I hate to be like this but is it not a bad idea to be raceist to Muslims spite of the fact that its not right and that not all Muslims are terrorist?

I guess I wasn't over-reacting in my previous post. You really are a total asshole.

Why would it be a good idea to be racist to Musilms? You said yourself that not all of them are terrorists. I'm interested in your reasoning.

And like Ambi said, how can you support such a terrible ideal and then worship God, who is forgiving and universally accepting? That's like George Dubya (who supposedly reads the Bible every day) enforcing the death penalty. It's complete and total hypocrisy.

God, I hate you. :nonono:

Someone close this thread. It's all going downhill.

Dark Elite_H2 07-12-2005 01:39 PM

That ain't right at all....:nonono:

I'm goin' with Kimon. Someone close this thing down, 'fore more bad stuff comes up...

I hope a Muslim kills you Paramiteabe.
Just for some light sense of irony and to remove your sheer racist, backwards idiocy off the face of the Earth.

Everytime you post, it's like you're reminding me of why I always hated you.

Dark Elite_H2 07-12-2005 02:03 PM

Hold it. How's about we PM an admin., and ask them to close this thread down? More an' more things pop up, and it's not really nice. It'd be better fer all of us...:fuzconf:

Coolmanbizkit 07-12-2005 02:16 PM

The car the terroists arrived at london in was found, It had explosives in.

AquaticAmbi 07-12-2005 02:47 PM

If you guys could hold back the "I hate you"s and "you're an idiot"s and just make your points, then there could be a reasonable debate, but noooo... You guys have to be rude so that a thread that has lots to seriously discuss gets closed. :|

Jacob 07-12-2005 02:53 PM

'That's like George Dubya (who supposedly reads the Bible every day) enforcing the death penalty. It's complete and total hypocrisy.'

So, i'm assuming that if you believe that, you also believe in mixing Religion with Politics?

'I will not step on a plane, bus, or a train because of them.'

That's exactly like me, if i see a crucifix-wearing, Bible holding Christian anywhere near my public transport or even down my street i won't come out of my home! Seriously, i mean, what if they try and stone me or something...or worse...what if they preach to me?!

'We did something like that in WWII with the German Americans by putting them into small camps to live until the war was over.'

Don't be a Willeh. That happened to my Great Grandfather when he came over to England for the first time...he was loaded...then he wasn't...it was pointless (he was Italian, by the by, incase anybody thought "Hah...this explains the Nazism!")

'Should we suspect every Muslim a terrorist to be safe than sorry?'

I can see where you're coming from, but no. I'd say people should be cautious and maybe more alert, but i for one won't be freaking out if a brown-skinned sits near me on public transport.

At the end of the day, what will be will be. If you luck out, you luck out, nothing you can do about it really.

EDIT - Oh, and can everybody stop being pricks when it comes to topic closing, we've already had two decent topics closed 'cos of you tossers, stop screeching like little wet wipes and grow up.

That's not a surprise. And nice attempts to bring the thread back, but I think it's too far gone.

Ambi, I think as long as someone has an opinion on this thread, flaming is bound to happen. And since there's not much much more fact left to discuss on this topic (besides the occasional tidbit of info from Coolmanbizkit and the like; thanks for that), this thread has nowhere to go. :dead:

:

Not in particular, but in that case it's a contradiction of principles, and I don't believe in hypocrisy.

'Not in particular, but in that case it's a contradiction of principles, and I don't believe in hypocrisy.'

Well then, it's an obsolete point. If Bush was a Human Rights campaigner, then fine, you'd have a point. But your Religion shouldn't be mixed with your job when you're in such a position of power. Would you be saying the same thing if Bush decided to make Homosexuality and/or Sodomy illegal?

Bush's job has nothing to do with his Religion and vice versa, so bringing up a point like that is unfair unless you believe that Religion and Politics should go hand in hand.

Sodomy, yes. Homosexuality, no, because it isn't directly addressed in the Bible.

