with no body and his thoughts being analysed for his master's benefit... OOC: Yes, Angela has taken over Gillik and is turning into a maniac. She will impersonate Gillik until she is found out. |
OOC: Woah, that's alot to do, but it's your chars, so i can't do anything.
IC: Shredder: Shredder screeched in agreement into what Shryke had said, he offered to be the look-out to see if any Sligs or the Intern would come, so he could tell everyone to prepare. As he went to lie in wait, he saw 5 birds flying close toghether, then the birds came together in a ball of light, and then Jeff fell out of the ball of light, "Hey! It's Eddy! But i guess i'm just lucky to be alive... Nice to see ya again though."... Matthew: "Got any fives?" "Go fish." OOC: w00t? |
OOC: LOL, possesion. Thing. Yeah. Mushroom, you can do the Big Bro's and the Slog/Sleg (whichever) please.
IC: (Fllet) The seargent wacthed him carefully. He almost seemed willing to do the work well. Angela must have bullied him into it well. The Slig wanted to get some SB (Soulstorm brew), but was meant to wacth the Mudokon. He stayed for a while. It never turned it's head once. So the seargent thought it would be safe to sneak off to get a drink quickly. Fleet listened carefully as the quiet thunps faded away. "Heh, moron" Fleet thought to himself. But maybe escaping now would be a bad idea...nah.If he wanted to escape and avoid danger to others, he wouldn't attack any of the Big Bro's on guard, so he sneaked past quietly. Suddenly, he heard clunking steps of the Big Bro's coming in from both sides. He leapt up into a hole in the ceiling. Below, they stopped to chat. Fleet sat down, and waited. Then, on the other side infront of him, he saw a dog-like shape, put on guard. It was in a fitful sleep, but the Sligs chatter was waking it up. "Oh Buggar..." OOC: Shryke can wait for more answers from the Fleeches etc. |
OCC: I had to think about it Magic9mushroom, and your post is OK. The plot itself is not about the Glukkon, but rather the operation. So Gillik's brain not being connected to his body is alright. If you actually change the operation, that would be considered power playing. So just watch out what you are doing.
Oh, and E'l Scrabino, I found it funny that Jeff was able to reappear after he died. That might be suggestive for some thought, but it's OK. But is it really a good idea to allow Jeff to appear in an area, where there are tons of Fleeches? And the whole idea of Fleet being in the mine, how is that a good idea? I mean, all of the Sligs are trying to kill off the dangerous wildlife, and trying to transfer the Mudokons into the mine. I'm not trying insulting anybody, but I must have missed why that was the punishment. IC: Slurp listened to what Shryke had to say, and sensed disturbance among the Fleeches. Who wouldn't be a bit paranoid, after learning that your new home has the danger of destoring you? Slurp thought about the ideas of what Shryke had suggested. And know, he had to think about what the Sligs might do to what they do. Slurp thought heard about this, and these were his thoughts, "OK, lets see. If we stay here, and have scouts to watch out for the Sligs, we have the advantage for battle. But like last time, they could keep coming back, through some Sligs that have communication devices. And that would be bad, because, since they would know where we are. That would be really bad, since the Sligs would become restless, but we would have the advantage of expecting the attack. So that would be good, since they probably don't have a very large army attacking us. But still, that would currupt our way of living, since the Sligs will come back another day, so that wouldn't be good, since the queen doesn't give birth easily under stress. But what if a small, strong and stable army was nearby the scouts, and when the scouts run off, the army would attack to hold them off? And that way, we could have the time to run off to another cave of some sort, and someone could be behind, to cover our tracks. That would be a nice combination, but that is sacrifice that not a whole lot of Fleeches would be willing to take." At last, Slurp spoke up and screeched, first in Fleech, next in Scrab, and lastily in Slog/Sleg, "Hey, what if each scout had a small party of warriors? Then, the Sligs would have a problem at first, because the party would attack them. That way, we could hold off some of the Sligs, and then the scout can warn us. After that, we could either run away, and cover our tracks, so we could throw them off guard. Or we could prepare for the invasion, that would make the Sligs become more afraid of what they come against. So who likes this idea?" Some of the Fleeches thought about that one, and one spoke up to screech, "Why can't we just prepare the invasion front hand? That would throw them off a lot more easily." The Fleeches listening started to agree with the one who spoke up, since they liked the idea of not sacrificing themselves better. Slurp shook his good head. All of these Fleeches were not willing to die at all. When there was a small silence, waiting for Slurp to reply, he answered in all three languages, "Because, last time the Sligs kept on coming. There were like, 120 Fleeches fighting, and 40-50 died in that battle. That was only up against a small army, and the Sligs probably have much more to fight us with. If we stay here, waiting every day for their arrvial, that would not be a good system. Think about it. Every day, 3 Fleeches are born. But they need around 5 weeks to get use to hunting, and that means, our population would go down, a lot faster than it would go up. That is why we must throw the Sligs off guard, so we could escape as fast as possible." The Fleeches muttered at this. Most of them tried to tell others in how that they liked this home, and that it was nearly better than their old home. the slight muttering broke when another Fleech asked, "And what, go to into a system of stop-breed-flee? Why should we leave, when he have no idea where we are going? Why do you always feel that you are the boss of us?" Some of the crowd was screeching loudily, but at the same level, so no one's indivisial opinion was heard. But all of them were making the same point. The Fleeches didn't want a system where they didn't have a home, and had to keep moving away from our homes in order to live safely. They considered that they can live in a war, longer than they could in one where they could live in a peaceful life style. But Slurp knew that they were the kinds that didn't like change. And they didn't know what was best for them. After the Fleeches made little noise, Slurp hesitated before speaking. Slurp screeched in Fleech, "You should listen to me, because I know far more than you know about this world. I have done many things that are battle stragey related, and all of them could have ended in me dying. I helped Shryke when he needed help, so that is why he is helping us. A long time ago, he could killed the queen and all of us, but he didn't. Because we proved that we are not savages to everyone. And that itself, is a moral victory. And another thing. This proposal is better than war, because one, Fleeches cannot breed fast enough to supply an army to fight the Sligs. Fleeches are not creatures of war, and never were. We can fight, but that trait was for hunting. Another reason is that we can find other animals in this forest that seek revenge against the Sligs. It isn't that hard, since there is this huge Paramite population that could kill off the Sligs and the Slogs. We also have a Scrab on our side, which makes it even better. And besides, our job is to protect the colony and if that means sacrifice, then so be it. So who's with me??" At first, no Fleeches had a word to say. None of them screeched a word. Slurp's sudden feeling of getting their attention, was lost, and he became a little disappointment. But at last, one of the eldering Fleeches declared, "The man is right, this war is driven us all mad to become selfish. I with him, for my life is near to it's end, and I still have to do something postive." At that moment, more of the crowd of Fleeches slowly started to agree with the eldering, until there was a whole group of 40 Fleeches slithering forward to help the cause. Slurp grinned that at last Fleeches thought more about the others' survival. If he could, Slurp would cry in happiness. Slurp finally screeched to Shryke, "Well, I think we know what we want to do." OOC: I will post as Sindera, later, in the next post. |
OOC: :D.
