well thank u for that. i was asking some questions and u gave me a infraction again. and by the way i will enjoy that i don't give a dam what u did so thanks a lot.

I used one of the spotlight effects of photoshop (I don't remember how it's called, it's just under the lens flare effect -_-') on a black layer that I put on the "Screen" blend mode. Then, I gaussian blur'd.

Sorry if it's not clear, I'm at work for the moment, I can't tell you precisely. I'll probably edit in 3 hours. ^^