Hmmmm.

I guess you do have a point. I'm not saying that religion and politics should go hand-in-hand, but I still think it's hypocritical.... I dunno. Supporting the death penalty and Christianity seems wrong... but... I dunno. I guess I'm moot on this issue.

Coolmanbizkit 07-12-2005 03:22 PM

All of the bombers were british! I was wrong a few posts back, They left thier car in yorkshire (where they lived) But they got the train to london, Which would then give them the chance to plant the bombs.

But that's exactly what this guy is doing, he doesn't believe in the seperation of church and state. Everybody who knows anything about George W. Bush knows that. The majority of conservatives believe the same things, and it's mainly a Christian party. They regularly preach at Christian events and have little respect, if any for the advancement of science. This is the problem with these religious nuts running the country, they deny what is logical, in return for their ignorant bliss. It has everything to do with religion and politics, and don't let any one tell you otherwise.

I've got to love your totally accepting signature.

Unless you were joking, even raising it as a serious issue is enough to warrent your sanity. I mean, they're still people, there are christians who murder and bomb people. We gonna go ass rape every christian now?

Oh really name one Christian in this day and age that goes and bombs innocent blood in the name of God. Go on Im waiting! Whats wrong with race profiling Muslims? If your not willing to give up some rights to be more secure then I got news for you, you already have been giving up your rights to be more secure you twit when you go into airports and any public place. Your already are a suspected criminal when walking onto a plane or a bus or train. I am talking about making it more spacific.

MojoMan220 07-12-2005 04:47 PM

If people give up their rights in a situation like this, they'll never get them back. Hopefully the American people will learn a lesson, when they figure out what was lost in the signing of The Patriot Act.

How about the pilots that bombed Baghdad? They killed tons of innocents.

:

It's unfounded prejudice. Just because there are a few bombers doesn't mean an entire ****ing race consists of terrorists. That's what's wrong with it.

Why must you be so closed-minded and ignorant and hateful? It depresses me to no end.

paramiteabe 07-12-2005 05:04 PM

Well I have some facts why I think we need to racial profile Muslims. Now sit back and read!

Gaza mosque welcomes London attacks

Preacher welcomes the “blessed acts” that took place recently in Iraq and Britain; highlights their proximity to selection of Olympic host for 2012 games
By Roee Nahimas

GAZA - In a reaction similar to the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks in New York, the blood spilt in the London terror attacks has been celebrated within the Palestinian territories.

Warning follows leader's call for attacks against U.K. targets; however, fundraising successes may dampen interest in high-profile attacks
Full Story

The Gaza based Sut Al Quds radio station, which identifies itself with Palestinian Islamic Jihad, has praised the London terrorist atrocities.

The broadcast was carried live on Saturday evening, two days after the attack.

The radio station was broadcasting a sermon, in which a preacher was inciting listeners against Israel and the Palestinian Authority.

The preacher criticized Israel’s planned Gaza withdrawal, saying that Jerusalem was not part of the program.

The Palestinian Authority was described as vile for opening up a casino in Jericho.

Also in the same broadcast, Osama Bin Laden was praised, while the succession of explosions in London were welcomed.

The preacher welcomed the “blessed acts” that took place recently in Iraq and Britain, and highlighted their proximity to the selection of an Olympic host for the 2012 games.

“The sounds of happiness were heard in London, and Osama Bin Laden came and redrew the map. He made sure that the voice of the surrendered will be heard in every place,” the mosque's preacher said.

The sermon was translated by the Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center , which emphasized that mosques under the jurisdiction of the Palestinian Authority routinely incited for murder, and were being used by a variety of organizations with no effective supervision by the Authority.

Tell me its "wrong" to racial profile these people!

AquaticAmbi 07-12-2005 05:05 PM

:

Oh really name one Christian in this day and age that goes and bombs innocent blood in the name of God. Go on Im waiting! Whats wrong with race profiling Muslims?