With the Jeff appearance, you said that 5 (five) birds flew away after you killed Jeff, and birds only fly away if the Mudokon is to respawn. Like in AO and AE, if you killed a normal Mud, it would just die. Nothing else. Whereas if Abe died, he would respawn because of his birds. I'd also like to say that Jeff can heal Slurp, possibly... IC: "Hey, isn't that a bunch of Fleechs in that cave?" Asked Jeff, but then Jeff thought, "Oh, wait, that Scrab can't understand me... And even if it could, i wouldn't understand it. Hmmm... I wonder where Matt and Greg are... I'll need to find them. But right now, i'll need to stick with this Scrab 'till i think it's safe to go..." "I'm gunna go back into the cave and tell everyone something. Stay here." said Shredder before he walked into the cave, "Everyone! There is a Mudokon outside this cave, do not harm him!" shouted Shredder to everyone in the cave... Matthew: "Got any 6's?" "Go fish" OOC: w00t? |
IC: (Shryke) "Wait! Before we go to see this Mudokon or otherwise, I had some good thoughts about the battle. This strategy could work.
First, we could have a certain number of scouts (maybe parties of ten) who go as far as the mine in a widespread area, but mainly in the direction follwoing along the crevice. These scouts can act as warnings and sneak up on and take out small parties of Sligs, hopefully with little or no injury, so stealth is important. Mainly staying inside the cave or luring the Sligs into it could be good for battle. As we are to hopefully live here, we should be able to elarn the cave system. There are many corners, twists and dark places. Since the Sligs will be unfamilier to the area, we shall have a great advantage. Also, if worst comes to the worst, we may be able to leave this cave, and find another one. There may be many cave systems around here, maybe not quite as good as this one, but a more hidden one could be an answer. Against the battle strategy, we could go up top to search for a more hiden cave. As well as the entrance being far more hidden, in the forest if we block the entrance up with leaves and twigs, it will look inconspicous. The only probelm there would be they may be inhabited already. But we cannot say." Shryke screeched this out in all languages quickly, then thought. Mudokons didn't seem particularly nasty, but they were odd. Could they trust not to attack them? "Shredder, Mudokons, to my little knowledge of them, are strange and unpredictable. What is your reasoning for not attacking this one? We shouldn't in the frist place anyway, but do you know this particular one at all, or...?" OOC: As for the Mudokon respawning, I reckon the chances should be that they are very low. Maybe the Albino Scrab had used it's energies to help Jeff this particular time around? |
OOC: Hmmm... Yes, Jeff can be the starter of the rebellion. (i think i spelled that right)
IC: Shredder: "Yes, Shryke, i do happen to know this Mudokon fairly well, so i'd doubt he'd be unreliable because i happened to save his life, please, trust me on this."... Matthew: "How 'bout any sevens?" "Go fish."... OOC: w00t? |
IC: (Shryke) "Fine then. Just be wary..."
OOC: Well, what else can I say? ...Go fish? |
OOC:  Yeah...
Nothing for IC: yet. |
OOC: Was there really any point to that post? You could have at least, y'know, DONE some IC, like leading us to Jeff as it where and yadda yadda etc..
|
OOC: Wow.
IC: Slurp had noticed the Mudokon right away, but the fact that the Mudokon seemed to have known the Scrab, seemed convincing enough for him to not attack. The other Fleeches, did not seem to attack as well. Maybe they trusted that Shryke would have told them to attack by now. Or were they just more concerned about their life instead? Either way, it did not seem just as right to just leave a Mudokon untouched. Slurp ignored that there was a Mudokon and started to think about the new plan. He had to admit, it seemed like a good and flawless one. Fleeches did have the possibility to kill anything smaller than a Scrab in seconds, making it likely that the Sligs couldn't react fast enough before being swallowed alive. And a group of warning parties could take out ten Sligs before they could have a chance to run. Plus, having on a Slog, a Scrab, and a Paracrab on their side was a pro as well. But yet... Slurp still felt uneasy about having to ward off Sligs around their home, for the next few monthes. Maybe years. Nd what if there was bigger enemies attacking them, such as those large Sligs he sensed earlier. Plus, what if they got suspisous that we were around this certain area, and used their Flying Sligs to bomb as from above? And those Slogs, what if they snap our tounges off like last time? Or those other monsters, like Paramites or Scrab, what if they come and attack our warning troopers? All of these things disturbed Slurp, for he did not want the things that happened to him, happen to others. Slurp went over to Shryke's side, not concern that he can slither again, and screeched quietly to him, "Heh, Shryke, I'm still not completely safe with your plan. There are Sligs bigger than normal ones, and with armor. Fleeches can't swallow down those kinds of things. Nor can they easily fight back against Flying Sligs and these so called Mugs. They are stronger than us, even in groups, and have their own advantages. So do Paramites. This forest is infested with them, and they strike fear into us Fleeches. We can't fight back the entire forest, for even with growing numbers, our enemies know more about us, than we do ourselves. And I'm afraid I am no help. I was destined to make peace first, not to harm. My other half self is far away, and barely alive. I can walk now, but I cannot attack. My teeth are no real help, and my tounge is gone. You and Shredder will have to fight with the rest, but I need to find my own future, even if that means missing out on defending. So now, maybe late evening, we could find where the person who seperated me from my other self, from my current self. That is said to be my first step to arrival of reconnection." After this speech, the Fleeches seemed to have been whispering to each other. Slurp couldn't tell exactly what, but something a bit important. Before Slurp could ask, the whispering stopped, and one of Fleeches spoke up, by saying, "This section of the Fleeches have made a decision. We will do what our beloved Paracrab has suggested. The last one, to be exact. And we say that perhaps more of these Paracrabs should be welcome here at this new Fleech home. In fact, oh beloved Shryke, your orginal pack should join us here, at this cave. How does that sound?" Slurp thought that maybe they were taking Shryke as too much of their friend, but then he got a little puzzled. He never sensed any smell of his own kind. Maybe Shryke doesn't live in a pack life style, a doesn't have any rememberance of an another Paracrab. Or maybe he was seperated his family at an early age, and that is why he sticks around and efforts others to join them. But anyway, that's why his word is important. