don't get me started on the cheese. i could go on for fucking days.

Didn't stop us from making the last two Cheese threads...

Phylum 10-30-2011 11:35 PM

Wasn't one of those was on AGF?

I ate a plain bread roll for lunch today. That's all I've been able to stomach lately. I can eat anything for breakfast and tea, but the very thought of a school lunch with any flavour makes me feel ill.

Hazel-Rah 10-31-2011 11:04 AM

Candy corn, Twizzlers, Snickers, and everything else I'm supposed to be saving for the trick-or-treaters XD

Nah we don't give out loose candy corn; not that I think there's anything wrong with that, AT ALL, but kids today are douche monkeys and I'd probably end up with a lawsuit on my hands.

you fucking pervert.

Halloween Sweets for the Trick or Treaters

Hazel-Rah 10-31-2011 11:38 AM

When I was little someone gave me Christian prayer cards and cough drops :(

Daxter King 11-03-2011 02:41 PM

Be grateful they weren't Muslim prayer cards and chopped up hot dogs.

moxco 11-04-2011 03:27 AM

I like to give trick-or-treaters explanations of how I don't like Celtic traditions being hijacked to encouraged consumerism.

They never return the next year.

Wings of Fire 11-04-2011 03:43 AM

Do they egg your house? I can't really blame them.

Wil 11-04-2011 03:55 AM

Frosties.

Crashpunk 11-04-2011 10:52 AM

More Halloween sweets.

Wil 11-04-2011 11:26 AM

A packet of Marmite cashews and a tube of BBQ Pringles.

Yes, a whole packet and a whole tube.

Mr. Bungle 11-04-2011 07:32 PM

Weed brownie. Was pretty good, if potent.

Dynamithix 11-05-2011 03:09 AM

I don't know what these things are called in English, but wikipedia suggested profiteroles. (Or cream puffs?)

I made some of those and they turned out delicious.

OddjobAbe 11-05-2011 05:50 AM

Profiteroles is correct. I ate some with ice-cream in at a restaurant a while back, and they were the best I'd ever had.

MA 11-06-2011 08:36 AM

i had some of those a while back, and then threw my guts up.

but they were nice.

Dynamithix 11-06-2011 08:59 AM

Yeah, I couldn't eat more than three at once, they're so goddamn sweet.

Manco 11-06-2011 10:41 AM

I made a steak sandwich. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a good start.

I had some in a restaurant once that made me feel as sick as a fucking parrot. I swear that the cream in there was plastic.

Wil 11-07-2011 02:00 AM

Frosties.

Nate 11-07-2011 02:21 AM

I made some cooked marscapone cheeseballs and dipped them in to toffee syrup.

Phylum 11-07-2011 02:44 AM

Frosties.

Dynamithix 11-07-2011 04:05 AM

I accidentally the whole couscous. This bad?

i had mine in a restaurant too, but i think it was more to do with them being so astronomically sweet.

yesss

Rare steak is the finest food in the world. Will be throwing some into a stroganoff tonight.

I just ate homemade felafel balls. Once I got the oil temperature right, they were fantastic.

I ate them in mediocre and dry wholemeal pitas, with hummus, avocado, spring onions, fresh red capsicums, mixed lettuce and some wierd-tasting roasted, pickled capsicums.

Overall, a damned good meal. But the felafels were definately the highlight.

MeechMunchie 11-08-2011 10:20 AM

Felafel is a fantastic word. Also Gallantry.

Dynamithix 11-08-2011 10:36 AM

I always thought it was falafel. :(

Also, I had an urge to get some cookie dough and I ate a little bit of it and damn it's good. I remember when I was little I always preferred just eating some of the dough rather than the actual cookies.

Mac Sirloin 11-08-2011 10:41 AM

I had some Macaroni and Cheese.

Come to the UK. It's 'falafel' here.

The last thing I ate was the aloo gobi and complementary pilau rice that I couldn't fit in me last night.