Like Kimon said, they don't have to be famous to exist, and while I can't think of any Christian in our lifetime famous for bombing, I've heard several stories about a parent killing his or her children in the name of God. =/

:

Erm, there's a difference between having a little privacy in what you carry onto a plane or into a public place because of the high risk of something like 9/11 happening again and putting innocent people into camps for no logical reason. Targetting a certain, whole race is not being specific; it's generalizing. If security were to spend all their time concentrating on checking and rechecking anyone who looks Middle-Eastern, a white terrorist could easily slip by.

(Were you actually calling me a twit? I've been the only person attempting to be nice and reason with you. Bah, I give up.)

Kimon 07-12-2005 05:07 PM

Well, you got me there.

:

Tell me its "wrong" to racial profile these people!

Racial profiling is still racism, and it's wrong. But I guess now it's kinda justified. *shudder* I feel gross saying that. However, it was just the one mosque (correct?) that issued that sermon, wasn't it? And it's not right to judge the entire race of people because of one radical.

That was a bad move for your race, mosque-man.

Jacob 07-12-2005 05:11 PM

'But that's exactly what this guy is doing, he doesn't believe in the seperation of church and state'

Yes, i know. I was merely asking Kimon if he believed this to be okay in his own opinion, considering his prior statement.

'Whats wrong with race profiling Muslims'

Okay, how about profiling all Christians just because one twat goes and bursts into an Abortion clinic and shoots all the workers dead? Or even better, race profile any race that seems to be a Christian...that'd work...

Barring that, it'd cost too much anyway.

'How about the pilots that bombed Baghdad? They killed tons of innocents.'

People get killed in wars, get over it. How about we start bitching at the same kin of bombers who bombed Germany in WWII, i'm sure just as many innocent lives were lost.

EDIT -

'Racial Profiling is still racism'

OH. MY. GOD. Seriously, are you Black or something? 'cos every small thing that is connected with race is suddenly racist with you. In all honesty, i do find it quite disgusting that you throw that term around so freely. When a term like that is used so carelessly it's usually in a vain attempt at controlling somebody's thoughts.

Lay off the branding. You even called me a racist which is disgusting as i have Black cousins, but as far as i'm concerned, unless i say to somebody "Oi, Nigger/Kike/Gook scum, your kind aren't worth sh*t, Whites are better than you scum, you should all be killed" you have no right to call me a racist.

1. Not a lagit answer we bombed Bagdad to liberate them from a mad man if innocents died then its their fault for being there when it happened. We gave them time to evacuate. You would think people would have the sense to get out of there. Oh and don't tell the war in Iraq was for oil I heard that excuse so many times I puke just hearing it.

2. Got news for you your libral ways cloud your mind! We don't live in the days of Ben Franklin anymore. I am not saying all Muslims are terrorist but I honestly think we need to know who is Muslim to be safe. It maybe wrong but in this case it makes sense to keep us safe. The key word is secure.

3. Cry about it I laugh within!

How long will it take for you to realise, that we went into Iraq because the Bush Administration said Saddam had a massive amount of WMD's. There wasn't even a small trace, so now the excuse is that we went in to liberate the people. And for your information, it's liberal, not libral.

No WMD's, sorry. "We gave them time to evacuate." Yes leave now, before we destory your homes and belongings. It's okay, they weren't that great anyway! If someone told you to leave all your shit (home, possesions, etc.) right now, would you go? There's NO WAY you can can blame the citizens for them getting bombed. No way.

Well he had weapons of mass destruction the Clinton Administration even said so years ago. You ever think that in the months leading to the war they were secretly taken out of the country to other various countries just so we can't find them? Say maybe Iran? Hmm sounds very suspicious if you ask me.

Just another excuse to undermine the Bush administration.

If that was the case, then we should have investegated the country BEFORE bombing the shit out of it.

Yeah, that makes sense, if Clinton says it, then it must be true! You can hopelessly grasp your silly conspiracy theories, but countless experts have debunked all of them.