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Sindera tried her best to walk through the rest of the crevice without disturbing the path she was following. Being that Interns have legs that use wide spaces, it became hard, to walk side ways. But having the vaporizer pointing ahead of her was useful, for she could clear most of the rocks ahead of her to make some space. Yet she had to be a careful to not elimate the proof of the two sets of foot prints of two Scrabs, ahead of her. That was her only ability to tell where they were going. Leo and Sindera didn't talk to each other. Being that Sindera would care less about having a conversation with a Slig, and that both knew what they were up against, made so that they too much to focus on right now. Fleeches had a careful sense of hearing, so the slightest amount of speech would set them off. And Scrabs, being that they rarely slept for long time frames, would sense them the moment they were on the same level. And that wasn't good either. Luckily, Leo understood these things, and never even peeped. Sindera smirked, thinking that this guy might even be better than Meghan or Brtus. And if he worked hard enough, better than her. She tried to elimate that thought through shaking her head, and continuing her soft walks. The silence erupted, when Sindera pager went off. She grumbled and stopped in her tracks to pick up her messenger. "This really isn't the time to discuss what to do next." thought Sindera angrily as picked up the messenger. Trying to make it this a fast one, Sindera aggressively whispered into it, "Can't it wait, dingbat?" Leo seemed surprised at this reaction, but it's not like he hadn't seen it before. The response on the other end replied squeekily, "Sorry boss, but we'v had som' accidents." Sindera rolled her eyes and again whispered harsily, "Are you telling me that you guys don't know how to control yer bladder?!" The Slig squeeked again, "Nah, we just havin too many caulities. Like that not all of us Slogers aren't complet' registered." Even though that sentence lacked grammar, and even use of proper wording, Sindera still got it. Again, with the whispering, Sindera replied, "You do realize that those could have died by now, right?" "That's what us thought too. But there's some who are attackin' our Muds. We've heeled them, but there's s'more that are out there. Plus, us found some dying through s'methin' that is larger than them. Big foot prints, and jaws are our clues to what he is." Sindera did not get that sentence, but these guys must have Slogs attacking the Scrubs and some are being attacked by others. Sindera rose a brow and whispered again, "So yer telling me that there are beasts kill our Slogs? Crap, why don't you just send some Sligs and Mugs to kill them down?" "That's what us are afraid of. Us have some small numbers of Sligs. Some Paramites have been trying to attack us, which is bad." Sindera wished that this guy would make more sense, like saying we instead of us. But now she was interested. She replied softly, "Tell me how many Sligs we lost today. Just count the registered ones." "Well boss, us lost about 134 in Mudokon battle, 110, in the Fleech mine, 13 over Paramite attacks, and 4 over other. And 37 injured lately, so only 298 have been unregistered as soliders. "298?! That a crap load of Sligs unable to be used!! How did we lose half of our soliders in one day?!" thought Sindera as her eyes nearily looked like she did have lids. She didn't know what to think of that. Never in her life had in one day, had realized the army she was in was being beaten alive. This meant that these Mudokons and wildlife creatures were far more powerful than she would have thought. Trying to relax and think of new plan, she dropped the messenger to her hips, as the Slig on the other end was saying, "Boss? Boss? Mad'm?" Sindera had to think this to herself. She thought that if she had large groups of Sligs, they would have a chance of scaring off their enemies. But she was wrong. The Sligs in the mine, they all died. And the Sligs that were killed through Paramites, what was she doing worng then? Yet, she realized what she did wrong. Gillik hired Sligs that were taught how to capturing slaves and guarding factories, and not all of them were Sligs in the solider class. And then she underestimated their ability to fight, with their guns, and her lectures. That was why the Sligs were dying, since they all did not know what to do. And suddenly, she got an idea. Sindera spoke into the messenger, "Now, I want you to tell me how many Sligs there are, that are in the solider class, and the aerial class." The Slig on the other end started to take a moment of silence, and then the messenger crackled, "Mad'm, us have 92 in total." Sindera liked where this was going. She said into the messenger, "That's good enough. Now, being that there are maybe 400 Slogs and 100 Mugs left, I want you to combine all three of them into groups. If you can't do the math, maybe say, in each group there should be 11 Big Bros, 25 Slogs, and 8 Mugs. That should even it out. And there should be about 8 groups, and if possible, put small amounts of ordinary Sligs to replace the Big Bros that are non existant, so there could be more groups. And I all want them ready for combat in three hours. And your homework after that is to tell Gillik of your report and my demands. And I don't care if he doesn't apporve, this is getting more viloent than it should be." The messenger crackled again, "OK, boss." And there was no more sound coming through the messenger again. Leo, surprised in what just happened, looked at Sindera in a funny way. Sindera gave him a look back and continued to go forward. Sindera felt a little proud that finally her miltary leading skills came into use after all. It wasn't too long before the crevice tunnel stopped, and Sindera pulled herself up from the crevice and faced the moons' moonlight. She looked at those moons and thought of how everything was going so well now and she wished her father could see it now. Just thinking about him made her feel a bit sad now in days, and she felt some water trickle down her cheek. Leo crept to her side and grunted, "You OK?" Sindera stopped crying and said more aggressively, "Yeah. And what are you waiting for, we need to find those Fleeches!" And next, she continued to follow the tracks of the Fleeches and Scrabs. |
OOC: w00t?
IC: Shredder: After Shredder had told everyone about the Mudokon, he went back to him. "There ya' are! I've been wondering where ya' went!" "Good, the Mudokon is still here. I must introduce him to Slurp to see if the Mudokon can heal him..." thought Shredder, "Hey, Slurp! Can ya' get over here for a second?"... Matthew: "Got any 9's?" "Go fish."... OOC: w00tnino? |
IC: (Shryke) Shryke listened carefully to what Slurp had to say. He did have a point. The Sligs were also very organised. As many Fleeches then said they would follow his plan, Shryke told them he'd have to reconsider. What if the enemy started sending out troops with more than Sligs in it, with other, far more deadly adversarys that Fleeches stood little chance against. And this current 'army' had little more in it than Fleeches, so was not well prepared against too many of these. He had thought of another plan, but as he was about to try and explain it, the Fleeches then asked him about bringing more Paracrabs in for the cause.
Shryke froze apon hearing this, as memories came back to him. The Fleeches hushed at his odd behaviour. Shryke thought deeply...he knew of no other's of his own kind, and no mother even, then thinking about the Paramite females and Queen Fleech... ...his birth. He didn't remember that exactly, but...the strange creatures with many arms and even more sharp, pointed appendages, and large craniums... Shryke then 'came to' again. The Fleeches watched, expectantly. Shryke told them that he knew little of his birth at all, nothing about others of his own kind, but if only any one here knew anything about strange, medium sized creatures that enjoy being cruel, manipulating animals which had large craniums and many arms, tipped with numerous, sharp and pointy appendages. Before anything could answer, he noticed Shredder, and told everyone to think about it and tell him later if they knew anything. He then heard Shredder ask for Slurp...Shryke crouched next to Slurp and told him that if Slurp was going, that he (Shryke) would go with him incase the Mudokon tried anything. OOC: R.I.P Fleet the Mudokon. |
OOC: Poor, poor Zerox, for your character is always ignored.
