I'm lazy. I just basically slowly add pictures and movies and stuff to my desktop until it gets full, then I throw it all in a folder and shove it in documents.

No, it's just a herbal sauna bath. They do it a lot in Japan and China, especially China where they're big on healing properties of various smelly things. Seriously, there were some shops over there I had to plug my nose whilst on the other side of the street.
