What is the deal with The Sacrifice. It's for both L4D and L4D2. Is it simply equal support for both games, and are there differences?

It's the same for both, except L4D2 has it's weapons and special infected, and L4D1 has the original weapons and infected.

Anyways, lately I got this feeling like I just needed to play some Mortal Kombat, so I did (Armageddon), and then I realized that I had completely forgot about the new one coming out next year. It got me fuckin' hyped. I'm so pumped I'm about to embed this trailer here. You ready? You ready?!



The song got me even more hyped. Too bad it's still pretty far away from release and I probably just lose interest in the next 2 months...

Good. Because when Mortal Kombat: Armageddon only came out on PS2, I went out and bought one for it.

I remember hating my friend for being able to play MK4 on his N64 when all I had was a Genesis lol I might have to get MK4 to see what I missed out on.

From what I've played, Mortal Kombat: Armageddon is great, it has a story mode, arcade mode and a regular fighting mode. And an awesome "Kreate a fighter" feature that lets you make your own character and decide the moves.

The newest one, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, is really bad in my opinion. I do have it for the 360 and I was pretty disappointed about wasting those 35 euros on it, as it doesn't offer anything really good.

Story = Confusing and not really interesting.
MK characters = Good enough.
DC characters = Meh.

Also, it doesn't have almost any blood. And the fatalities are so gaaaaay.

Wow, Fallout Vegas is out on Friday. How did I miss that? I am soo getting that. There was a lot of things to do in Fallout 3, but Oblivion had so much more stuff. I've read nothing about it, and plan not to, I just want to be surprised with what's on offer.

I'm guessing by the cover that the game still takes place in the 50's (possibly early 60's) since there's a steam locomotive on it, thank god, without the 50's setting Resistance is garbage.

It's a poker game. I don't like poker games. I don't know anyone who likes poker games. But unappealing as the subject may be, this game does have a hell of a lot of style.

If it was a Live Arcade game, I would probably buy it.

Apparently you don't even have to be that into Poker, half of the game is just the characters telling 'So the other night...' stories and exchanging banter. It's supposed to be like those conversations we all imagine after we finish playing a game, where the game is just their day job and all the characters really want to do is knock off early, grab a beer and play a few hands.

that being said I still think Resistance is better than Gears, COD, and Killzone.

I don't like GOW's four on fucking four online, that's no fun! The single player is fun but I'm all about the online.

COD fucking sucks, it has endlessly respawning enemies in the single player and the multiplayer takes no skill, all you have to do for "prestiege" is camp like a little bitch.

Killzone has jizztastic graphics but other than that it's just a second rate Halo clone. Seriously that game steals all of its ideas from Halo.

I don't think it's a good idea to explain how good x is by explaining how bad w, y and z are.

4v4s are fucking great. The whole team needs to work together to win. If you're playing with 3 other retards online, I'd imagine it would be terrible - you'd lose every time. If you get a good team with good cooperation 4v4s are great.

I played a 4v4 Clan Arena match in Quake Live yesterday. The team I was on was generally less skilled than the other team (I was our best player, and that's never good). We decided on 1 location to start at over chat and we all went there for the start of the round. Their team came at us in 1s and 2s so we won a few rounds. They then started working as a team and powered home.