IC: Slurp felt that Shryke had been disturbed by the very thought of a family of his own. He had to think of how his life would be like without knowing where he came from. Slurp had hundreds of brothers and sisters, even some of them weren't alive. But still, he felt it wasn't fair that he had an enormous family, while Shryke had none or one that he didn't know that existed. But maybe, Slurp can do something about that, after the Sligs are gone. Also, couldn't the Albino Scrab do something about that? Slurp realized that Shryke also considered that violence was not the way to victory, so he became a bit more calm about that sitution. Slurp was about to suggest his idea again, but Shredder had just said something to him. Something about that his Mudokon friend was there to help him. He became uneasy, because he never trusted Scrabs or Mudokons. Espically after they both tried to kill him. He only trusted Shredder, because Shryke made sure he wouldn't hurt him or his family. Even though the Albino Scrab said that Shredder was destined to help him, he couldn't feel that this guy was completely Fleech friendly. But when Shryke offered to protect him, Slurp felt a bit better. Slurp cautiousily made his way back to the chamber he was at, and confronted Shredder and the Mudokon. Slurp, shaking nervousily, decided that he had to get this over with, by showing this Mudokon what was wrong with him. He slowily opened his front mouth, to reveal his sliced off tounge. The tounge ached him badily, for too many nerves were stripped away, and a major blood lose was aquired. And plus, it bugged Slurp to have blood stream along his mouth vividly, and stain the roof of his mouth. Hopefully, this Mudokon wasn't cruel like the ones that knocked him out. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Sindera sneaked with Leo, following the Scrab trails to some random place. She tried to focus on where it was going, while fighting the humid air of the night. Being that she had been through worse, she found that following the tracks quite easy. Yet, the longer it took for her to follow the tracks, the harder it was keep patient, for the Scrab that got away had more time to prepare for her next attack. She tried to look behind every once in a while, to make sure Leo was following her. Sindera, expecting that Leo would stop once in a while, was quite surprise, that he was fully prepared for what he should do. He had a mechincal map in one hand, and his Blitz Packer in the other. One of his eyes focused on his map, and the other on the trail. And he didn't seem the bittest disturbed about the humid air. Sindera never saw a Slig so determined about his work. Reminded her of herself. "And what if he is in fact a challenger to me?...." thought Sindera worrling, a bit cautious that he may in fact that he might take her job away. Sindera, every time, swung her head back in front of her. She always became angry, that she thought such thoughts. She doesn't even now how this guy fights in combat. But she knew that she needed to report this Gillik, and he probably would get her position, if she meationed her mistake. Trying to clear her mind of the possibility of getting downgraded, she tried to focus of what was ahead of her. Not of what was going on the back. Once they had walked for 1/4 of a mile, the noise of a Slig's pants stopped in it's tracks. Leo had stopped and rushed circled in place, looking for something. Sindera turned around, to look at Leo a little dumbfoundily. She grunted at him, "Hey Leo, you do realize that you have to do your job right?" Leo turned to Sindera, and suddenly, his eyes widened in fear. Slowily, he pointed his gun in Sindera's direction, and whispered fearfully, "Turn... around.... Sindera." Sindera was confused at first, but the she realized what was happening. Leo wanted to make it look like there really was something horrorfing behind, then shooting her down, to make himself head officer. This was mutiny! Sindera rose her vaporizer at Leo and over a quiet clicking noise, she spoke intimidatingly, "So that's it, huh? You're going to shoot me, so you get a promotion, huh? Well buddy..." Leo shouted this time, over her, "Look behind, oddamnit!!!" Sindera suddenly realized that this wasn't a joke. The clicking noise was really... Sindera turned around to face two Paramites, screeching loudily, and bolting at her. Their webbings had been placed so very well in front of her, and this frigthened her that she didn't notice them in the first place. And they were companioned, by three other vicous and hungry looking Paramites. And those three had already been trying to launch at her. Sindera, unable to prepare for this fight, didn't get a lot of time to react. In order to give her some more time, she harshily whacked the closest Paramite that already was in the air with her vaporizer. The Paramite whimpered once it hit the ground, and it's mouth started to drip blood in seconds. However, the whack didn't touch the other Paramite, and it gave it's battle screech. Before Sindera could give off her own growl, the Paramite was trying to gorge her breasts in mid air. Sindera, crying and cursing of unbearble pain, was flunk to the ground in millsecond. She could fell her blood rushing out her body, while the Paramite clenched it's grip on her, and tried to tear away skin. Before she gave the monster the chance to continue trying to makea feast, she decided to make this Paramite pay. Using her anger to move for her, she clenched on the Paramite's throat and slammed her other hand into the diaframe of the pityless Paramite. The Paramite stopped it's gorging on her, and all the air escaped from it. Suddenly, it was trying to gasp for more breath, but being that it's air tube walls were being clenched together, the Paramite wasn't going to breath for very long. Sindera efforted herself to get up, and threw the Paramite with all of her remaining strength. The Paramite hit the ground hard, and for the good for him, passed out. Being that Leo had been shooting from behind her, already one of the Paramites was rotting away. Another one was partily injured, but still was launching itself toward Sindera, along with another agressive Paramite trying to use the fact that Sindera was weak as a dinner chance. Sindera, breathing heavily, used her anger again to smash the heads of the Paramites together, by clapping when they close enough to her. Her vicious anger caused her strength to increase dramiticly and cause the two die with flatten heads. When all five of the Paramites were dead, either that they shot down, or the loss of blood killed them. Sindera breathed heavily enough for her body to rise up every time she inhaled. But once all of her anger drained away, her chest began to pain even more. The blood was rushing out of her too fast, that she had to hold onto her chest. Groaning in the pain, Leo rushed over to Sindera, when she fell of unable to keep her balance. Leo exhaled loudily in fright, while thinking in what to do. Sindera shouted, being that pain was insanily painful, "Take off my shirt and wrap it around my chest already!!!" Leo, a bit embrassed in what he had to do, hastily unbuckled what was left of her jacket and took it off. Sindera slowly removed her bloody arms away from her chest, allowing Leo to wrap the jacket around her gored injury. Leo, shocked of how much blood there was being released by her, slowly wrapped the jacket around her chest. Sindera breathed heavier each minute, and just wanted to stop all of the bleeding. But she had to remain strong, in order to avoid Angela's office. So, she pressed the jacket closer to her, in order to make the blood absorbed by the jacket. Leo looked at Sindera shockingly, being that he never saw such an injury before, and that he never saw her in such pain. He whispered to her, "What can I do for you?" Sindera tried to think about that one. She didn't like Vykkers, and didn't want to be near Angela, for she goes crazy about every patient she sees. So she rasped, "You can start, by following that track. And giving me my vaporizer. Don't worry about me." Leo sighed, for maybe he wanted to do more. He sneaked over to the lone vaporizer, and delivered the vaporizer to her. Sindera smiled a bit, and rasped again, "You know, you did good. I will see that you are the newest major officer." Leo felt surprised, for a guy that had a bunch of surprises in one day. Never had he expected that he would be nearily in control of the operation. Since he couldn't find the right words for his thanks, he just said, "Thank you." and ran off. Sindera just sat there thinking of what just happened. She had tell herself that everything was OK, nothing bad is going to happen. She sat there thinking of what made this happen to her. And then she realized, this happened because she didn't trust anybody. That was a bad habit, and now she had a bunch of skin ripped off, blood is on her, and she ruined her only shirt. But now, she knew what she did wrong, and Sindera thought, "Maybe this what I have been doing wrong. And now, it costed me greatly." And now, she is laying, alone, waiting for Leo, to come back. OOC: Someone could control Jeff, for I don't have a good feel for him. |
OOC: I should control Jeff, seeing as he's my NPC...
IC: Shredder: Shredder looked hastily at Jeff after Slurp had arrived in front of them, and after Slurp opened his mouth, Jeff said, "So, you want me to fix this huh? Well, i did learn how to heal with Matt, so i'll give it a shot." so he started to chant. Shredder looked in awe as blue orbs were being transferred from Jeff to Slurp (like a spoocelock), and amazingly, Slurps tongue started to heal... Matthew: "Any 1's?" "Yep, here ya go."... OOC: w00t? |
OOC: Finally, Matthew got one.
IC: Shryke was surprised at this. The last time they had confronted Mudokons, they had attacked Slurp. But Slurp had been healed now. Shryke asked Shredder about how much he knew of this particular Mudokon, where he'd found this Mudokon and why he wasn't trying to attack us as opposed to healing, as that was Shryke's past experiences of them. OOC: Now that Fleet is dead, maybe I could/should make another character? |
OOC: Slaveless is reading this when i'm posting! :D
And Zerox, it was Greg who got one. IC: Shredder: Shryke asked some questiong to Shredder about the Mudokon, Shredder replied, "Ok, No.1: I've know him since the village attack. So i know him pretty well. No.2: He's probably trying to pay me back after a saved him and a couple of his friends." "What? I can't understand these creatures..."... Matthew: "Got any 9's now?" "Go fish." "Dude, i can see your cards, you've got a 9." "Aww, fine, take it..."... OOC: Hmmm... You could take... The Slog that Slurp found? w00t? |
OOC: How did Fleet die? Is this something I didn't know of?
