PS3 is looking more enticing, but it just lost a reason for me to buy it. Demon Souls 2 will be on 360, but its called something else. I really wanted to try Demon Souls, now I cant. I can try Project Dark though.

I'm liking the Daredevil, but I'll probably go for the Engineer. If I ever play it, that is. I played the beta for a while, but then I got distracted. I keep meaning to go back to it, but then I think, 'If it was a good RPG, wouldn't I still be playing it?' Also my house got deleted and I can't be bothered to build it again.

I've got Dead Space 2 on my radar right now, first game was great and I have high hopes for this one.

Oh, Dead Space... I really enjoyed the first half hour of that game until, that is, I traded it in to buy something else.

Pity. It got really interesting as it progressed.

Hopefully Valve will have some news on HL: Episode 3 soon. I feel like it's never going to come out considering the effort they're putting into Portal and L4D.

Maybe it's their secret plan of getting people to forget Episode 3. All the new TF2 content, Portal 2, The Sacrifice DLC and that free Alien Swarm game? Damn you Gabe Newell.

Getting people to forget about Half-Life is like getting the Jews to forget the holocaust.

Also, Ep2 had a massive cliffhanger. I doubt people will simply 'forget'.

Or, maybe Valve have writers block. It's hard for a developer to close a series with all knots tied, which Half-Life has plenty.

That's what he says almost every year. And Valve's E3 surprise was so good... Portal 2 on PS3, what a huge surprise.

I'd quell those hopes. They're deliberately making it less frightening, easier (Isaac is now a space marine) and removing most of the plot stuff. I love Dead Space, but the sequel will not be good.

If you wait a bit, I'm sure it'll get a lot cheaper closer to the release date of #2. Or look in to the console version; I don't know how much they are.

I'm guessing that when Portal 2 releases, they'll have Portal 1 for free for a week or so.

Portal was very short, though. If you knew the puzzles well enough, you'd have it passed in just over an hour. I'm pretty sure they'll make Portal 2 much longer, so the price-tag would be a little spot on.

They said Portal 2 SP and Co op is 4 times the original. 2 times 4 is only 8. I wont be buying Portal 2.

Portal 2 is going to be a full length game, with a full length game price. But that wasn't my point.

I think that $20 was an appropriate price for Portal when it first came out. I just think that it should have dropped after so many years, especially taking in to account that Orange Box is half the price that it was when it was released and now only $10 more than Portal on its own.