Just a question, what does w00t mean? IC: Slurp was surprised at the Mudokon, for his experiences with Mudokons often ended with him passing out, or him swallowing them whole. It also felt weird on his tounge, for he could almost feel that energy was going through his tounge, slowly healing his tounge. His skin was slowly growing back and connecting back to the skin that was still there. And he can almost feel his veins growing back, along with his nerves. Time almost slowed down and Slurp felt so relaxed and could almost fall asleep. But after five seconds of being completely relaxed, he realized that he was done. He wobbled his new tounge around his mouth, and became really excited. He could almost flick his tounge at the Mudokon, if he didn't save him. Slurp screeched loudily, "Thank you so much, Mudokon!" He felt so loudily, that he went over to Jeff and licked his foot several times. Even though it was very tasty, he had to resist eating the Mudokon. But then he realized that Shredder had said something about the village attack, and Slurp became puzzled. What village? The one that the Albino Scrab? When did that happen? And then he realized that he must try and find his other self, in order to help the Mudokons. So Slurp screeched to Shryke, "Maybe we can help them, by completeing my quest. So should we go out to the wilderness now, in order to really help these Mudokon, for our thanks?" Slurp hoped that Shryke understood what he meant. |
OOC: I think Zerox is suggesting that he died in the mine(hint hint).
IC(Well duh, Angela is my only char): Angela decided she would start taking over this operation. She put her own Vykker body into the pod, configured the controls to her implant, then reconnoitered the area. She found two Mudokons sitting together, playing with what seemed to be cards. She readied the hypnotic injector and placed one behind each of their necks. With her Sleg body, she reconnoitered under the canopy. She soon found a Slig trying to half-support, half-carry a wounded Intern along a path. She followed along behind sneakily. With her Glukkon body, she looked at the said Slig's telemetry. She issued a command to it. "That Intern is too badly wounded to survive. Bring it back to me...I mean, Angela. She'll take care of it. |
OOC: Hypnotic injectors, by my standards, is god-modeing Matthew. Please edit your post. Again...
IC: Shredder: After Slurp had been healed, he went over to Jeff and licked his foot, Shredder was worried Slurp would eat Jeff, but he didn't. Shredder was releived, then he suddenly noticed something, on Slurps head(s?), he saw a spade-shaped mark, just like the one he saw on the Sleg he fought earlier... After Slurp finished talking to Shryke, Shredder asked, "Slurp, do you know of any Slegs that share the same mark as you on your head(s?)? Because i can recall fighting one with that very same mark on it's side..."... Matthew: "This is getting boring... Wanna play old-maid?" "Yeah, sure."... OOC: w00t? Means yay! Or woop(ee)!, soooo... Yeah. |
OOC: I was going more of the lines of power playing, but OK.
Also, Sindera isn't being carried. IC: Slurp turned his head over to Shredder, and became a bit frightened. He could say that he has Sleg that has memory as well, and somehow got his birthmark. But it would mean that he would in fact try to kill Shredder he wanted to. Yet, he had to tell the truth, for that was a law for the worker class, to be honest. And it was time to tell Shryke anyway. So Slurp screeched in Scrab, "Well, I only know one Sleg that has my mark. And that's because we had an accident together. You see, he was invading the Fleech mine, and I was trying to kill him. I nearily killed him, by going into his head. Yet at the very moment, a Zappfly died somehow, and shocked us both. The next thing I remember, the Sleg became my half self, and took my other birth mark. When we trying to find the Sligs, we found Shryke in danger, so we rescused him. When we were continuing to look for Sligs, he got seperated from us, and he was attacked by something. Now, he is in danger, and we need to find him. But I'm sorry if he, I mean I, attacked you. But it has been proved that he has some unusual powers, like shooting lightning, and sensing me whenever I'm hurt. Yet, no matter how dangerous he is, we need to find him, for he can help destory the Sligs. I don't know how, but some Mudokon told me." Hopefully, they would understand, and help him look. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Sindera felt like the pain was killing her. Every so often, she would look under the jacket, to see if she was getting any better. But her jacket was nearily showing the stains on the outside too, and her chest was all bloody like. It was one of those gory scenes that even disturbed her. This only happened once to her, and she threw up every time she saw her friend. And it was worse when the moonlight glistened on her liquids. Irritated in how her pain was growing, she just wished Leo would get back soon. She didn't want to feel her chest every time this happened. The sounds in the forest made her more concern that a predator might smell her blood. It wasn't long before Leo came back, in fact. Leo came back with a puzzled look in his eyes, and didn't seem like that anything happened. He went over to Sindera, and grunted, "You may want to hear this. Gillik just called saying that you are too badly wounded to survive. And that you need to be sent to Angela." Sindera, being that she was still closing her eyes, didn't show any expression on her face, but spat at that sentence. She said rudely, "You must be joking right? There is no way he could possibily know that I'm here. His blimp must be over a mile away. And I would've heard his pod if he was in it. And we are surrounded by so many damn trees, he couldn't see me through his telescope." Leo shook his head and growled, "That's what I thought too. But it's like he has spies around, for he said he saw you injuried." Sindera thought about that and rasped, "Tell me exactly what he commanded you." Leo thought about it and grunted, "Well, he said something odd. He never referred to you as a woman or even by your name. He said, 'That Intern is too badly wounded to survive. Bring it back to me...I mean, Angela. She'll take care of it.' Does this resemble anything special to you?" Sindera was disturbed by this. She thought, "Something funny is going on with Gillik. Normally, he wouldn't spy on me, and nor would he refer to me as an it. It's like he has been hypontised or something like that." So she rasped to Leo, while feeling some more pain, "This is getting too weird for my liking. I'm not going to some crazy Vykker to heal me, just tell him that I will have native to it for me." Leo nodded in agreement and said to Gillik, "Hey bud, how about we just send her over to the troops of Mudokons, and have one of the shamans heal her, OK?" Before waiting for a response, Leo turned off his telemetry, and grunted to Sindera, "Should I do anything, mad'm?" Sindera nearly rolled over in a sudden new wave of pain, and grunted, "Yeah, go over follow the trails and find where the Fleeches and the Scrabs are, write down the coorindates and help me get to the Mudokons, before I die of predators." Leo nodded, and went off again, while Sindera continued to press the jacket closer to her chest. She hoped that the natives would be kind enough to heal her. |
OOC: I was sorta kidding with Fleet 'dying' I just got fed up of waiting for about half a page+ between being able to anything with him.
IC: Shryke heard and was confused. What battle? What village? Anyway, they need to address another probelm first "Well, we've got no other ideas, but bringing our Slog with us could prove useful with his sense of smell, and as they're similar species. But mainly, we need to conceal this cave in some way first. I say we get some rubble from up top the cliff and cover the entrance with it, leaving a small hole or two for the Fleeches to squeeze in and out of when hunting. Slurp, would you be so kind as to bring our friend Slog out here and to address to the Fleeches our plan for concealing the cave while going out to find Slurp 2 and possibly finding some other information?" Shryke then looked at the Mudokon, obviously puzzled as he could not understand them. He remembered the various Slig conversations he had heard over time, and hinted toward Slurp, then managed to conjure up a "Thanks" in their language to him. Shryke was still poor with that language, but he knew a few simple words and phrases. Then, he remembered and said to Shredder "What village? I know of no village round here, would it be worth investigatiing there, as this attack you speak of is presumably done and other with now? Also, since Slurp says we should look for him, do you know where Slurp 2 (the Sleg) attacked you? Even though that is quite odd for him. He may have been scared of you and thought of you as a predator?" OOC: K, I'll take..um, Sloggy. Name: Sklitch Species: Oh, um, I dunno...I think h'es a Slog, maybe? Bio: Essentially, a runty Slog that somehow wasn't culled and was raised with the other Slogs, but tends to be more thoughtful and less savage. Left the other Slogs to join the colony. Abilitys: Being a fairly small Slog, is more agile than others and can run faster. IC: Sklitch heard the commotion outside, and decided to wander out for a look at what was going on... |
OOC: It's quite interesting that most of our main characters start with the letter S. Like Shredder, Shryke, Slurp, Sindera, and Sklitch. I do remember others with S's, but these are just examples.
Also, could we just say that Fleet died because the Slog awoke and killed him vicousily? I could do a little cut of that if you want. IC: Slurp grinned that his friend Shryke understood how important it is to find his half self and looked around in the cavern. Suddenly, Slurp was a bit puzzled. He thought his Slog friend had been sleeping in the chamber all along. Maybe he woke up to listen to what they had to say. But why would he go? Luckily, Slurp sensed for his scent and sensed where he went. Slurp screeched in Scrab, "Right away." and went off to find his friend. Once he got out of chamber, he sensed that his friend was going through the tunnel that went outside. Being a little worried about his friend, he slithered a little faster to catch up to Sklitch. As he went through the tunnel, he noticed that there was a remarkble amount of Fleeches slithering into the further chambers of the cave. He also remembered that Shryke's new plan required him to tell them of it, so halted in his tracks, and screeched in Fleech, "Fleeches of this colony, I have came to announce the offical idea in how to prevent the Walk men from coming to attack us again!" At this point, several Fleeches stopped as well, being that they were ancitipating for the plan quite poorly. Slurp continued, "The Scrab, Shredder, the Paracrab, Shryke, and the I, Slurp have decided that our plan should be to conceal the cave. By concealing the cave, the Sligs would have no ability getting into the cave. That's where we come in. We must use the top of the cave's rubble, to form a blockade for the Sligs, so they won't get in. However, we will need to keep one of two small holes for us to go in and out of the cave, when hunting. However, our main problem that all three of us, and the Slog, will need to deal out with is private, and need to settle it out ourselves. Good day." Some of the Fleeches were a little puzzled on how this plan would be effective, but they thought it would be a good plan. However, some of them weren't too glad to see that this plan wasn't war like. But Slurp wasn't too worried about their opinions, they would still most likely tell the others. And Slurp continued following the scent of the Slog. Slurp followed the scent away from the cave and became a little worried. What if the Slog went off to join the Sligs, and all of their plans were revealed? That would be bad. So this thought caused Slurp to become a little more faster, and made him more jumpy. At last, he could sense his friend's presense, and saw that he was going somewhere. Once Slurp caught up to Sklitch, and whispered to him, "Hey, why did you run off? We need you to..." Suddenly, another form was in his prensense and he didn't like it either. It was a Big Bro, and he was holding too dangerous things. One was a map, one like the one they took from the Sligs. (What ever happened to it?) this proved to be bad, almost like that he was going to add their cave to the map. And the other thing was a huge gun, bigger than him. Hopefully, he wouldn't consider Sklitch a threat and wouldn't expect Slurp to be around, so he could attack him. Slurp became a little worried, as the Big Bro thought he was seeing something odd. And then, Slurp thought the Big Bro was looking at the Slog. The Big Bro, with a surprisingly deep voice, grunted, "Hey Sloggie, commere, I won't bite." Slurp froze where he was and waited for his Slog friend to do something. Hopefully it went along the lines of killing the Big Bro. -=-=-=-=-=-=-= Sindera layed there, trying to stop the unbearble pain, by clutching her chest. Being that she couldn't stop the bleeding, she just hoped that pressing her jacket closer, would help stop it. Yet, she could hear Paramites in the canopy levels moving, and probably sensing her blood. Sindera, afraid, tried to press harder, hoping that it would help. But it really wasn't helping, for her chest ached of pain, and only caused the jacket to be dripping of her blood. She just wished the Leo would come back soon, for she could hear Paramites scramble closer. Her horns started to perk upward, to show that her pain was increasing, but for an odd reason, she could feel them touching something. She let one of her arms slowly remove itself from the jacket and find itself to what her horns were touching. The feel was odd, almost smooth like. Using her hand to grab it, she drew it closer to her face. With much effort used, she slowly opened one of her eyes to see it. It was some Spooce. She remembered that in the army hospital, that the doctors and nurses used Spooce to cure some wounds or bleeding. She thought it was worth trying it, and ate it whole. It proved to be quite tasty, and made her feel very relaxed. After eating the whole thing, she rolled so that her front was facing the ground. After that, tried to raise her head and face the rest of the Spooce patch. She slowly used her hand to grab more of the Spooce, and eat the Spooce. Hopefully, this would help her wounds heal, but she still had to listen for the predators to come. |
IC:Angela looked through her Glukkon body at the Slig with Sindera. She froze. The Slig was actually disobeying her orders! And the Intern was supecting something! She retracted the hypnotic injectors on the pod, and zoomed over to where Sindera was, guns arrayed.
"Surrender or die, Sindera," she broadcast. Meanwhile, her Sleg body went looking for the native hideout. After sniffing out cave after cave, it finally found a cave that smelled of Fleeches. She entered cautiously, sniffing every couple of steps, then found itself surrounded by Fleeches. Angela panicked and lost control of that body. OOC: I said she put injectors behind their necks, not that she injected them. I planned for her to be distracted. |
Damn! I just deleted my post!
EDIT: I thought the above post had been deleted. Don't flame me. |
OOC: Sorry for the mis-understanding. I read it wrong.
IC: Shredder: A while after Slurp went looking for the Slog, Shredder glanced to the cave entrance and saw a Sleg. The same Sleg he saw earlier! Excitedly, he called to Shryke, "Shryke! Look! It's Slurps other half!" "Ummm... What?"... Matthew: Matthew noticed something behind Gregs neck, and reached behind him and flicked it away, "What was that?" "I dunno. Do i have one too though?" "Yeah, i'll get it for ya..."... OOC: w00t? |
OOC: Sklitch had only been heading towards the others, not past them. Anyway, this should be interesting...
IC (Shryke):Shryke also saw Slurp 2. "Well, that was solved quickly" and went into the cave to talk to Slurp 2. He said to him "Hey, where've you been all this time? We were worried. Would you come outside a moment though?" (Sklitch) Sklitch had gone up to the Big Bro. He was used to their language. "Bite?" He thought "Sligs don't normally bite..." Sklitch was unaware of whether it was interested in him or whether it knew. It seemed to be focusing on the footprints they had left behind...Sklitch then detected Slurp, and knowing the Slig would not understand their language, he turned away from Slurp, barked " I'll deal with this guy" in a threatening tone, trying to deceive the Slig that he had sesed something like an escaping Mudokon, then went off at a fairly fast trot in that direction, as the Big Bro couldn't go quite that fast. Hopefully it would follow... OOC: Obviously, Slaveless needs to do Slurp 2. |
OOC: Being that I'm going on for a hiking trip for the rest of the week, I will not be able to RP for a while. Hopefully this doesn't cause too much trouble.
|
OOC:...
Yes it will. Hope you don't get crushed in an avalanche, or buried in snow or anything... I'm not helping, am I? Anyway, I guess this'll really have to be put on hiatus 'till you get back, unless you can access this from, there (possibly) at somepoint, like I did in Spain, because there's not all that many people, and about 3/4 of which sort of rely on each others posts, as well as yours, so we'd be screwed, kinda. |
OOC: That's the problem now in days. In the beginning, everyone started with their own story, avoiding each other. But now, we are all too connected, so when one leaves without telling us, we find it impossible to go on. Sadly, we still need maybe two more people to join for this RPG to be more realistic. Or something like that.
Anyway, it was impossible for me to be crushed by any of those things. The temperature was too hot for snow, and the rocks would have to be disturbed by something really big. Although, I did sleep near coyotes. Anyway, I recall that Slurp 2's brain was taken out of him, so he can't exist at the moment. But don't worry, I will take care of that. IC: Sindera faced the rather intimidating broadcast with guns attached to it. This Vykker really was nuts. So nuts, it probably was the one that hypostised Gillik. But that didn't matter, being that noone was there to help her. If she dragged her messenger to her mouth, Angela would consider it as a, 'I won't surrender', and kill her. Also, if she used the vaporizer to destory the broadcast, Angela would consider her a threat and order the Sligs to go after. And Sindera wasn't about to surrender to some computer. Yet she needed help. Suddenly, she got a awesome idea. Sindera crept one of her hands along her hips, and lightly pressed the button on the messenger, (inside the pocket of her's) that read, "Broadcast to all". Now, every Slig would know what's happening. Sindera yelled achingly, "So Angela, why are you going to kill me? Did I do something wrong?" --=-=--=--=--=-=-= Slurp 2's brain layed in it's spot, thinking of what it did to deserve this. Being seperaed from's it's body twice was not something to be proud of. Espically when the last time involved you not able to move. Even though Slurp two couldn't, he cried in head, waiting for someone to help him. Just outside of the brain, the Albino Scrab appeared away from the brain, in Mudokon shaman form. Avoiding possible contact with it, the Albino Scrab started to chant. Slurp's brain was soon surrounded by blue dots, and the dots flew inside him. Slurp realized this and thought he was being killed, and tried to mentally fight back. Yet, when he tried, a mystic, cold voice spoke, "Do not be alarmed, I am here for your own good." Slurp tried to relax, but the fact that he felt like that he was being pulled, stressed him out. And yet, that was what the Albino Scrab was doing. Once Slurp's memory and conscious was outside the Sleg brain, all that was left of Slurp was a green gas, surrounded completely by blue dots. And when he thought it was over, the dots squeezed the gas into a little ball, and made Slurp into a Zappfly. The shaman got out of his chanting position, and reached for something. Slurp, being a Zappfly, was confused. Why was this Mudokon helping him? And why did he turn him into a Zappfly? Slurp tried to say something, but all he could say was 'buzz'. And overhead, birds were forming into one area. And all of the sudden, they collected into one portal. The Mudokon said to him, "Quick Slurp, go into the portal so you can find your body!" The Mudokon vanished into thin air, and Slurp was alone again. Slurp didn't understand anything at the moment, but maybe that portal would help. Trying to see if Slurp could move his body, he flew into the portal, and suddenly, he found himself in the dark. Slurp had to use his new eyes, to look for what it needed to see. Puzzled, he found it hard to sense anything in the dark, with his eyes, since the eyes must use a different system than he does. But then, he thought he saw something move. He couldn't tell what it was, but it was moving like something he knew very well. It was also bigger and darker than the grass, so Slurp found it easy to see the thing. Since Slurp figured he nothing else to do, he tried follow the creature overhead. The creature seemed like that it was trying to look for something, seeing that it was going through many caves. Slurp was very interested in what it was doing, and it even felt a little connected to it. But once it had entered a cave with many Fleeches, Slur could see what it was. It was the exact same Sleg that he had been in for a while! Slurp felt like he knew what to do, like it was insticint. Slurp went over the Sleg, and zapped it dramicticly and hard. Suddenly, Slurp felt like his body was getting smaller, and smaller. Then eventually, his Zappfly body disincipated. Slurp 2's senses were a little blury, but senses kicked back in. He realized that he was in his Sleg body again. And man, was it could to be able to sense things with his mind, instead of eyes. Slurp 2 sensed many curious Fleeches around him, which meant he was home. And he had sensed Shryke as well. He also heard what Shryke was saying, but he couldn't understand. His memory of Shryke was there, but never have he heard Shryke talk to him before. And Slurp's memory of Scrab was horrible. All he could understand was that he was questioning him. Slurp 2 tried to use his memory of Fleech speaking, and said in Fleech and in Sleg, "Sorry, I can't understand. I know you are what my half self interacted with. Remember? I'm that Sleg." The Fleeches regonized him, but they knew that if Shryke didn't trust him, he would have said something. Slurp 2 had sensed this trust and thought that maybe Shryke would understand his Fleech. OOC: I didn't really understand what Sklitch did. |
IC:Angela sensed an electronic broadcast from Sindera's pocket. She was alerting everyone to her treachery! She shot a hypnotic injector at Sindera then returned to base and searched through her models of Slig brains. She analysed them, using her implant to improve processing power, until she found what she wanted- how to hypnotically override a Slig. She then formulaed her message, tweaked her implant a bit, and broadcast, reducing every Slig in the area to little more than zombies under her control.
|
OOC: Wow, alot has happnened. (that wasn't a spelling error)
IC: Shredder: After hearing what the Sleg had to say, Shredder said, "Woo! You're back!" as he walked closer to the Sleg. He then said "Quickly! You must find your other body!" and then he galloped (spelling?) over to where the other Slurp headed... Matthew: "What's taking that Intern so long? I'm gunna go look for her, you coming?" "Yeah, sure. Let's go!" Said Matthew and Greg as they started to walk towards the forrest where the Intern went. After a while. they came across Sindera, who looked seriously injured, "Wow! What happened to you!? Is that blood i see seeping through your jacket?" "Jeeze, that's gotta hurt!"... OOC: Glad to see you're back in one peice, Slaveless. |
OOC: Mushroom, I'd think controlling every Slig in the area is powerplaying.
Sklitch was trying to get the Big Bro to follow him, so he could get rid of it somehow. I presume the Big Bro is sorta yours, though, so I'm leaving you to do it. IC: Oops, he'd tried to use Scrab. He then realised that Slurp 2 seemed alright. So he conjured up Fleech, and said "Oops, sorry. Nice to see you back, Slurp 2. But where did you go? And what happened to you? Also, come ehre a moment" He lead Slurp 2 out the front of the cave and said "This here is Shredder, he is with us, but you may have met him. He says at somepoint that you attacked him, with the same birthmark. That seems rather odd for you to do. Why did you do it, if you weren't being controlled?" OOC: Can't say the same for Sindera though, Scrabino. |
OOC: Magic, when you made the Sligs zombies to Angela, what did you mean 'in the area'? I would be comfortable if it was in the blimp.
And remember Magic, when people were constantly telling you to edit your post? Well, I can give a reason why. Well, your characters always have some sort of power to know what everyone is doing, having diffierent kinds of machines that tell them where people are, having weapons whenever they wanted to have, and having to be able to control masses of people. That makes it unfair for others, because no one else has those powers, and they can't fight back. It's also unfair that you use your powers to always know what people are doing. That's unfair, for no one can keep a secret from you, and makes your character kind of... hated. It makes you too powerful, and everyone else, helpless. So I would suggest that to avoid making this happen, you decrease how many powers that Angela has to two. Like, she has the ability see what's happening in the blimp, but not outside. She also has the ability to broadcast Gillik's voice, inside the blimp. And wouldn't Angela have lost her new sense if she lost control over Slurp 2? Another thing is that the way you are trying to control Sligs, is not very postive. What you are doing is to stop Sligs from doing what they are doing, and that would make the whole operation collaspe. Because you can't control what their doing, you just stop what they are doing. So I advise that you just say like, that on every Sligs' mask, that Sindera is being demoted or fired, and that no one should listen to her. But don't think that Sindera is dead yet. IC: Sindera twitched her arm when she heard the gunshot, and Sindera waited for her death. But after ten seconds, she slowly opened her eyes, thinking that she was in hell. But yet, when she opened her eyes, instead of seeing Vykkers and Khanzumers with horns, she saw the woods she was in. And then, she looked to around her, and saw that everything was the same. But then, she realized that the arm she twitched, had a little dart right next to it. She wasn't shot, and she wasn't dead. Her horns relaxed and she dropped her head back on the ground, and though in what she could do now. Time went by, and then her forest silence was disrupted by the two Mudokons she had enslaved a little earlier. She opened her eyes, and looked at them both gracefully. She sighed in relief that they found her, and took a moment before she said anything. Afterwards, she rasped, "Well, let's just say that mistrusting a Slig caused me to be attacked by Paramites. And now, I ruined my shirt. But that's not important right now. A bit** named Angela, who is a Vykker computer, has decided to go into power. It has hypothesied the boss, and nearily kill me tragicly. And now, I need your help. But first, do any of you know how to use a weapon, or at least a slingshot?" -=-=-=-=-==-=-=- Slurp 2 nodded his head and followed Shryke, in understandment. But when he sensed a Scrab, he growled aggressively. He regonized the Scrab from the battle they had together. But when he heard what was Shryke was saying, he was confused. Why wouldn't he try to harm him, he this was a Scrab? Slurp growled in Fleech, "Because he is a Scrab, a bloody Scrab that sees me as his lunch! He probably lives by 'I have my friends close, but my enemies are closer.' and when we are in trouble, and we need his help, gulp! He eats us all! He's a savage! I don't understand why you haven't killed him yet!" The Fleeches were amazed at Slurp 2's speech and look at Shryke. One of them screeched, "Why did you welcome him in? This Sleg his utterly stupid. He thinks that we are all in danger. The thought even cries out, 'Loser!!'." All the others mumbled in agreement. They sure didn't like being with someone who was psycho. They got rid of those Fleeches a long time ago, and they sure didn't need a predator who was also mental. Slurp 2 was outraged, and burst out, "You all are oblivious to the sitution! You...." (At this point, I would think Shryke and Shredder would say something) A little before, Leo had thought that Sklitch was leading him somewhere, and started to hastily walk after him. Slurp 1 realized that this was his chance to do something. Quietly laying where he was, Slurp anticipated the rather slow moving Slig to come closer to him. These kind of battles were very important, so he had to have the surprise attack done perfectly. Once the Slig was a little more than 3 paces away, Slurp flung his tounge at the Big Bro's gun. Being that the grip of the Slig was loose, Slurp was easily able to wrap his tounge around the gun, and pull toward his mouth. Slurp tried to hastily stretch his mouth muscles to git the rather enormous gun inside his mouth. Once the gun found it's way onto the rest of the tounge, Slurp realized how come Fleeches didn't eat this kind of stuff. The cool and smooth gun, was very well put together, and made it hard to crumble it into smaller pieces for digestion. But even so, Slurp was able for the gun to get inside his stomach, and digest it fast enough, before the Slig knew what happened. The Slig was rather stupidfied by what just happened. His gun was just eaten by some Fleech. After a moment of trying to figure what to do, the Slig howled in aggressiveness, and flung his leg at Slurp. Slurp was not able to react as fast as he wanted to do, and flew about to the area where Sklitch was. Slurp wasn't very harmed from this, but the Slig was rampaged at him in anger, so he wasn't in a very good sitution. So he screeched at Sklitch, "Hey, will you help me defeat this guy? We can't let him get to the cave." |
The point is, Angela is trying to bite off more than she can chew. She doesn't have the capacity to control every slig in the area.
|
OOC: Yes, but still, they are not in her control. All what's happening is that you have reduced every Slig into mindless being, not a mindless slave. The whole operation would completely fail, being that there would be no one who would control the Mudokons, and the Blimp. So you might consider doing that one over again.
Or are you saying Angela just can't control them, even though she had a broadcast? And that the Sligs are still mindless beings? That might be considered taking over the RPG, by making most of the Slig unable to do anything. And now, I'm leaving again. For a whole week. Zerox, you can do anything you want with Leo. I don't care. But I should be able to be around when E'l Scrabino is around. Also, Zerox, you can control Slurp 1&2 while I'm away. Just remember to keep the 'What the Odd is going on??' thing with Slurp 2. And I do believe you know what happened to Slurp 2. Just read back if you are not sure. Besides that, I don't think there anything else for you do. And I could deal with once I come back. |
OOC: Ummm... Kay... \/\/()()7!3$
IC: Shredder: (this is in the bit where Slaveless said that Shredder or Shryke would say something) "Oh, shut.up! No-one here is in danger of being attacked by me! I attacked you before because i was hungry! I had no idea that your exsistance would mean anything more to me other than a tasty morsel! But now, we need your help in stopping the Industrialists from killing us all so we can live peacefully. Have you got that?"... Matthew: "I know how to use a Slingshot. I even have one in my loincloth pouch, see?" Said Greg as he pulled out his Slingshot, "I have one aswell. Using one is easy. I don't think that any Mudokon doesn't know how." said Matthew to Sindera... OOC: \/\/()()7? |
IC: Shryke had had enough of this argument by now "QUIET!!!!" Everyone shut up.
"Listen. I don't know how to really explain it, but I know that this Sleg and Slurp have something in common. They are linked. For now, we must ignore any fight's in the past, and concentrate our actions on something that is helpful to us. We must put aside our differences at the time being. Slurp 2, if there was a probelm with Shredder here, I would have done something. In fact, if I wanted to, I could quite easily dispatch many of the Fleeches here. But I haven't. Neither has Shredder. And Shredder would stand little chance against all of us anyway, so it would be a pretty goddamn stupid plan anyway. For now, let's assess what's going on. There is a Mudokon outside. I can speak their language, but only very little. But...Slurp 2, when you first appeared here, you were acting sort of scared, then you froze completely for a minute, then came to again as you are now. What exactly is going on? But for now, what exactly shall we do with the Mudokon out there. Shredder, any ideas?" Sklitch noticed Slurp's attack. Can't be easy eating something like that, but anyway, now was his chance. Sklitch took the moment to spin round and charged at full throttle and headbutted the Slig in the back, Sklitch was knocked back. In pain. Maybe that wasn't the best idea, as he thought groggily. The Slig toppled over and landed on Slurp, but was slightly supported by it's arms "Slurp? Are you alright under there?" But before anything happened, the Slig tried to get up with it's arms. It seemed angry. Sklitch knew their speed, though. If you could consider it 'speed' at all. Sklitch then bit the Slig's arm as it was getting up. It batted him off. Sklitch landed alright, then got up and taunted the Slig. OOC: I'll wait for Slaveless. But...where is he going NOW??? |
OOC: Indeed...
IC: Shredder: "Jeff may be able to help us in this war that's being waged. You've seen him heal Slurp, he might also have other spooky powers... If you can speak Mudokon, i suggest you go and ask him what he can do for us."... Matthew: *waits patiently for Sindera to answer* OOC: \/\/()()7? |
OOC: Matthew is going to have to wait patiently for a while then.
IC: "Shredder, I dunno if I can really ask him a whole question. I barely know the language, I still need practice. I could possibly ask him something, but I'm not sure if he would understand it too well, I would only roughly be able to piece the words together. I DID spy on Sligs quite often...I'll see what I can do" Shryke went over to Jeff and attempted to explain the situation in their tongue "Creatures here help to fight Slig enemies. Of us, not enough. More help is good. Can you help?" It came out very loosely, but that was as good as he was getting for now. He still needed more practice. Hopefully it was enough for the Mudokon to understand, even if only roughly. Interpreting the lnguage of others was easier than speaking it to them, so the reply should be easy to understand. Maybe Shryke could ask for lessons somepoint... |
